React workshop was probably the most intensive out of all workshops yet the most rewarding. It helped me to gain confidence in my coding skills and built the second project mostly independently. However, when I faced a significant issue, the support team was ready to help me and solve it!
Learning a new skill is challenging but Shecodes made the whole process easy for me to understand how to code and each lesson included additional resources to help me get a better understanding. The entire website is greatly organized and by the time I had to create my final project I felt confident in my abilities to start it. I am so grateful for Shecodes for helping me start my journey in coding!
I had fun learning and gaining new skills. The SheCodes plus was not as easy as SheCodes Basics , I struggled a lot in the final project , but after completing my weather app , I satisficed with the result
I appreciate that SheCodes allowed me to learn some basics `bout CSS, HTML and JS. All the information is easy to understand and the platform is good-looking. Matt is also a great teacherπ. I`ve also had a lot of fun doing my first project. I'm looking forward to enrolling on SheCodes Plus.
SheCodes Responsive workshop is now one of my favourites I've participated so far. It was quite challenging but super fun and exiting to follow. I'm not tired to tell how I've became a fan of Matt's teaching skills and all the vibe the lessons give. This course provides tons of information to learn and practice - following with guidance of supporting team - big thanks to them! And the final project - it was very interesting and challenging to create multiple page website that would be fully rensponsive on different devices. I'm looking forward to enroll into React Workshop.
SheCodes has helped me understand and experiment with coding. I had a fun time working on my weather app and I look forward to the next project. Matt is great and I'm grateful to have him as a teacher.
The SheCodes Plus workshop is a great experience! I enjoyed building my own project and it was broken down in such a way that made it easy and enjoyable to follow. Even though some parts were difficult, such as learning how to integrate the API, the videos make it easy to follow along and understand.
This course taught how to structure and present web site content so it is organized in a professional way, and can adapt to screen size of the user. It made sure to reinforce the work environment/process system that is mainstream. I liked that we were given multiple opportunities to practice the things we learned to get used to this process. I was actually distracted from the actual building of the final project by the need to generate better quality content for it. That became my main concern.
I thoroughly enjoyed the SheCodes Plus workshop! It was significantly more challenging compared to the Basics workshop, which I appreciated. However, I did find it somewhat frustrating at times, especially when attempting to implement features that weren't explicitly covered. For instance, I struggled to display temperatures in both Fahrenheit and Celsius in the forecast section of my project. Though not required, I eventually submitted my project without that feature. Overall, I would recommend the workshop, but if you're new to coding, be prepared to encounter some frustrating moments along the way!
I feel confident with the tools I learned after completing my first project. Ten weeks ago I didn't know anything about coding, after learning the basics and then learning more advanced tools with the first part of SheCodes Plus I can totally code a website on my own even if it's just a landing page. I can also apply the methods I learned in other projects if I need or want to. Looking forward to keep learning and getting more comfortable with coding.
What an excellent course! though it was quite challenging, I can say the SheCodes Plus course is extremely powerful and amazing. It provides the maximum amount of useful information you will need for project development. I will always be thankful to the SheCodes team for this wonderful opportunity and experience. π
Coding with React makes me feel like a magician. SheCodes have helped me reaching a huge milestone of my life which is to learn coding. Difficult concepts are explained step-by-step with challenges and regular datelines that make it easier to follow the schedule and deliver the final projects while having a lot of fun. Definitely recommended !
A very excellent course that teaches practical application of js knowledge. The maximum amount of useful information you will need for project development. And prepare for the homework of the second week, if you want to make a good design, it may take you a long time π
SheCodes Basic was so helpful for me as I am completely new to coding. Matt's video's broke everything down really simply and the video's were so easy to follow. It was great to have the homework, challenge and project tasks to help cement the learning I had done and was really fun and exciting to try out the different methods I had learnt! I would highly recommend SheCodes for anyone who wants to learn coding for the first time!

I'm a graduate journalist with work experience in media, PR & Marketing. A few years ago I finished an introductory course in JavaScript. Recently I passed a free marathon of HTML/CSS and saw that I'm able to code something and it can be like to me. Now I'm a student at the SheCodes. For two months we already made two projects and learned to create multipage websites. Isn't that cool? Thank you a lot SheCodes team :raised_hands:
This was an extraordinary experience. I've learned so many interesting things and I encourage everyone to try the course because it's challenging but really satisfying at the end after submitting the final project.
I really enjoyed this SheCodes workshop. I had a lot more difficulty completing my project since I got sick during the class and had to take a break. It would have been better to continue to work on the class while I was sick because I felt like I already forgot how to do certain things. Overall, really enjoyable and hope to continue adding to my portfolio site.
I enjoyed working on my portfolio project during SheCodes Responsive, it was great see how much I have learnt so far, when adding previous projects to my portfolio. I enjoyed learning how to build a responsive website and further advancing the skills I had previously gained in SheCodes Basics and SheCodes PLUS.

SheCodes Plus was definitely more tough to grasp than SheCodes Basics. Matt and his team were conveniently there to help me during the more challenging moments that I had with JavaScript. This course gives you plenty of room to grow by giving you a little taste of how you can use JavaScript functions, APIs, GitHub, Bootstrap, and Hosting so you can apply what you learned here for your future projects in the industry. I am looking forward to doing SheCodes Responsive next.
I have really enjoyed the videos and how Matt explains things, it makes it easy to pick up and understand. I also really love that there are projects to do from scratch at the end of each week, and a final project at the end to put everything I have learned into action.
Well, this workshop is very interesting but a bit challenging. A lot of info (strings/functions/events, etc.), and it's pretty complicated to remember it all at first but the result of the final project is impressive and inspiring.

I like that I can work at my own pace, but there are homework/project deadlines for accountability, but can be extended if needed. Matt does a great job explaining his videos as he goes along. The support has been great with the sheCodes when you get stuck. I also like that after you submit your homework and projects there is a solution video to help you correct any mistakes or improve your work.
I definitely experienced some high moments and low moments during the weeks of SheCodes Plus. I had to take a couple extensions, but I can now say that Iβm super proud of myself for sticking with it and completing the project! I really enjoyed the foundations of integrating an API using JavaScript, and am very interested in learning more Bootstrap. Overall, I feel like SheCodes did a great job making these skills accessible by breaking them down into smaller parts.

This course was amazing! I would highly recommend it. I loved how we used real-world tools and had challenges throughout. Throughout the course, I was building on the skills from week 1 which gave me the confidence to play around with my final project.

I still can't believe the amount of progress I had in just three weeks. The workshops were really easy to understand, they were short and very helpful at the same time, the projects weren't too easy or too difficult to handle and, in the end, all I can say is that I love SheCodes and I'm very thankful for this opportunity that they gave me.

Whew! This is the most rewarding, exciting, and difficult workshop yet! I loved the React projects (one weather and one dictionary), building another weather project but in a different way really shows you that there are a lot more ways you can code to build a project. The dictionary project was definitely the hardest but I'm a perfectionist at heart and this was a great experience to see it all come together. These weeks of lessons, challenges, and projects has me going out on my own and making more than just the given projects and I'm dreaming of code and other ways to make it work! Thank you so much Matt Delac for this platform/workshops and thank you the to team for helping me out so much! You all rock!!
SheCodes Responsive gave me the confidence I needed to really see that I CAN DO this. I loved the final project. Being able to showcase our work on a website we built is an amazing feeling. It wouldn't have been as awesome unless there was some challenges along the way! Thanks to the SheCodes Team and Matt for guiding me on my journey to becoming a front-end developer.
SheCodes is a great opportunity to learn how to code from scratch. You can have zero knowledge and still succeed just by following the lessons. Hands-on projects and exercises help to identify what you have already mastered and what you still have to work on. I didn't believe that I would be able to learn how to code, but SheCodes proved me wrong!

Three weeks ago, I knew nothing about programming and all the symbols were chaotic. This is real magic. This is a good experience and an opportunity to start a new career. I believe in myself and I am sure that SheCodes helps me in this. SheCodes is a really cool project. It opens the door to the magical world of IT.
React wasn't easy, but I had so much fun learning and practicing. The dictionary project was so cute and fun. I'm so proud of myself that I could learn, and enjoy to do this at the same time. Thank you Matt, and all the team of SheCodes. I really appreciate all of you guys!

I really enjoyed taking the SheCodes basics class because the SheCodes team makes coding a website extremely approachable! I used to be timid about anything tech/code related, but I feel encouraged to try out different layouts, functions, designs, and ways of interacting with a webpage user now! I also loved that there were smaller challenges throughout each module to warm me up to the big assignments/the final project. The SheCodes team was also very kind and flexible in helping me complete the course while working around my work schedule.
The project in this course is really great to be able to say that you built. It's exciting to not only see the process of using an API, but actually implementing it into your project. Would recommend!

I have always been technologically inclined, so I've always wanted to get into coding and understanding the language of technology. However, I didn't know how to get started in this field! SheCodes made it incredibly easy for me to get going and understand what was being shown to me. I am grateful for the knowledge that I get to utilize in my job as a software/IT Project Manager everyday, thanks to SheCodes and Matt!
I enjoyed SheCodes Basic, I wanted to give up but I had a good friend that encouraged me. It was wonderful. I learnt alot from Matt Delac. His teachings are simple and practical. I learned so much in the SheCodes React workshop! The assignments were scaffolded well and provided me with the knowledge to build both the weather and dictionary final projects. Even though I ran into challenges along the way, the Slack support and community was a great resource and helped me to persevere til the end. I wish there were more workshops! The layout of the workshop makes coding doable and is not overwhelming, Matt's lessons are easy to follow, and I am motivated to keep learning!
My journey with SheCodes has been super awesome! I love how the courses are taught and how Matthieu takes time to take us through building projects. Its been great and i'd love to do this over and over again!!! 100/10 RECOMMENDED!!

This was an excellent course to learn how to make your websites responsive on all devices. It also gave a great glimpse into using figma, SEO, flexbox, variables, and using multiple html pages. You also get to build your very own online portfolio to showcase your coding projects to potential employers. Great info and putting our skills in practical practice.

Joining SheCodes has been one of the best opportunities I have had. In just three weeks of the Basics workshop, I have learnt so much about HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The, lessons are clear and understandable, the challenges and homework are fun tasking, the deadlines given provide that little push to do more and be more intentional. I love the CSS generators and palettes provided, they make projects easier . SheCodes Responsive is a challenging workshop yet extremely rewarding in terms of learning how to built websites that will look great on various devices which is a crucial skill if looking for a junior front-end developer position. So, it's definitely a 10/10 workshop to advance your web development skills and build real-life projects!
100% recommend this course to anyone who is new to coding. Coding may seem intimidating but Matt breaks these classes down into short videos so it is easy to understand. Whenever I had any problems, Matt and his team answered my queries within 2 hours. I love the fact that after each tutorial video, there is a challenge to work on to ensure that we've understood the lesson. The project was pretty tedious for me but was definitely a fun experience!
Interesting and comfortable studying, you may choose the better tempo for learning. As well themes for final projects on all courses are very creative and exciting. Every lesson is taught very clear to understand. There is even something like plesant dependence on SheCodes π
