Having very little experience with coding before taking this course, I was a little apprehensive about taking it. There was no need to be apprehensive as Matt did a great job in the videos of explaining how everything works! And I had fun learning and making the final project.

Still loving SheCodes. This course set me up with so much knowledge in a short space of time. It didn't feel particularly challenging to learn, but before I knew it I could code a whole responsive website from scratch. I particularly enjoyed following the step by step lessons when working towards the final project. I was able to use the foundations of the final project to create my own CV website in order to start applying for jobs.

This is my first project. I had a lot of fun and I hope you like it ☺️. For all Coffee lovers😉

Making the portfolio project has helped me learn more about html and css and has brought my front-end development journey further along.

SheCodes React was the most challenging workshop for me, but I never been so happy to complete my project. Ready for the next step!

I just completed the SheCodes Plus! I enjoyed working hard on the challenges and finishing the project creating a weather app practicing many new things. In this workshop I have also learned how to communicate with other developers, the tools that exist and how to search for my own resources when I am stuck in one of the tasks. Now I'm encouraged and inspired to study coding more than before. Can't wait to continue my studies with the next workshops.

SheCodes Plus was a great, yet challenging, program! I was able to stick with it and complete the program ahead of schedule; with the help of the Slack chat and online resources when I became "stuck". In these dark days of our mournful Iran, doing this course quickly became one of my favorite parts of everyday, where I could create and build up on what I dreamed for a long time. I really enjoyed learning with Matt, and I loved working on this project! Making websites responsive is essential, as many people use mobile devices to access websites. This is a crucial skill to make better web pages and reach more users through the web.

It was interesting. I would say that I would not build it by myself. I like very much that I have explanation from Matt during main project building. Want to continue stydying.

I have been curious about coding and enjoyed the free class from SheCodes so much that I signed up for my first workshop with them! The content is easy to follow, while the challenges and projects are challenging in a good way, the perfect balance for me to learn. I also liked that we could reach out to other students and support staff if we had questions, and I love that SheCodes helps women from all around the world. :)

SheCodes React might be the most challenging workshop yet. I struggled pretty often, but I enjoyed learning through this workshop overall. As always, the SheCodes team was super helpful in times of need. It was satisfying building the weather project and comparing it to the project I built using vanilla JS in the Plus workshop.

The SheCodes Basics Add-On workshop was great practice and I had a lot of fun working on my project! I particularly enjoyed the CSS Transform and Grids lessons. I recommend this workshop for anyone wanting a little more practice with CSS!

This workshop was very challenging for me, but it was also very rewarding after finally completing the project. I really recommend this course for beginners who really like a challenge and being creative.

Many thanks to the entire She Codes team for the opportunity to learn new programming skills during this difficult time. A lot of useful things. After years of studying programming, I finally have my own portfolio, which I will continue to fill with my own projects. Wish me luck in my job search.

I had a great time learning code here. All the lessons were well prepared and easy to follow. The challenges and projects made me to apply my knowledge in practice and understand everything much better. I highly recommend this course.

I really enjoyed doing the SheCodes Workshops. I always wanted to get into coding but found it too intimidating and didn't know where to start. SheCodes provided me with that structure that I've been searching for. The lectures were short, making it easy to follow and absorb all the information. I particularly liked the project deadlines because they kept me committed and disciplined.

I have been so happy through my journey because the videos are super clear, the projects are interesting and engaging, is easy to make questions through Slack and at the end of each workshop i gain more confidence on my coding skills! :) Im very happy and i feel ready to start to apply for a new job as frontend developer. This course was interesting, but rather chaotic. Sometimes the topics seem to change places. But it turned out to be a very interesting project at the end. Thanks Matt and the team!!!

Very good and creative. Loved the videos and the challenges. It was frustrating and tiring at times, coding is not easy but I am happy I learn something new, and maybe I can put it to use in the future. Overall, I particularly enjoyed the number of resources and pages available to us and the many opportunities to actually submit our projects. Assistance was also always there when I needed it. Thanks to the team for the experience.

This is hight interesting module with a lot of tricks! I guess it still a lot of things to learn, but if you are doing it step-by-step and practice everyday - everything is possible. This module is about how to make your site responsive to different types of devices, how to be creative and try different ways to make your project look good. I hope to expand on my gained knowledge. From not knowing anything about coding, I have been able to create a final project that I am proud of. The assignments are so great that they capture everything taught. SheCodes definitely knows how to break down concepts. Thank you Matt and the entire team!

This is great project.

After years of working in design and animation, I felt the need to step up my game and give a try on coding. SheCodes has been an amazing platform for women like me who wants to level up a career in tech. This workshop has made me feel comfortable and confident enough not only to design but also to implement my own website project plus I can do it responsive! I am now excited to design and code more web projects.

The Basics Add-On taught me a really important skill: switching between two themes! I enjoyed learning about it and I'm excited to implement it in my future projects. It really allowed me to take my ideas to the next level, especially in the project that I did for this add-on.

I have studied already JavaScript, but I found some points that was not clear to me. So the corse was very useful for me and the final project I made with big enthusiasm!

With every project I complete, I notice how my skills become better and better. Every week I understand the language of code more and more. The learning curve is noticeable and therefore gives me more motivation to complete future projects!

SheCodes is awesome! You learn so much! Yes, this step has been really hard. Responsive design is not easy but it is doable. It was fun doing my own project and to use everything I have learned the last weeks. As a frontend designer you need to know this stuff so just digg in. 😄

The SheCodes Basics course is well-paced, creative, and just the right amount of challenging. With clear guidance through every stage, I was encouraged to spot and solve my own coding mistakes and had lots of fun experimenting with my new HTML, CSS, and JS coding skills to create the final project. I've definitely caught the coding bug!

This step was very easy for me. During my studies, I made two full-fledged projects. Two portfolios, including my own. I'm looking forward to the next stage.

I really enjoyed learning about how to make a web-page responsive. This was an excellent tool to learn and become familiar with. This project helped enhance those skills needed in the field.

The Basics Add-on was a really fun addition to everything I learnt in the Basics course. I really enjoyed being able to learn a bit more about HTML, CSS, and JS and put these new skills and everything I'd previously learnt into practice in the project. I really enjoyed this workshop, the final project was very challenging but really fun to do.

I really enjoyed this React course, I found that I was able to really apply all of the knowledge I learned here and in the previous courses. It was challenging learning this new framework but fun to figure out how it works and I loved being able to create two projects in this course!

SheCodes is fantastic. The site structure, lesson planning and the delivery of the basics course is well-considered and enables you to create impressive results. I now have a solid foundation from which I can move forward, Matt explains the concept of coding to enable understanding whilst creating a range of fun, creative tasks for us to complete in the build up to the final project.

Thanks to Max and the team for helping to understand complex things in such a short time, and to make high-quality projects. Still need to polish them for the portfolio but I've already shown some to a hiring/tech manager and got very positive feedback. Keep coding 😎

This was a very fun project. Williamsburg is one of my favorite Neighborhoods and I really wanted to do it justice by adding more recommendations. I learned a lot about embeds and grids. A big thank you once again to Matt and the SheCodes team for this project!

I really liked all the little learning snippets and challenges. Perfect balance between listening and watching and trying yourself. I really learned a lot and have become more experimental as the course progressed to try new things and make things work. As final project I created a page on "New Work", a topic that I find really interesting and that I try to implement in my direct work environment to transform the company culture.

These five weeks have been super interesting and educational. With the help of video lessons, I worked not only on the project but also on myself. I highly recommend this course.

I liked the 2 previous courses more (mainly because in this course 2 weeks material was life coding containing previously acquired knowledge rather than learing sth new), however the project was challenging and for me it was a lot of fun doing it.

The add-on options are great for deepening concept knowledge and gaining more practice in building projects.

The course goes through the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in a very simple and easy-to-follow way, a great option for someone who has no previous knowledge of these tools. However, I would have liked to receive more in-depth feedback related to my final project.

Super fun and challenging! Spent many hours coding and learning how to build responsive sites. All the videos and challenges gave me the tools to create my first fully responsive portfolio. I'm pretty happy with how my final project ended up looking!

I absolutely loved SheCodes Basics! I wanted to try out something new but didn't think I'd become so passionate about this new skill in just a few weeks.
