From understanding the fundamentals to mastering more advanced concepts, every step of the journey felt rewarding and empowering. The highlight of my journey was definitely building the weather website project. It was incredibly rewarding to see all the pieces come together as I implemented what I had learned throughout the course. From fetching data using APIs to designing the layout with CSS, every step felt like a small victory.

Working on the AI poem generator project has been very rewarding, it is one of my favorite projects so far!
SheCodes add-ons are a fun way to put yourself to practice. You can follow the lessons to build the project or just try to figure it out yourself based on what you already learned from the other lessons. I did the latter. It's interesting to see how you can figure out something completely different than the suggested solution.
This project was a lot of fun, and have a good idea of how complex larger React projects can be, as well as some (much needed) practise in using states, functions and props. I've actually come to enjoy React, it's quite nice to divide your code up into sections. I think I'll definitely need to supplement with some additional study, but it was an excellent introduction to React.
As someone who barely knew where to start with coding, this workshop was like a guiding light. We were lucky to have Matt who broke down complex concepts into easily digestible bits. There is definitely a lot going on during those 8 weeks of workshop. So it is always good to take the time to go over the videos and challenges several times to make sure it is all clear. But it was great fun building the weather app and playing with API integrations.

This was a funny project, I made an AI vegetarian recipe generator with basic ingredients we can find at home. It is very basic but it is useful.
React was a remarkable course to complete. The course content was thoroughly structured and Matt provided invaluable insight into React development. A great start in web development, you learn all the basic information you need to build your project. I found it great how it helps you visualize what the development process is like, as well as what to expect while learning. All errors faced in development were also handled and were not cut from the video, which helped me know how to handle issues that are inevitable while coding.

By no means was the Plus course easy to get through but I will say, it was 1 million percent worth it and as the previous Basics course proved, the lessons, challenges and projects were so amazingly put together! What an incredible adventure and accomplishment! I set out to complete the entire SheCodes Max program in under 90 days and did it in about 82 days! I currently work full-time as a high school Spanish teacher, so I dedicated nights, weekends, and holidays to my SheCodes training. I have learned an incredible amount of information, gained skills, and created a project portfolio to share with prospective employers. SheCodes Plus was a bit more complex but maintained the tutorial style that was easy to follow and comprehend. We learned many different techniques of coding and it felt great to see the final project come to life! The SheCodes community and support is unmatched whenever there are roadblocks. I can confidently say that these technologies have transformed the way I create and design websites. Also SheCodes made it easy for having things like palettes and gradients,CSS brings life to the visuals although it requires A little more Practice because that was literally most of my struggle especially because I love good designs, and JavaScript OH MY WORD: it's literally the coolest even though I am so used to Java Annotations I managed to juggle around it from knowing an equal sign to being == to === Interesting. Also for years and years I have been using my laptop however I never knew the short cuts of using emojis , I will sure abuse it for days now, well That's just me But on the Reals now, HTML is pretty much straight forward the trick comes to making your visuals more Fascinating by using CSS...but Overall Matt Delac makes it easy and fun These technologies are the cornerstone of modern web development, and I look forward to exploring their endless possibilities in future projects.

I really enjoyed this added project and how it all came together from the beginning to end. This process has really opened my thinking of how websites I use daily are actually built. This particular project has been one of my favourites and I would highly recommend SheCodes to any woman that is looking to learn how to code. Their methodology allows you to really grasp the concept/ language of coding. Looking forward to the next stage.
Learning how to code with SheCodes Basics is an absolute blast! From the very first lesson, I was hooked. The workshop is definitely beginner-friendly that even someone like me, with zero coding experience, found it incredibly easy to follow along. One of the best things about SheCodes is how they make learning fun. From the interactive lessons to the engaging projects kept me motivated and excited to dive deeper into the world of coding. I never thought coding could be this fun!
It has really been fun doing this course, I have learned to build a whole weather app!. Very challenging but there has been a lot of support which has helped me not give up. I will definitely be using the stuff I have learnt to do other projects and hopefully land my job as a web developer.
During my experience with SheCodes, I learned how to integrate various technologies to create a compelling project. The AI poem generator project equipped me with practical skills in utilizing Axios for making HTTP requests, working with APIs to fetch data, and integrating external JavaScript plugins like Typewriter for dynamic text animation.
