This was an enjoyable and rewarding eight weeks. I was able to put together a project that I'm proud of and I'm excited to continue my coding journey with SheCodes!
I really enjoyed learning HTML, CSS and Javascript! The classes were user-friendly and it's been fun (although at times frustrating, ha!) to work on the challenges and project :)
Finally I finished the whole SheCodes courses! It was a big pleasure to make all the projects. I enjoyed and learnt a lot. I definitely recommend this course (until React of course) I know that definitely I will continue with React. I hope one day I will become a React Developer. Thank you so much team, you thought me how to code and how to enjoy coding as well. :) I hope to see forward courses!!
Absolutely loved SheCodes Plus. Definitely found this course more challenging and found myself hitting a mental block on more than a few occasions, but I'm embracing that this is part of the process and nothing a break away from your screen and a fresh mindset won't resolve. I really enjoy the structure of the lessons, challenges and project work and am looking forward to what SheCodes Pro will bring. Thanks again Matt and the SheCodes team :)
I have throughly enjoyed this workshop as it has allowed me to hugely improve my knowledge. It has also enabled me to feel cofindent enough to build my own projects and have them work well on any device. Having done the previous workshops(basic and plus), it's incredible to see the progress I have made and can't wait to start the next one!
I like the way this course built-up over the 3 weeks. The challenges are great for making sure you understand the lessons and the final project give plenty of scope to play around with that new knowledge. I have really enjoyed this.
If you are a beginner or just wanting to get back into coding this is what you need! The project was really fun to code! I'm looking forward to my next Workshop!
This is a really practical course that is great for beginners or those who are unfamiliar with these languages. There are short tutorials and then you get to try out new things immediately. The homework and projects are simple enough that they aren't overly laborious but complicated enough that you are actually using what you have been practicing. Pretty much hit the mark for how I learn best.
This course helped me learn the basics of coding and was pretty fun! I enjoyed making my own final project from scratch using everything I learned in the workshop.
I absolutely loved this class! I started out by attending the 1-hour free coding class from an Instagram ad, then ended up buying the basics class the following day and I have not looked back since! Matt does an amazing job explaining everything from the bottom up and does it where anyone can understand it. I was able to learn so much and have great resources that I had no problem with this final project. I had just a smidge of previous experience in coding from a semester in college (and those good ol' Myspace days!) and wanted to continue to learn more so that I can broaden my career opportunities in tech. If you're STILL hesitating to sign up, just DO IT, GIRL! Invest in yourself and your future, you will be thankful that you did.
After completing SheCodes Responsive, I feel confident that I will be able to make all of my future projects mobile-friendly. I'm excited to see what SheCodes React has in store!

SheCodes Plus was very challenging but I learned a lot more about coding. Finishing the real-life project gave me a real sense of achievement. I still can't believe I made a working weather app! Thanks to Matt and of course the slack team for the immediate support!
I really enjoyed SheCodes. I was nervous about leraning new programming languages but it turned out to be fun! I proud of the projects I completed on SheCodes and I am excited to add them to my portfolio. The skills I have learned will help me in my journey to tech.

Learning React has been really a challenge for me. I found JSX not very intuitive. Therefore, I consider completing the SheCodes' React class as a hard-earned skill. Matt's ability to present complex issues in a simple manner helped me definitely to stay on track and to finish the dictionary project which I am really proud of!
I experienced a lot of frustrating and challenging moments during this coding workshop but I also had so much fun! I felt really creative and happy that I could produce a really nice looking website as my final project.
I was TOTALLY new at coding. I started off shaky at first. I couldnβt see how I would ever get it! But I am happy to say I am starting to understand, and even figured out a solution in my final project not necessarily covered in class. I realized that I CAN do this! Thank you for the extra help just reading the feedback in Slack. Great Class!
Initially I was quite sceptical about this but I gave it a shot as I had nothing to loose and no I strongly recommend this workshop to all the ladies that were afraid that they are "too stupid" to code. NO girl, YOU CAN DO THIS! You set up your own pace and Matt explains everything down to the dot. The weekly assignments are simple but yet challenging. I came to this thinking that I can't code because it's too technical, too this, too that. Before I even finish my first week I had bought the React pack! My final project was an ode to unicorns and fully dedicated to my niece, so you learn to code AND get to be the best & favourite aunt π
Coding was always something I have always been interested to try/ learn and I'm so glad I finally did! I probably enjoyed creating my final project a little too much π Looking forward to starting SheCodes+!
WoW! What a journey this bootcamp has been! This has really challenged my coding knowledge in the best way. Matt explains everything, every step of the way. There was definitely more struggles this time around but I have grown from them through building an entire real-time weather application. I can say I am proud of the work I have done with this project and look forward to the next (Responsive then React)!

This is a great workshop to learn more about code, well explained and with an interesting final project, full of challenges. I learned a lot.
Loved every bit of it, no matter how many times I was staring at my screen thinking "Why is this not working?" just to realize that I have misplaced a ";" or other symbol, so yeah it is the little details that counts the most. Thankfully with all the support I got, I managed to get my projects up and running. Making mistakes was the best thing ever, for I realized that sometimes all you need to do is read your code and do some research, the answer is most of the time hidden in plain sight. If you have any second thoughts" don`t", it`s an amazing journey that might lead you to a different career path, or just have fun with coding. Looking forward for other workshops. Thank you SheCodes community, for making this happen.
SheCodes is an amazing! I've learned so much about coding, which is something I never thought I'd do. My weather app project was challenging, but a lot of fun and the SheCodes team was very supportive through the whole process. Creating a working product feels like such a big victory. I can't recommend this workshop enough!
During the last year, I decided to learn some coding and I came across with SheCodes. I started with SheCodes Basics but then I had so much fun that I decided to continue with SheCodes Plus and React. I feel more confident now than before. I enjoyed the projects, they got my analytical self out and more active, especially when thinking of the possible ways that something can be done.
This class was a great introduction to the world of coding and served as a sampler for me without committing before I was sure I wanted to explore this field. The videos were digestible, the homework helped cement the foundations of the coding languages we explored and the project was challenging enough to keep me engaged until the end.
I've been a front-end student for some time now, I decided to take the SheCodes course to keep myself motivated in my studies, and it was really the best thing I did. I recycled my knowledge and learned a lot of new things that I can apply to more advanced projects.

I am a banker by profession but I have always desired to know how websites are built. I have always been fascinated by the web and how engaging it is and how much knowledge one can acquire from it just by a click of a button, not to mention how easy it has made life for everyone. The learning curve however looked intimidating, and so I really yearned for somewhere where I could feel motivated to learn to learn to code ..and keep learning and not give up, just to see if this is a career path that I would find endearing. Those answers are what I got right here for a great price. What a highly engaging and interesting way to learn and to believe that you can code. I loved the challenges that kept me on toes and ensured I was consistent in my learning. I loved working on my final coding project because I learned that I can do anything that I put my mind to. From here the sky is the limit. I plan to take the SheCodes Pro course and become the kind of frontend end developer I now aspire to be. Thank you SheCodes!

This is my third SheCodes workshop! I have always wondered why websites looked alittle bit different depending on what devices you are viewing them on. It's really exciting to create a project that looks pleasing in both small and large screens.
It's been great being able to pull together everything into one portfolio project and learning new tips along the way. I'm a lot more confident with my coding now and can't wait to take it further with the next workshop.

I had a hard time executing the if /else statements with buttons in particular. However, it was worthwhile to review, practice, and complete this first project! I very much look forward to learning more in the next class!
This is the second workshop of SheCodes I've attended, and I'm simply impressed after each and every lesson! Complex things are broken up in little bits and basicly simplified so nicely that it makes you eager to learn much more. I really enjoyed learning how to code! The tutorials were easy to follow and the final project was a fun challenge.
I started programming as a side task in my previous job to build some basic applications in Google App Script to automatize some processes. I discovered that I liked coding and that the job of developer would enable me to have a more flexible lifestyle than I used to have. After trying to learn coding on my own via free courses and YouTube videos, I realised it would be more efficient to have a better structure of learning with deadlines, challenges, projects but also flexibility, which is why I registered to SheCodes. Even though I had already some basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, this course was clearer than any of the other content I had already learnt from and helped me understand better what I was doing. I would like to stress that you DO NOT NEED to have any experience in coding to register for SheCodes. The courses are very structured and the fact that you apply what you learnt right away in some small challenges helps absorbing the information.
SheCodes Responsive was a great next step after SheCodes Plus - I feel so much more confident with writing code, fixing issues in my code and being able to create a website that looks exactly like I want! Can't wait to get started on SheCodes React and build more projects to add to my portfolio!
I remember being proud of my previous coding projects but I always had to make excuses for why it didn't look good on a phone screen. Now, I'm so glad that I've learned how to make those pages responsive so I can stop being embarrassed! This is an essential development skill.
I enjoyed the experience. Each course has a perfect format, not too long and not overwhelming at all. The challenges are perfect for consolidating knowledge and the final project allows you to put into practice all the topics covered. Matt's pedagogy is spot on and very understandable!
I really like this workshop because it has excersizes after the video and I can review things and practice more. also, the deadline of each project make me organized
I thought the basic was great, but this course BLEW ME AWAY! The support is amazing and I feel so accomplished after the project!
I'd already had some HTML and CSS knowledge and never felt ready to jump into learning more about them. But thank God I made up my mind and chose SheCodes! Matt is an awesome teacher, he takes time explaining - also it's a huge plus that I can go and learn at my own pace! I've had so much fun building the final project and really lost track of time researching for applicable codes and finetuning my project - I 100% recommend taking the course!

SheCodes has been a fun and exciting experience. Mattβs classes are easy to follow through, his voice is very relaxing and the tasks that he gives you are simple yet challenging. The final project was where I gained a lot of my confidence in this. When I started to build, it was almost like it was becoming natural. I really enjoyed learning CSS and cant wait to take the next one!

I love to keep learning with the SheCodes workshops. The workshops provide a lot of learning material, and make it easy to learn how to code. I want to keep learning and create more projects that would assist me to transition to become a front end developer. I appreciate the opportunity to keep learning, and if encounter any problems along the way to be able to ask questions.

Getting to the end of the SheCodes Plus course is definitely a highlight of the year for me, where I didn't think it would be possible for me to achieve and do everything I have accomplished with my final project today. Finally, i complete and submit my final project (weather app) SheCodes Plus. After SheCodes Basic, SheCodes Plus being a huge change, a lot of information and tasks. It was a big deal with me especially vanilla JavaScript and API. Full of extensive information about HTML, CSS, JS. Pretty much hard and dynamic. It's a great experience with SheCodes Plus. However, SheCodes Plus taught and introduce with me that, how to dance with frustration. Thank you so much Matthieu Delac Aussaguel. You are such an enthusiastic, well organized, passionate, talented and creative instructor. Before engaging with SheCodes workshop, i had a negative impression about online courses. However, SheCodes (Matthieu) helped me out from that negative impression about online course. Now, I'm more passionate to do some other online course. Thanks again to Matt. Just finished the last project and still cannot believe how much I have learned, with a great support of SheCodes team, during these 6 months. It was a lot of fun and quite challenging. Feels kind of sad the course to be over, but I am excited about where the new knowledge will bring me next.

I just turned in my final project for SheCodes basics - I absolutely loved taking this class and recommend it to anyone looking to understand the basics of HTML/CSS & Javascript. It's so fun and hands-on and you won't get bored. I already signed up for the next class and cannot wait to learn more!
I was a technical Recruiter for four years and came to know about coding and the IT world through recruiting.I was always fascinated about it and wondering if I could do that aswell. I have been wanting to get into coding for a long time..but there have not been many options without the proper background in this field + without having to sacrifice your fulltime job etc for it.Therefore i was very happy see an ad about shecode. I enrolled and wow. What an amazing experience sofar. Easy, understandable and perfectly explained lessons..i love to attend each lesson and am even excited after work to go to my class/next lesson and finally to my project end of the week:) looking forward to the rest of the journey!!

I love SheCodes! Matt's teaching style fit me well and the structure of the classes helped me stay accountable on my learning journey. I've tried other courses but had to take a break from them because they were overwhelming with information overload. I love how SheCodes teaches you what you have to know *at this level* so that you can practice and apply it. I learned some great HTML and CSS that I wish I learned in other classes, and picked up the basics of Javascript in last week! The final project was also really fun! I highly recommend SheCodes!

I have enjoyed these workshops so much. I can't believe it's finished!! I highly recommend them. Two months ago I had no idea what a function was, and I today I feel much closer to being able to ask for a job in the industry. A big shout out to Matt, he makes lessons fun, relaxed and also teaches to have patience while learning. It's not easy to teach technical stuff, but having the right teacher makes all the difference. I enjoyed the final project for SheCodes Responsive. I'm not the best at web design so I liked that there were web design options provided for us that we just had to mimic and code for. As always the class provides structure with the weekly assignments and that was something I looked for.
Learning code as a total beginner from scratch to proper skills, just one website comes to my mind : SheCodes.io. Lessons, videos, vocabulary, projects, help and feedback from live-support and so on, everything is provided in order to get the best skills.
This is the last of my four SheCodes workshops. Three months ago, I began as a complete beginner to coding, and now I feel so proud every time I complete a new project. This current workshop has allowed me to create new projects and also add my newfound ability to make websites more responsive (gleaned from the previous workshop).
I loved this course and I've recommended it to all my friends! It was super accessible and really fun creating all the different projects. It has opened up a whole new skillset for me and I'm really looking forward to using the skills I have developed in future projects.
