I had many challenges in making the GitHub and Netlife connections, but after several attempts, I managed to finish my Weather App. I'm happy to have successfully completed this project.

At the beginning i was not able to write JAVASCRIPT but this time SheCodes has help me to increase my skills in programming this time i can work on project by using HTML, CSS and JAVASCRIPT i can work on front-end with skills i get from SheCodes learnings.
This additional workshop really reinforced the skills that I learned in SheCodes Basics with the addition of some really handy new skills. I really enjoyed building this project. It has also helped me learn what my own coding process is starting to look like and how to solve my problems on my own. I am extremely excited to continue learning with SheCodes.

It was great to cement learning from the previous react workshop with a new project.

SheCodes program is a detailed course from which you can learn easily. There is a group and a community that helps you whenever you need it and you are stuck with your homework or projects. I recommend it to anyone who wants to learn something new.

I can't believe I finished my last project. I am grateful to SheCodes for helping me believe in myself. Matt explains complex material in a very accessible way. And the women's community is something incredible. There is no place for sexism and age discrimination. I will continue my studies and I believe that one day I will be able to find my dream job. This add on project was a fantastic way to learn additional CSS and HTML elements and put them to use!! I really enjoyed this extra project.
SheCodes was awesome! I loved having the flexibility of the extensions as I worked through the different challenges and projects during my busy schedule, and I also loved the step by step guidance of the videos. I thought coding was too hard for me and now I believe that I could pursue it if I really decide to! For now I have the basics and that will help me understand the foundation of coding.
I've attempted to work this bootstrap before only to become discouraged and give up. This workshop really helped me get a firmer grasp on not just using it but being able to understand responsiveness as well as media quires (something I honestly thought I just wouldn't understand). It did require a lot more attention to detail but I'm really glad that I did this and I can't wait to go add more responsiveness to my projects.
This Add-on was great for increasing previously learnt theory knowledge and gaining more practice in building this project.
In my opinion, the project was challenging and interesting. Despite the fact that it wasn't always easy, I'm glad I was able to complete this one and look forward to the next. I would like to thank the SheCodes team for taking me on an exciting journey.

This course is really good :) Enough information to make something good as a first project. And not overwhelming for newbies. Videos made as you can easily follow the topic. You will get a small pieces of knowledge but for everything. And you could decide at the end if you want go further.

Great project, feeling the knowledge grow within JavaScript. Learning how to have an interactive Light and Dark theme on website.
I learned a lot in this workshop and it was really fun working on my own portfolio website for the main project which i can build off of and use to showcase my work going forward. I like that Matt troubleshoots things in the videos and lets you know what the best practices are and why so you can apply it to real world experience.
It was amazing to create my own developer's portfolio, that summarizes all my skills and projects. Thank you, Matt and Delac Foundation! It was a great course! I would highly recommend!
I have really enjoyed the basics add-on course. It's a fantastic little course packed full of new things to learn. This add-on course has given me even more confidence to build projects and I am looking forward to the next challenge! I enjoy watching war films so that was my topic for this project!
I have really enjoyed learning SheCodes Basics and completing the project. I have some other HTML knowledge but Matt's teaching style is easy to understand and doesn't give information that isn't necessary at this stage.
The Basics Add On course was both challenging and fun. I'm pleased with all the new tricks I learned and hope I will be able to apply them in the next course. I love that we get to produce projects that are personal. Makes all the coding seem totally worth it and the end result is exciting. Definitely something to be proud of.

This add-on workshop was not what I was expecting. I am very glad I decided to take it now before moving onto the other workshops. There is so much more to HTML and CSS than I thought. I cannot wait to implement the new CSS techniques I learned to more projects!

I didn't think I'd be able to build a weather app in the beginning of SheCodes Plus. There were many trial and errors to get it working, but with the help of the support team and the videos I was able to complete the final project. Overall, it was fun to see it slowly come together and gave me the feeling of accomplishment. If you love to learn new things and enjoy challenges, this workshop is for you.

I really enjoyed the React course! As always, Matt's explanations are clear and thorough. I liked that we were able to build two projects in this course, especially the dictionary application was quite fun. There's a lot to learn with React and I look forward to honing my skills.

Admittedly, I was a little overwhelmed at first. However, while I was working on the project, I felt like all of the elements I had learned during the course came together. Creating content about material that I am knowledgeable of pushed me to develop a page that I am proud to share.

I had so much fun doing this project and learned so much throughout this workshop. It's been awhile since I've done something that had me wanting to do it day and night, but SheCodes had me wanting to start coding the moment I woke up. I started from knowing zero about coding to making my own project with just the basic skills. This course kept my ADHD brain focused and explained in a way that anyone would understand. I'm very proud of myself for the first time in a long time and it feels wonderful. Thanks so much , SheCodes!!
This was a very intense course but worth it. Definitely not easy but once you understand how it really works its actually interesting. For a person with 0 coding skills and to be able to built this project its a very proud moment.Thank you sheCodes it was a very fruitful 8 weeks.
Another milestone covered- I take a look at my project and still find it hard to believe that this was a person with no coding knowledge about 3 months ago.
This was a fun workshop to learn how to create a responsive site with multiple pages! I created my portfolio to showcase my projects with the skills I learned in this workshop. Cannot wait to add more to my portfolio!
I completed the initial Basics workshop and decided to keep going with SheCodes Max. The Basics Add-on was the next step. I loved learning more fun CSS & JS properties that I can apply to my next projects and challenge landing pages to spruce them up!
This program was super flexible and convenient. It truly helped me get over my fear of learning to code and broke down the process in a way that was easy to understand and engaging but still challenging. Each correctly completed exercise that preceded built my confidence for the homework submissions, and the homework submissions made the final project that much easier to complete. I am eternally grateful to have followed through with SheCodes!
It's the end of my journey. I'm pretty happy and sad because it was a fun and very powerful project. Big thanks to Matt and his team. This workshop gives me a lot of knowledge about what I can do to will be hired.
SheCodes Basics was a good introduction to the world of coding. I appreciated all the challenges along the way. Being able to watch tutorials and then put those ideas into action really helped me learn. The projects and homework were my favorite because I felt like those allowed me to create and problem solve independently. Great course so far - looking forward to what is next.
It's been fun 5 weeks. I've been given a lot of useful information that makes coding easier and more advanced. Can't wait to start working on new projects to place them in my portfolio.

Working on this project was so much fun ! I notice that having a little bit of experience helps :) If a few months ago I would be really concerned whenever a bug comes up or I get stuck , now I know that most bugs have a solution or a reason, it's just the mind which needs a break. Leaving the project for a while only to return to it with fresh concertation power works like magic for me. Happy coding to all!
React was certainly more challenging but in a good way. You get to see the difference between each workshop. React is more complex but Matt guides you and explains every single step for the projects. You get to learn and understand the each step for the components and every code. Also, the slack channel also helps you understand and add any new code you like to add to your project.
Hands on projects make it easy to learn!
I was nervous when I started the course and it was a bit daunting at first as I had no idea at all how to code before this. By the end of the course, I felt a lot more confident with what I was doing and enjoyed making my final project. Would love to go on and try the next courses when I have time in my crazy schedule

I kept seeing people post about the SheCodes workshops anytime I looked up coding workshops. I am so glad I decided to join the SheCodes community. The lessons were very informative and easy to follow. I love that there was a challenge after the lessons. It allowed me to practice what I learned and apply what I learned to the homeworks and project. Anytime I had questions I was able to reach out to peers and the SheCodes team. I have learned a whole new set of skills all thanks to SheCodes! It is so worth it, what are you waiting for?!
So glad to have continued my study of coding. Things started to click more in SheCodes Responsive. Doing the projects brought back my love for graphic design, my major in high school. I can't wait to start the next section.
This Basic Add On was such a great work experience. I learned so much and there is so much for coding. I felt like I put a lot of the learning challenges into this project. Would recommend to do this add on as I feel like that there is so much to do with coding.
