It was really interesting to take first step in coding and to learn the basics. The course is great for beginners and I really enjoyed creating my first own project. I'm excited to continue learning!

As usual, it was great experience and very exciting workshop. I created my portfolio with all my projects and information about me. Hope it will help me to get a job offer.

I really enjoy this part! JS was tricky for me (and still is) but feeling when you get the cause and fix and create is amazing! I like that Matt slowly involve you for self research and you learn just to google some things to make your project better

The course was very interesting, challenging and motivating. Matt is a wonderful teacher, explaining the material in a way that makes you feel like you can understand and do absolutely everything. I had so much fun with the SheCodes Responsive workshop! Creating my own portfolio was challenging and fun at the same time. This workshop entailed a lot of styling elements with CSS, which I really enjoy. Although making a website responsive was challenging at first, by the end of my project I really enjoyed all the different ways of doing it. The most exciting thing about this workshop was that it really encouraged me to discover new ways of designing and coding on my own to customize my portfolio.

At first I was a little afraid to start SheCodes course, just because I have never tried anything like it.... But now I feel so happy that I finished my final project. Looking forward to learn more!

I had so much fun learning on SheCodes! Matt is a wonderful instructor and the team is super helpful. The lessons are easy to follow and the projects are challenging. I can't wait to continue my coding journey.

SheCodes is a great program to get into if you're interested in learning more about coding! It's very empowering and I have learned so much. The content is presented in a way that helps you understand and encourages you to think about the different possibilities when creating your own projects.

I have been on and off the frontend programming on different online platforms these 2 years and SheCodes really motivated me to learn and complete all the small challenges after each lesson, I was very excited to work on the weekly project and created my own projects too! I love the teaching content and the self-paced learning. After these 3 weeks, I am actually very confident in basic HTML, CSS, and JS. This course really helped me to understand the frontend programming structure and now I'm able to read the code in different websites which provide frontend templates and I am no longer afraid to try coding by myself! SheCodes empowered me! Thank you so much!

SheCodes Responsive exceeded my expectations, I learned things that I could only imagine before understanding and learning to code. After almost 2 months of intensive work, I finally finished all the modules of SheCodes. I have learned so many new skills and I can say that I am proud of myself. React was something new and initially frightening for me, but I have done it—almost 2 weeks of really intensive work. I created two projects on the program and one for me. I want to keep learning and create more projects that would assist me to transition to becoming a front-end developer. Thanks to the whole SheCodes team for all.

Very informative course. I liked how much simple the lecturer explains how to use html, css, java script in the project.

I've built things I never thought I would be able to. In high school I tried coding and was told by my teacher that I was a hopeless case (I kind of was, lol). But I am sure that he would be very proud to see that even I, a useless case, was able to build React code and finish several projects in the SheCodes course. I am so happy and excited for the adventures to come in tech!

I just loved the flow of the course. It was organized in a way that made sense. However, I do have one criticism. In our homework and final project assignments, we were asked to do things that were not covered in the lectures at all. I appreciate being able to look things up on our own to make something work, but I wish that expectation had been set at the beginning of the course so it wasn't such a surprise.

This workshop clearly and thoroughly equips the student in preparing and using their coding skills to cater for a world where handheld devices are becoming the primary tool used in everyday life. Utilising the skills taught in this workshop will definitely give you an edge in effectively building websites and applications for the future. Both challenging and fun, with help every step of the way, you finish the workshop with a final project you can be proud of.

I completed the SheCodes React course and although the learning curve is steep, tutorials are clear and foundations from previous courses really show. Now that I've completed it, I feel confident enough to build projects on my own and pick up an extra language or 2. In this day and age a framework is really important, so I cannot recommend the React course enough!

Thank you Mat! It was amazing 2 weeks. It's really cool to feel like in students times again. Everything was good explained and all the examples were really helpful. I especially enjoyed making my final project. Can't believe I write it myself. Only week and a half passed and I can already do so many cool things with a CSS! And Java used to scare me a lot. Not anymore! I'm eager to learn more! Special thanks to Delac Foundation for supporting Ukrainian women in this difficult for us time 🇺🇦

I really enjoyed learning about React and all the possibilities it's bringing. Working on two different projects was challenging, but rewarding and allowed me to practice and understand react a bit better.

Passing these courses is like a magic trip to creating web sites. Information is given in a clearest way. There's no boring lectures and practice not connecting to reality. We made real stunning projects. Working projects which could appear in google search very often. The most complicated things are explained in the easiest way. Mr Matt is very, very good at coaching! How could I live without his videos and teaching??!!!😉 I feel stronger and more acquainted in such a new professional line for me. SheCodes's changed my life and this is about me: "She Codes")))))

Great course, definitely more challenging than the first, but such an accomplishment once the final project is complete.

I always thought coding would never be something I would be able to do, until I found SheCodes! I learn through seeing and doing, so having videos of Matt explaining what he's doing step by step was a huge help! I can now add my projects to my UI/UX portfolio, and apply my new understanding of coding to my work with developers.

What a fantastic course! I struggle to learn and focus on one thing for an extended period of time (autism/adhd) and Matt teaches in such a way that I am engaged and really enjoying myself. I was a complete beginner before SheCodes and just working in schools/admin. So I have learnt so much from SheCodes Plus and I can't wait to move into the next section and new project.

This was the most complex workshop but also the most interesting one. I've learned a great amount about react and I hope to continue learning and improving. The workshop includes two projects and I'm really happy that I managed to finish both!

In truth, I initially enrolled in the course (SheCodes Basics) with a lot of skepticism about the capacity for an asynchronous, online course platform to be able to teach me something functional, as well as any sort of prospective for me to be able to take this new skill and make something out of it (and even potentially branching out into a new/evolved career). While I know I still have loads to learn, knowing that coding is a growing language that even experts who have been doing so for years still study and work on to improve their skills/language, I have become hopeful that this is, indeed, a field that I can actually get into, and continue to learn, expand, and explore rather than feel "stuck" in. Matt is a phenomenal teacher. I loved the way the learning platform was designed and each activity was scaffolded and chunked into smaller bits and gradually building up to a bigger project. I also loved how the final project allowed us to create what we were passionate about. (I definitely spent way too much time - WAY more than necessary ;) - to make every detail and design the way I wanted: with both information and knowledge gained from Matt's lessons, as well as searching on google on my own for things I actually wanted more of). After doing my final project and recognizing all the more that I could learn, I have decided to continue to learn, and maybe delve into some of the other advanced workshops offered through the program. Thanks so much, Matt, and everyone else on the team!

This course was very intresting for me and definitly motivated me to step into learning REACT. I had a great time building this course projects and I am glad of the outcomes.

SheCodes Plus is an amazing workshop. During this workshop I made my first project using the API. It was very interesting! I'm keen on coding more and more with each lesson. Although not everything works out the first time. Thank you so much for the opportunity to study.

I really enjoyed working my way through this course! Developing each project felt increasingly satisfying, and I felt like I always had support and the tools that I needed to succeed. I really appreciated the flexibility (especially the option to take a deadline extension with no questions asked) and I am excited to continue to learn more coding!

This was a really great workshop that ended with a very applicable and useful final project- a personal website to display our work/projects. I really enjoyed the pace of the course and liked how the last week was broken down - one video/lesson per piece of the project. It made a large project feel manageable :) And by the last video/assignment, the project was basically done! Would recommend this course to anyone looking to sharpen their skills at making responsive websites.

I've always been more of an outdoorsy nerd than a computer geek, but SheCodes might just convert me! I started the workshop with zero coding knowledge whatsoever and found it very easy to follow along with the lessons. I enjoyed the challenges and projects and loved that Matt pushed us to do some creative problem solving in each of the assignments. Looking forward to moving on from Basic to Plus!

I enjoyed the introduction workshop from first minutes till the last moments of the work on the final project. It is good structured, great explained, tasks based on what was explained, stimulating to make your own research. Great experience. I am impatiently wait to continue taking the next workshops!

This course is very interactive, which creates an enjoyable experience and makes it easier to remember what you have learnt. I did this workshop while working full-time. Although it takes a lot of will, I also believe that the course structure helped me stay motivated. The explanations are comprehensible, and the tasks feasibly get more challenging so that you can feel the progress. If you struggle, the slack community is there to help you figure it out. All in all, I had tons of fun working toward building the final project.

This course taught me the Basics very well and I enjoyed doing the challenges and the Final project."A really great course for beginners" and the teaching was very good.I would highly recommend.

I highly recommend SheCodes! Workshop within 3 weeks gave me a lot of information and I was able to create my first project and be proud of myself. I've just finished working on my final project at SheCodes-Plus. I would highly recommend it to my friends. It's more complicated, than previous course. But I think this knowledge is worth of that time that I spent and it would help me find some work.

I wanted my final project to reflect on UX/UI design and specify what it is about, since a lot people actually do not have any idea. I worked with HTML, CSS & JavaScript, which I haven't have experience before. However, I'm very happy with results and what I have made!

Absolutely enjoyed the pacing and everything I've learned so far! While I did have some previous knowledge of html and css, I felt like the courses organised the scattered information I had in my brain while offering a great first introduction to Javascript and good practices in general. I managed to breeze through both weeks in 3 days and created my project on the 4th day! Looking forward to learn more!

Oh this was a tough one. I overall really enjoyed the lectures and doing the challenges after every lecture. After completing the challenges touching the project was still tough but so enjoyable and learnt a lot again while making mistakes, finding the mistakes and then correcting them. This is an excellent course! The topics were well-explained, and code was used to exemplify them. This one is for the moms out there who are stay at home moms or currently do not have a job and are currently looking. I highly recommend SheCodes. Never stop learning. Always make time for YOURSELF. Coding is something your child will NEED help with during their school year and what better aid than their mother to teach them and guide them! I have been laid off for almost two years, never stopped working since I was 14 till now and I felt like I needed to do something. I wanted to challenge myself and I did. I find coding very interesting! I mean I created a webpage that is responsive in both computer and in a mobile device! Having a toddler and finding out I was pregnant along the way during this SheCodes journey was truly a struggle for me but I told myself I was not going to give up. There are no excuses especially when SheCodes has extensions you can use if something comes up and need more time to complete your projects! They even give you a career handbook with all the resources you need to prepare yourself for your new career!

In this workshop I have learn a lot about making projects responsive and looking forward to next workshop and learn more about react.

She Codes React was a great course. I learned a lot doing the exercises and working on two projects. This course provides lots of practical info and valuable practice.

What an AWESOME program! I'm usually an in-person learner but the SheCodes format makes learning and (most importantly) *practicing* these new concepts so easy. The short video format let me squeeze in as much practice as I wanted any time of the day. The structured challenges helped me memorize each new bit of coding before I was given the opportunity to create something original and fun with it. I had a blast creating my final project (I had been scoping out everyone's web pages and brainstorming from day 1), and I can't wait to start the next workshop!

Definitely in love with the course and an opportunity to learn coding. This JS course was challenging and hard but worth all the efforts. You are learning to build an app step by step and also at the end you can see how Matt created the project from scratch and it really helps to see your mistakes and to improve your code. I really enjoyed it and the final result after all these weeks is awesome! Still can't believe that I created an app) Thank you!

What a great second workshop! It was definitely more challenging and more advance but the final project is really amazing. I still can't believe I managed to build a functional weather app after only a few weeks. Thank you Matt for these amazing classes! On to the next workshop! :)

I am so grateful for the opportunities that SheCodes provides to women. With the SheCodes Basics course I was able to finally advance in coding 👩🏼‍💻. The program is so well structured and it took me through various stages of development of a simple page offering lots of challenges to resolve along the way. I've created a page as my final project and I must say that being able to create something from scratch and then see it work feels very empowering 💪. So I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn how to code and I'm looking forward to learning more about front-end development 🦄.

I have completed "SheCodes Responsive"!! Wow! It has been a long journey since I started "SheCoded Basics". I had never learned how to code until I started taking this workshop on SheCodes and never imagined that I would be ever able to code, but now looking at what I have been working on including my own website, which I have created as a final project of SheCodes Responsive, I feel much more confident with my skills and I can see lots of potential in myself which I have never seen thanks to SheCodes, Matt Delac, and SheCodes' wonderful informative professional team!

This was a great adventure! Sometimes you think somethings are just hard to achieve by yourself, but SheCodes made that thought vanish about me becoming a coder.Easy to attempt projects with a wonderful community that's always willing to help.✌️

I am very glad that I had the opportunity to study in the SheCodes project. I really learned a lot and I stopped being afraid to write code. Now I'm making mistakes and correcting mistakes. I feel more confident in Javascript. I feel progress and am very grateful for this feeling!
