SheCodes Basics was a great starter into the world of dev and the projects very educational.
I've learned so much in the past two weeks!! Java dealt with me, but Matt is a great teacher. He did a great job at breaking it down and making it as easy to understand as possible. I enjoyed the little activities after each lesson to practice what I've learned. And the final project for the Basics workshop was fun to do! Would highly recommend it, 100/10!!

This is really good to learn coding for women. It exactly helps to upgrade skills for my career and its learning style is excellent easy to understand. I really enjoyed how this program was broken up into manageable steps. It never felt overwhelming, and the mini-projects really helped my confidence, as they were great to go back to whenever I got stuck.
I love that SheCodes React uses previous project from SheCodes Plus to apply new knowledge. Lessons are well-paced and new concepts are well-explained.

After completing the SheCodes Plus program, where I gained advanced knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API, GitHub, and hosting; I can confidently say that this program has been a game-changer for me. The curriculum was well-structured and covered topics I needed to know to become a proficient developer. The hands-on projects helped me apply the concepts I learned and by the end of the program I've had developed a Weather App. I now feel confident in my abilities to take on more challenging projects. I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to gain advanced coding skills.

I recently completed SheCodes Responsive and I really enjoyed learning through the tutorial videos and hands-on practice exercises. This add-on really solidified my current coding knowledge and was definitely trickier with embedding images on to a website. The videos that Matt created made things a lot clearer and really helped when putting the final project together. Looking forward to the next course!

Learning React was a roller coaster ride with its highs and lows, but it was such a satisfying journey. The feeling of accomplishment after completing a project was extraordinary. I enjoyed every moment of it!

Learning React was challenging at times! It is like making a million Jigsaw Pieces and then putting it all back together to make one large whole puzzle Lol. But I had a lot of fun and enjoyed Learning React. I can't wait to learn more about React and build more React projects in the future!
Where do I even begin? At this point I already calling myself a full stack developer because this is my end goal and with the rate we are learning with our President Matt it is going to be possible in a space of six months only. With the SheCodes Basics course you start from a beginner and by the time you get to your final project, you will be knowing a lot. I found my home in SheCodes.

One of the things I appreciated most about the camp was the emphasis on collaboration and teamwork with people all from different countries on slack. We were encouraged to work together on assignments and projects, which allowed us to learn from each other and develop our interpersonal skills.
I recently completed a web development bootcamp at a coding school, where I gained experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various front-end frameworks. I have also worked on several small projects outside of school, which have helped me to further develop my skills and knowledge in web development. Iβm proud to be a part of this brilliant womenβs developer school.

Learning with SheCodes was an absolute pleasure . My idea turn into beautiful and functional website that exceeded my expectations . The development process was excellent, and I was happy with my final project assignment.
Enjoyed creating a responsive webpage in this course. I utilized bootstrap for the final project, but I am thinking I might want to try again without it to challenge myself and also be able to customize the look of the webpage more.
This Responsive ADD-ON workshop was definitely challenging but pretty exciting! Working on the project along with Matt while he explains do's and dont's, and why's.... makes it really comprehensible and fun. Moving on to React! :D
I decide to make a step back and enrol in the Add-ons Basics Workshop to have one more project and improve my HTML, CSS and JavaScript Knowledge.
Before I began this course, I had no idea what HTML, CSS or Javascript were; but I just completed my first project using all three codes. Yay! This training is well designed for beginners to learn and understand. There are also good resources and interactions between Matt's team and the students. Interesting add-on project!
It was a nice and challenging journey. React wasn't very easy for me, but I'm happy I could manage to finish the project (and understand what I was doing in it, ha-ha). Matt was very clear in explaining everything. Will definitely continue to study coding.

It was an amazing experience to build your weather app from scratch. Beginning with making a wireframe and improving every detail each week. Step by step you learn a lot of new and fun things, and every week's challenge keeps you engaged and interested. I had a really great time creating this project and learning lessons. Amazing course! After completing the SheCodes Basic Course, I feel much more confident in my coding skills and believe that I have improved significantly from a beginner level. I gained a deeper understanding of programming fundamentals and learned important skills that I can apply to real-world projects. I came across Delac Foundation after months of researching and looking for a bootcamp or workshop programme that will equip me with skills that will help me in my tech career and obviously securing a job. I'm already a month in and I am so happy for the choice I have made and I'm also excited for the upcoming workshops and projects.
The basics add-on workshop was slightly challenging for me but I'm grateful I took the time to take it and understand a little more about how HTML, CSS, and JavaScript can better flow with each other. You do learn a few new techniques that come in handy especially with the end project.

The learning base provided by this course fully covers the basics and provides an understanding of how React works. Thanks to the detailed video lessons, I understood everything and implemented it into the project. Consolidated the skills of working with Api and Bootstrap and have mastered React.

The entire learning process was amazing! I have also had the opportunity to work with other students and participate in coding projects, which has been immensely helpful. It is an amazing course, whichever workshop you want to go for. Even if you already know some coding this is the most fun and useful workshop to continue with. And if you have no experience in coding the SheCodes Basic workshop is (to my mind) the best way to start with. It requires nothing and at the end it leaves you with a project that is coded by yourself and youβll be much more confident for the next levels and you have had a lot of fun and enjoyed the learning. It is so easy to allow and it step by step, with challenges to make sure you learnt the subject which is super helpful.
Had fun following all the steps, lots of new info. Would definitely try to make another similar project just to understand how it works.

I have always been intimidated to learn how to code. It always seemed too difficult to understand. I am glad I did my research and came across this program. I wanted to see how much I'd enjoy taking the Basics course so I signed up. I know there's still a lot to learn but I can see just how far I've come in using HTML, CSS, and JS. I'm really proud of my final project and even added in more features not required just to see if I could do it! I come from a heavy sales background so transitioning into this field may take more time for me to consider. Although I'm not sure where this will take me, I do feel confident if I ever wanted a developer career, that I'd be more than ready to take on a front-end role (as that still seems daunting to me at the moment). If you're unsure, at least give the basics a chance, especially considering the price point for the Basics program alone. It would be well worth it to explore this industry to make sure it's something you like or not.
