Another great course by Matt and the SheCodes crew! This add-on helped to further build and expand on the HTML, CSS and Javascript skills learned in the SheCodes Basics. The final project was a lot of fun to create!
This workshop was challenging in a fun way and pushes you to learn extensively throughout the explanative videos. While I still do not 100% understand all of the Javascript and function creations have done throughout the project, it was an extremely rewarding feeling following the SheCodes API and putting in the correct conditions. I'm glad it was broken down into multi-week portions as it was HEFTY. I am grateful for the experience and have a project I can look back on and go "Oh yeah we did this here" and I get to dissect it even further while going deeper into learning code. It makes me appreciate the individuals who do this for a living. Hopefully, I too will get to the point where everything "just clicks" as it does for Matt Delac in his informative videos!
This additional add-on project was an awesome opportunity to learn more about what all can be accomplished using CSS and JS.
I am beyond grateful for my experience with SheCodes Plus. After completing SheCodes Basics, I knew I wanted to continue learning and expanding my coding knowledge. The course material was challenging yet incredibly rewarding, and the assignments and project allowed me to apply my newfound knowledge in a practical way. I also appreciated the sense of community within the program and the support from other students in the Slack group. Overall, SheCodes Plus was an amazing experience, and I feel confident in my ability to continue learning and growing as a developer.

It was a little bit complecated but I enjoyed every moment. Thank you for this interesting jorney. With some topics I was a bit confused but I think that the more practice will give me full understanding.and unfortunately I didn't make the final project as I wanted to because I didn't enought time to impove it (for personal reasons). But I hope I will do my best to impove the final project later.
Before shecodes ,learning how to code seemed like a very difficult task for me but shecodes provided a great opportunity for me where I could learn html,css,javascript without struggle.Also the step by step approach and the challenges at the end of each week helped me to understand each lesson thoroughly before moving on to the next lesson.The project at the end of the course allowed me to use my creativity and review what I had learnt so far.All in all,I highly recommend this course to whoever is at the beginning of their coding journey.
This course was the most difficult, but with Matt's good explanation everything became clear. Sometimes I got stuck trying to figure out how to fix or do something. In general, I am satisfied with the work done and my project made in React. Matt is an excellent teacher and in this course helped to understand the main features of working on React. Nice and detailed workshops, everything explained in a proper way so that there almost no reasons to encounter serious problems or even get stack. Another exciting and challenging workshop! I really liked the Responsive workshop which made me able to build a portfolio that looks good on any device. Like the previous workshops every step is explained by Matt and you can check your progress through the challenges before writing the code for the final project. I can't wait for React now!
I never expected to be able to accomplish such a project! As a full-time worker, I had quite a few difficulties, but the flexibility of this course was perfect for me. I look forward to continuing with the next modules π
SheCodes Basics was a great starter into the world of dev and the projects very educational.
I've learned so much in the past two weeks!! Java dealt with me, but Matt is a great teacher. He did a great job at breaking it down and making it as easy to understand as possible. I enjoyed the little activities after each lesson to practice what I've learned. And the final project for the Basics workshop was fun to do! Would highly recommend it, 100/10!!

I really enjoyed how this program was broken up into manageable steps. It never felt overwhelming, and the mini-projects really helped my confidence, as they were great to go back to whenever I got stuck.
I love that SheCodes React uses previous project from SheCodes Plus to apply new knowledge. Lessons are well-paced and new concepts are well-explained.

After completing the SheCodes Plus program, where I gained advanced knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API, GitHub, and hosting; I can confidently say that this program has been a game-changer for me. The curriculum was well-structured and covered topics I needed to know to become a proficient developer. The hands-on projects helped me apply the concepts I learned and by the end of the program I've had developed a Weather App. I now feel confident in my abilities to take on more challenging projects. Learning React was challenging at times! It is like making a million Jigsaw Pieces and then putting it all back together to make one large whole puzzle Lol. But I had a lot of fun and enjoyed Learning React. I can't wait to learn more about React and build more React projects in the future!
Where do I even begin? At this point I already calling myself a full stack developer because this is my end goal and with the rate we are learning with our President Matt it is going to be possible in a space of six months only. With the SheCodes Basics course you start from a beginner and by the time you get to your final project, you will be knowing a lot. I found my home in SheCodes.

One of the things I appreciated most about the camp was the emphasis on collaboration and teamwork with people all from different countries on slack. We were encouraged to work together on assignments and projects, which allowed us to learn from each other and develop our interpersonal skills.
I recently completed a web development bootcamp at a coding school, where I gained experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various front-end frameworks. I have also worked on several small projects outside of school, which have helped me to further develop my skills and knowledge in web development. Enjoyed creating a responsive webpage in this course. I utilized bootstrap for the final project, but I am thinking I might want to try again without it to challenge myself and also be able to customize the look of the webpage more.
This Responsive ADD-ON workshop was definitely challenging but pretty exciting! Working on the project along with Matt while he explains do's and dont's, and why's.... makes it really comprehensible and fun. Moving on to React! :D
I decide to make a step back and enrol in the Add-ons Basics Workshop to have one more project and improve my HTML, CSS and JavaScript Knowledge.
Before I began this course, I had no idea what HTML, CSS or Javascript were; but I just completed my first project using all three codes. Yay! This training is well designed for beginners to learn and understand. There are also good resources and interactions between Matt's team and the students. Interesting add-on project!
It was a nice and challenging journey. React wasn't very easy for me, but I'm happy I could manage to finish the project (and understand what I was doing in it, ha-ha). Matt was very clear in explaining everything. Will definitely continue to study coding.

It was an amazing experience to build your weather app from scratch. Beginning with making a wireframe and improving every detail each week. After completing the SheCodes Basic Course, I feel much more confident in my coding skills and believe that I have improved significantly from a beginner level. I came across Delac Foundation after months of researching and looking for a bootcamp or workshop programme that will equip me with skills that will help me in my tech career and obviously securing a job. I'm already a month in and I am so happy for the choice I have made and I'm also excited for the upcoming workshops and projects.
The basics add-on workshop was slightly challenging for me but I'm grateful I took the time to take it and understand a little more about how HTML, CSS, and JavaScript can better flow with each other. You do learn a few new techniques that come in handy especially with the end project.
