Great class! The lessons were clear, the projects were hands-on.

As always, SheCodes delivers well structured lessons. Responsive design is such an important part of software development and I am glad that it is included in the curriculum. Matt does a great job showing what a typical day in a front-end developer's life looks like by coding, making mistakes, finding the source of the errors and debugging them. It was quite an informative module to work with. The portfolio project is a nice touch. I now have a portfolio to share on my professional social accounts.

This was a very interesting and well-designed workshop! I learned a lot about Python class logic, attributes, and methods, customizing lists of dictionaries for reading and manipulating CSV file outputs in Python, creating and styling plots for impactful data visualization. The final project linked everything together, with a real-life developer task example, which has been very exciting to work on!

The Plus Workshop really built on what was learned in Basic and the Add-On and helped to solidify those skills. It was fast-paced but easy to follow and navigate. I feel much more confident in my skills having made a new project as well as learned how Git and GitHub work.

As a complete beginner and definitely not at all tech minded i was concerned that this course would be beyond my abilities but wanted to give it a go. Imagine my surprise to have just been able to submit my final project, an actual webpage with an interactive button. I am beyond proud! The course was incredibly informative, offering in-depth insights into complex Python concepts while maintaining clarity throughout. The lessons were well-structured, and each topic built on the previous one, which helped me grasp advanced techniques with ease. I particularly appreciated the balance between theory and practical examples, which allowed me to immediately apply what I was learning. Matt's ability to break down complex material into digestible portions made challenging concepts much more approachable. Overall, this class not only deepened my Python knowledge but also gave me the confidence to tackle more complex programming projects. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to level up their Python skills!

My SheCodes Plus journey was absolutely phenomenal. I have honed my CSS and JavaScript skills through the Plus workshop and as someone who had no background in JS, I was quite challenged but because of Matt Delac's ability to explain the complexities of JS codes integration, I was able to tackle the interactive challenges provided and could successfully complete my project. I have truly learnt a lot and I am a lot more confident in my coding skills as I have acquired a solid foundation in HTML, JavaScript and CSS. I would definitely recommend SheCodes to every woman out there seeking to start their journey in coding.

This was a super fun project.

Cool project without any API integration! It was nice to learn about the usage of the moment.js library since working with libraries can be quite overwhelming. But one step at a time ... I also enjoyed adding more locations and styling.

Easy to follow along bite size lessons. Week 1 - was well paced and simple to dip my toes. Week 2 - now were talking. things got interesting. and more fun. Week 3 - challenging but rewarding to see the final project come to life I'd totally recommend SheCodes to others.

SheCodes Python Basics transformed me from a complete beginner with Python to someone who could build a working weather application, like I did with JavaScript in SheCodes Plus. Through hands-on projects, I learned essential programming concepts with Python, worked with APIs, and gained practical experience with Python libraries like requests and rich. The course's project-based approach helped me create something tangible--a command-line weather app that pulls real data and presents it beautifully. This experience gave me the confidence and foundation I needed to continue my journey in software development.

I thoroughly enjoyed this workshop. It was great to revisit these programming languages, as it had been a while since I last worked with them. Matt Delac made it easier for me to recall much of what I had learned before while also introducing new concepts. Although it was challenging at first, I now feel much more comfortable with coding. Completing the final project felt smooth, as it served as a comprehensive review of everything covered in the workshop. Matt’s encouragement and focus on beginner-friendly approaches kept me motivated, as he made the learning process simple and approachable. I’m excited to continue learning and achieving more with SheCodes😁

Plus Add-on has been another exciting workshop that has introduced me to further JS features that I'll definitley be using in future projects.
