I was very sceptical when I started with Python, I was sure I will not enjoy this as much as learning about JavaScript. Well, here I am with a finished project and a new found love for Python. This was so fun and rewarding and Matt did a wonderful job as always explaining things in the best way and offering a lot of information on why and how we are using specific expressions. I would say this was my favourite workshop so far.

Building a world clock website gave me hands-on experience with real-world applications of JavaScript libraries. Super proud of my dictionary project. Extended myself by utilising the reduce() method to filter meanings by parts of speech and rendering the button inside input field to improve the search bar. The final product is more polished with these improvements.

Matt makes it easy with the lessons being very short and to the point. These classes make it suitable for anyone to learn on their time. I figured I would try the first course and see how it went -by week two I signed up for all the classes. Really looking forward to my future.

I have a background on basic Python but I was completely new on front-end when I started this journey and, I really enjoy the visual part of it. I was feeling stuck. As an unemployed girl sitting at home, I spent days scrolling through social media and feeling like I was just wasting time. I wanted to do something meaningful, something that could change my life, but I didnβt know where to start. Thatβs when I stumbled upon SheCodes, and decided to give their online coding classes a try. At first, I wasnβt sure if it was for me. I had no prior experience with coding, and I worried about not being able to keep up. But after just a few weeks, I could already see myself improving.
