SheCodes Plus was much challenging as compared to SheCodes Basic. Even then, the advantage of SheCodes courses is that we can re-watch the videos, and we are able to get great help from the SheCodes Team on the Slack channel, who answer our questions ever so patiently and promptly. It is also great that Matt will explain the rationale behind certain concepts and some good practices, rather than just step-by-step theory. It is a sense of achievement and joy when we see the codes work properly! Lastly, it is inspiring and fun to browse the projects of other students! Thank you SheCodes Team!
I enjoyed taking this workshop. Matt explains everything in much detail and he is easy to follow. I was able to work at my own pace and received much help from classmates and SheCodes staff through Slack. All reference material was accessible at the press of a button if I ever found myself stuck in any particular section of my projects. This workshop was easy to follow, easy to complete, fun, informative, innovative, and encouraging.

HTML/CSS/JavaScript lessons were pretty easy to digest thanks to Matt & his great team and I appreciate all the effort put into this amazing project that introduced me to the wonderful world of coding.
After completing the 3 week workshop, I realized that I wanted to continue. I love how SheCodes breaks it down in small steps and allows you to actually create your own projects.

A friend of a friend did SheCodes and she really liked it, so I decided to give it a try. It's pretty straightforward and easy to follow, enough that you don't really need to utilize the support team. That said, if you're thinking of trying SheCodes for the first time, I recommend taking a more advanced course. In the Basics workshop final project, I kept researching how to do certain things I wanted, and it only made me feel that I had so much more to learn.
SheCodes is an amazing project and I am really greatful I had an opportunity to join it. There is a little bit of everything for everyone - it keeps you motivated, boosts your creativity, and get you help whenever you need it.
I loved everything about SheCodes! From the format of the courses to the fun projects and challenges. I would highly recommend this to coding beginners and anyone who would like to understand what websites and apps are made of and brush up or advance basic coding skills. I will definitely be looking into the advanced options. :)

This workshop was absolutely great. I can confidently say that It is possible to understand concepts of JavaScript by passing this course. I really enjoyed it and also had a lot of fun with doing a real project during the time I was learning.
I had so much fun taking this course and learning more about the coding that goes into the website my team works on! Javascript was challenging, but I was very excited once I was able to work through how to get my final project to function the way that I wanted it to work.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Plus course and working on the final project - it really helped me to consolidate my knowledge of Javascript and built my confidence in my ability to code on my own! The Slack channels were really helpful for discussing problems and getting quick responses, and I also found it helped to be able to read through other people's questions and see their code. Being able to work on all the mini-challenges without worrying about failing or being assessed, but knowing there were solution videos accessible if I got stuck, also made a big difference to feeling like I was free to see how far I could get on my own and helped build my confidence in my own abilities.
I've really enjoyed SheCodes Basics. Lessons are easy to understand and a lot of fun to practice. And the final project was very enjoyable! Thank you SheCodes Team π₯°

over the past 3 weeks, it has been an amazing session for me to be given an opportunity to join SheCode Foundation. I am overly-excited i was accepted and given an opportunity to learn and to be trained by Matt Delac. his lecture are well detailed, so explanatory and thorough. Thank you Matt for teaching me and allowing me to be more confident in writing and building my project. I started off from HTML to CSS and JavaScript and for the feedback i get from you during my code review . I have enjoyed SheCodes so much more than I thought I would when I started. The workshops were very interactive - the challenges and homework really helped to understand what we were learning/memorising code. And the final project was really fun!
SheCodes Plus was definitely a challenge, but oh how great of a challenge it was β I enjoyed building my own project from scratch, learning more about APIs and all the creative ways to use them. Frankly speaking, this course was a bit challenging for me, but definitely worth it. All the video lessons created by Matt are incredible and full of knowledge. I can't imagine that I'm able to create a real-time weather project now. I'm really grateful to Matt and all the SheCodes team!!!

SheCodes Plus was an incredible experience that really allowed me to learn a lot about JavaScript and APIs. Building the final project was very fun. This course really challenged me and pushed me outside my comfort zone. I had tried other resources before but none ever worked for me. I have learnt so much in the three weeks with SheCodes. Matt is such a great teacher and is really great at explaining. I was able to do my final project without having to run back to the classes and to me this is a testimony of how effective the classes are.
Learning was interesting and effective for me. I want to thank the project for the theoretical basis and practice that I received. With the acquired knowledge, I now have a great desire to continue learning. It's been a fantastic few weeks, thank you.

I really enjoyed this Workshop and can recommend it to anyone interested in this area. It is so well structured and explained! Sometimes it got a bit hard like any new subject can be, but help was always accessible and at the end I really felt good about my project. I especially like that some elements are being repeated in different ways which is so important and helps so much with getting used to the structure and functions of the code. Matt has such an awesome way of explaining and most importantly he implements a very nice work and making-mistake ethic! Loved it.

Before this course I had 0 knowledge about coding and, honestly, I've never been very good with technology. However, after these 3 weeks I can say that, in fact, it isn't that difficult! Doing the project was difficult and sometimes frustrating, but with every mistake I learned more and more. I'm glad I decided to take on this challenge.
I really love the program, because I was able to learn new things and it inspired me to work on more beautiful projects. What I love most is their feedback and how accessible the team is.
This course was extremely fun to complete. The educational videos were easy to follow and with a good number of homework exercises to guarantee that we would put into practice everything that we were learning. This is a great way to learn how to code and I recommend to everyone. I'm very proud of my final project as I would never imagine I would be able to build something like this when I started the course with zero code knowledge or experience. Thank you!!

Very Informative and reliable when it comes to providing resources however there was some information that was left out during the lessons that I had to look up myself such as how to display your work in your browser. "Open with Live Sever" in Visual Studio Code. Also left out for the final project how to get the background to display the palettes.
Workshop was nicely paced. The lessons built on top of each other well so that you could work your way up to the project in a methodical way.
This was a great beginning to CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. The homework projects were fun and manageable, and I never felt overwhelmed.

I watched all the videos of the class and passed 3 weeks as well, I did all the challenges and projects of the end of per section. I love codingπ so thank you SheCodes, also I suggested this workshop to my sister and her friend, because this workshop is very useful and conveyed information easily. I learned html, CSS and JavaScript in just 3 weeks.
The lessons were broken down into manageable chunks and easy to follow. The final project was something functional and interesting that can easily be added to a portfolio.
I was so nervous to round the corners towards project submission time - instead of the manner of pacing and learning becoming intensive or convoluted, I was awash with relief to have maintained the relaxing step-by-step lesson structure and support. I feel more confident now than ever previous :) .
This project is really wonderfull. I like every lesson and I feel it will helps me in a future. After classes I fill myself more powerfull and stronger. I highly recommend these courses to everyone. Great job!
Taking the course has been an exciting journey. I finally came to understand the ideas that used to slip away from me. I have to say this course is very well structured. I also like that one does not feel overwhelmed with ton of information as the app you are building is being put together line by line. Even tho you are working on a single project at a time you acquire quite broad amount of skills. Now I know, how to write a code that works.
So when I joined SheCodes I had no idea what coding is and how it works. However, as I was learning lesson by lesson I realized that it isn't that hard and after every challenge, I got a feeling of accomplishment. And after I submitted the project I was so proud of myself. I will continue my journey with SheCodes and I hope that the next workshops will be as fun as this one was

Succeeding is not an easy task. There was lots of new information as well as new challenges and to overcome any obstacle there was a nice and helpful staff. I really enjoyed my time working on this projectπ€ It was rather interesting and facsinating to learn how an app works on the inside and I'm thankful for this knowledge.
SheCodes Basic provided me with an understanding of basic code principles. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease and straightforwardness of the instructions. The project-based approach promotes active learning and not just simple memorization. I would certainly recommend this workshop to people who want to learn the basic principles of coding at their own pace.
