The World Clock app is an interesting and fun add-on project to code. I especially love learning about Moment.js (what a lifesaver it is!) and incorporating new functionalities outside the project criteria to challenge myself. I was able to apply what I've learned from past workshops to code another awesome app!
The limitless potential of code has been evident to me since learning React JS; I'd love to try it on other projects.
It is very motivational to keep building your own projects and doing hands on coding along the way. The content is mostly easy to follow and if you have questions, the team is quick and helpful to answer and guide you. Now I really feel like I am able to create simple homepages on my own which is an amazing feeling and gives me motivation to imagine myself finding a career in this field soon!
During Responsive Web Development course I was impressed by interesting developing world. Learning about responsive design and implementing it in my final project was new experience for me, but so interesting. I explored new skills and technologies and provided it in my project.
I have learned so much since I started with she codes basics. I didn't have any coding background but I was able to complete my challenges and project, the lesson are easy to understand and I love that we are given solutions upon submitting of the challenges (html, CSS and JavaScript). This was is a great opportunity for me and I am really looking forward to learning more.
The addon project was really fun! Seeing the functionality work of the different time zones was challenging yet fulfilling. What a fun little project to do.

Another React workshop came to it's end but this time diving deeper into React, and I've got to say, it was another fantastic experience! Just like the forecast project we did earlier, this workshop was a blast. One of the things I really appreciated about this workshop was how it helped me understand more about loops and working with double APIs. React can be a bit tricky to wrap your head around sometimes, but Matt really knows how to break it down into manageable chunks. Overall, I learned a ton and had a great time doing it. SheCodes makes learning how to code easy and straightforward. The lessons are very informative and Matt breaks down everything to leave no confusion. After previously trying other platforms, I believe I have gained more knowledge from SheCodes which has all tied together to enable me to create this project at the end of the Basics course. I also appreciate the flexibility of the course when it comes to the submission of homework and projects, without preventing the completion of the courses. The added extras that SheCodes offers, such as the generators etc, are very useful and it's rare to find such additional tools elsewhere.

JavaScript is hard. I wanted to give up from time to time but knowing that learning to code is a long process, I settled on just focusing on what's in the syllabus. The lessons focused mostly on the process of building one weather app project. It's a great workshop but I personally have to refer to outside materials to understand more of some of the lessons here.
Great course! The content was presented in a way that was easy to understand. The projects were fun, and you have access to help if you get stuck. I didn't think I would like or even understand coding; it was something I wanted to try because I am looking to change careers. But I really enjoyed the content and want to keep learning! It has been an incredibly enriching experience from start to finish. The curriculum was well-structured, covering a comprehensive range of topics from the fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to more advanced concepts like responsive web design, APIs, and frameworks. One aspect of the program that I particularly appreciated was the hands-on approach to learning. Through numerous practical exercises, coding projects, and real-world challenges, I gained valuable experience and confidence in my coding abilities. The program also provided ample opportunities for collaboration and networking with fellow students, fostering a supportive learning community that I found invaluable.
In this workshop I learned a lot about responsive design. I immediately applied this new knowledge to my previous projects! I'm very much looking forward to the other workshops.

As I started this journey with SheCodes, I had 0 experience in coding. But the fact that I was able to create my final project and understand how I got there is a testament to how well Matt teaches. This Plus workshop was both fun and challenging. It felt great to have a working weather forecast app by the end of it, and I look forward to working on more projects as my coding journey progresses.
This is by far amazing, so many things I learned. How to play around AI , animation effect and not to forget the TypeWriter effect. This helped me to create the final project and I am quite proud of myself :). I know this will help in my future projects.

I also learned about time zones, date formats, getting the current timezone, and displaying multiple locations.β¨β¨ Learning about timezones, date formats, and how to work with them dynamically through challenging yet rewarding projects like creating a world clock application, not only expanded my technical toolkit but also deepened my understanding of user experience and functionality and honed my problem-solving skills even more.
