Through SheCodes, I had the opportunity to work on hands-on projects that challenged me to think critically and creatively. I particularly enjoyed building interactive applications like the World Clock, which taught me the importance of clean code, user experience, and debugging in real time.

Honestly, working on these advanced Python projects felt really rewarding. I got to dig into CSV files, filter and organize data, and then turn it into clear visualizations that actually made sense. It wasn’t just about writing code, it was about learning how to keep things clean, documented, and professional, which gave me a lot more confidence in my skills.

Learning to code as a beginner can be challenging, but it's also incredibly rewarding. Small projects teach you to think logically, solve problems and bring ideas to life on the screen. Every step, from writing the first HTML page to adding interactive features with JavaScript, builds confidence and I am hoping new opportunities will be opened.

This 8 weeks sessions I have got to learn a lot especially on the projects. This is is the best platform for women because I have managed it as I was still attending to my normal routines and classes, meaning that you can learn at your convenient time in Shecodes

This workshop has been an incredible journey. I learned how to build a functional World Clock application from scratch, mastering JavaScript logic, Moment.js, and complex timezone management. The hands-on projects allowed me to turn theory into a professional-looking tool. Highly recommended for anyone looking to bridge the gap between basic HTML and real-world web development!

After completing the Python AI course, I feel even more confident expanding my backend skills. For my final project, I built a Travel Planner that integrates an AI API along with a weather API, combining intelligent recommendations with real-time data. This project pushed me to think more carefully about logic, API integration, and how different systems communicate in practice.

So much fun! This course was really interesting and felt really rewarding at the end to see the whole project come together

I bought the bundle many years ago and ccompleted a coupld of workshops, but then life happened and I completely let go of coding to focus on other things. Now I decided to go back to coding, and actually decided to pursue a formal education here in Sweden, but I felt I was too rusty, so I decided to start again with the add-on for the Basic workshop and everything clicked back so quickly. I hadn’t coded in 2–3 years because life got busy, and I honestly wasn’t sure if I could get back into it. Restarting with SheCodes was the best decision I could have made. I began by revisiting the basics, completed the add-ons, and now I’m back in the Plus workshop — picking up where I left off at 65%. What’s incredible is that it doesn’t feel overwhelming at all. It was a great learning experience and challenge that helped me understand how to build clean, structured, and mobile-friendly websites. Even though I might be fully remaking the whole structure of the project later :D. The lessons were clear, practical, and easy to follow, and the hands-on projects really helped me apply everything step by step. I really have to mention, that I faced a very important challenge — and a valuable lesson — the importance of creating the correct logical HTML markup for all pages before jumping into the design stage. Proper structure from the beginning makes the entire workflow smoother and prevents a lot of issues later when adding styling or making the layout responsive. Overall, the course strengthened my confidence in building responsive websites and improved the way I approach web development.

I really, really enjoyed this one! It has been so, so satisfying pulling together all of the skills learned from previous SheCodes courses in order to produce even more adventurous and advanced projects. I feel as though all of the courses are very well paced, so you feel a little challenged along the way but not completely out of your depth! I've truly been really enjoying this experience. Collecting the certificates of the Bootcamp course has felt as addictively satisfying as collecting Pokémon! "Gotta catch 'em all!" 😂

This project challenged me in the best way possible. Building a fully responsive travel webpage with a hero section, cards, grids, embeds, and CSS filters helped me strengthen both my layout and styling skills. I learned how important structure, responsiveness, and clean code are when designing for multiple devices. It wasn’t always easy, but seeing the final result come together across mobile, tablet, and desktop screens made the challenge truly worth it.

Such a great add-on to SheCodes Basics. The walkthroughs for each step were really helpful and made the final project feel much more achievable. Just four weeks in, and I already feel much more confident learning to code. The deadlines also helps a lot with staying accountable!

The Responsive Add-on workshop helped everything finally come together for me. I learned how to think about layout, grids, and responsiveness as a system instead of treating each issue separately. By the end, I felt confident structuring a full project with cards, embeds, filters, and responsive behaviour that actually made sense. It gave me both clarity and confidence in my front-end skills.

Just finished SheCodes Plus Add-On and I’m leaving a genuine 5⭐ review. I went purposefully slower on this one because I wanted to actually retain things, not just sprint to the finish. I’m really glad I did. The course is structured properly, the lessons build in a sensible order, and the final World Clock project pulls everything together in a way that makes it stick. Also yes, I went a bit beyond the brief 😂 but I’m proud of this build. Something clicked for me here, especially around state (what the app is “remembering”) and DOM nodes (what actually exists on the page). Once that clicked, debugging got way less chaotic and way more methodical. I’m not just following steps now, I understand what I’m changing and why. Huge thanks to SheCodes and Matt Delac (founder + instructor) for making it approachable without dumbing it down. Next up for me: I’m building a combination project for extra practice, then onto the next course.

Great course ! I have enjoyed building portfolio project website. It was both fun and challenging.

I absolutely loved using the skills I learned in Python Basics to create a more interactive project in Python AI! One of the difficulties I had with Python Basics was that I always wanted to go a bit further with the code, and that's exactly what the Python AI course allowed me to do. As with all the other SheCodes courses I've taken, lessons were succinct and engaging, and the challenges were fun to complete. One of my favourite aspects of the course is how customisable the final project is, thanks to how you can personalise your prompts.

I really enjoy how the classes are organized and the little challenges in between that give you a chance to play around with the code. I find myself immersed in the challenges and projects and always have a deep sense of satisfaction in seeing the code "come to life"!

Really enjoyed using moment.js in this add on section, as well as playing around a bit more with simple styling to suit the project.

This was a lot more challenging than I had expected! although the design is basic I learned how to use moment.js and moment Time zone to get real-time data without having to use an API. I really enjoyed this project and will be one I go back to later down the line to improve on the CSS.

This is a great course if you want an introduction to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Personally, I had to do a lot of Googling and extra research alongside the course to fully grasp some of the concepts, but I actually really enjoyed that because it helped me learn even more. This workshop is a great introduction to the world of web coding. While mastering three coding languages in a short period takes dedicated effort and further study – as you’d expect – the hands-on approach of building projects is the most effective way to learn.

This workshop was a bit more challenging (which was to be expected) and I enjoyed every minute of it. It really went in depth with the concepts that were touched on in the basics workshop. My favourite part was working on the project, playing around with code and seeing the final product. It was worth the challenge.
