Gaining knowledge about multiple pages, advanced HTML links, CSS variables and advanced flexbox techniques as well as how to integrate Bootstrap. Using Bootstrap CSS Utility classes, responsive grids, images and navigation is awesome. Learning about Responsive Testing, CSS Media Queries, Multiple page Hosting and SEO. It can be very frustrating trying to get the prompt and context right so that the AI responses with the information you want but this was such a fun project to complete. I appreciate that AI is growing and growing and will not stop so being able to understand things like this in the future will be very important.
This workshop was fun to learn. I created a recipe generator, that I will use when I get stuck for ideas in the kitchen. This example related to me more, as I am not crazy about poetry. At first, I was a bit intimidated to move away from Matt's example, thinking it would be more confusing to learn. I am excited that this was not the case. I found that it was easy to customise and encouraging to think of other AI projects I could create to streamline my everyday tasks!!
I'm hooked!! I've just completed the Basics Add-on course and have loved every minute. I've worked through CSS, understanding Backgrounds, how to make elements stand out using Transform and Grids and I'm now familiar in Class Manipulation too, using JavaScript to make changes to my HTML code. It's been a fun project to work through one of my hobbies and bring it to life through a landing page! Looking forward to progressing through the upcoming SheCodes courses.

I really enjoyed making the Final Project and towards the end I ended up tinkering with the CSS code and understanding where to put certain classes or hovers - something I definitely wouldn't have been able to do 3 weeks ago. Wow! This was my first time integrating AI into an application and it was truly a great learning experience. The project was fun to build and I enjoyed this one the most so far. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get creative in the digital space.
This project has been great fun! I struggled a little bit in the first 4 weeks but the second half of the course I flew through in just a couple of days. I had so much fun doing this course and being able to play around with the design myself. Note to self I need to come up with some way better design ideas for the next project but I had fun playing with the colour palettes etc. I learnt so many new things in this project and I cant wait to take them into the next project.

i found these 3 weeks both challenging and rewarding - i loved learning the new languanges within coding and pushing myself to problem solve within my work. Matts classes and projects are just the right amount of informative teaching and practical work.
I had tried wrapping my head around coding for a long time and even worked on some data science projects at work and university. I felt defeated because I found coding too complex and thought that the world of software development was a dream I could never pursue. I challenged myself to try coding just one more time and attended the SheCodes Introduction workshop. I was shocked at how easy to grasp the concepts were and how much I enjoyed the way Matt (my instructor) explained concepts. I felt for the first time that my dream of transitioning into software development was a real possibility. The lessons were ADHD-friendly (which was very important for me as an ADHD girlie!) as they were bite-sized, self-paced, aesthetic and interesting. Needless to say, I find myself coding for fun at night, which I never thought I'd say. If you're on the fence, please try the course; you won't regret it!
It was definitely worth the time. The homework made it easier to stay on track and also to complete the final project.I definitely loved this workshop.
