I love these challenging projects. Once you accomplish them you feel amazing. The videos were great as they explain most things well for you get a head start.

I managed to complete all tasks because of wonderful support and instructions! Lessons were not overloaded. And also I appreciate that sometimes Matt left a small piece of items for us to search in Google by ourselves. That`s a nice idea of challenge! I highly recommend this course to everyone, no matter if you are a project manager or just caught some interest to coding and don`t know where to start.
I enjoyed this three week workshop so much and I learned a lot. Before this workshop I tried several ways to learn coding, but none of them could help. I used to get board and also forgot most of the data before becoming able to use them in a project. The way we had to do this workshop was amazing. I was so excited to learn and I was more confident after doing the projects. I still have problem understanding java script but I feel that I'm pretty ok with html and CSS. I tried to do my best. Thank you so much for providing this great opportunity for us.
It is a nice course. I love that you work on the same project all the way through. I feel more confident to create a weather website on my own now.
I really enjoy doing this program. Of course, this level seems more difficult due to the fact that all tasks are performed for the first time. But most importantly, Matt explains the principles and logic in such detail that everything becomes clear. Thank for the opportunity to participate in the project!
SheCodes Pro was an amazing experience! Sometimes it was overwhelming and I would find myself crying over a broken code or spend hours just looking through the code to find a mistake. But it's great to know, that you always can ask SheCodes team to help you, and you will receive your solution really quickly. This project helped me see what I am capable of, and even when I had doubts in myself - I always could do more than I thought. The more I learn, the more I realize how much I love coding.

I like this course very much! For me it was such an challenge: I thought that coding is should be very difficult... And firstly it was not so easy for me to find a time for studying, because I have family with two childern, little dog and full-time work. So that I felt quite stressed. But in process I began to enjoy coding, and final project helped me to understand what I can do it in fun way :) A lot of thanks to all SheCodes family for the support and inspiration!

Fantastic introduction to coding! I had no previous experience with HTML, CSS & JavaScript, but now have a good understanding on what they are and how to use them. Matt's lesson videos are informative and detailed, and allow you to follow along and code at the same time, building your learning and understanding. The regular exercises and homework tasks help to reinforce that understanding and are quite challenging! I will definitely be using these new skills in my day-to-day life and at work. What more, I now have a real-life project that I built, which I can share with my employer and prospective employers!
I went from not knowing the first thing about coding, to being able to build multiple functioning projects and have fun in the process. The lessons and challenges fit perfectly into my busy schedule and I was able to learn at my own pace. I've been working in healthcare for more than a decade and taking this course really opened my eyes to the possibilities of switching into a different career that's more suitable to where I am in life now.
Best workshops ever- tough project because JS was difficult to harness
SheCodes Responsive is a very educative and dynamic course. I learned many useful techniques and really enjoyed practical assignments. The final project was especially exciting and rewarding. Highly recommend!!!

Before starting the course Javascript seemed really daunting... However the tutorials and projects are really beginner-friendly and having scratched the surface I'm excited to learn more!
I loved SheCodes Plus and the project. I had fun building the weather app and while it was challenging, I had a lot of support from the SheCodes team. Whenever I had questions, their responses were timely and helpful.
I work with IT and do some back end but had no experience with front end. I saw that this course is focused on women and fell in love with it even before starting it. I love that every lesson we are challenged to code and practice what we have learned and at the end of the course we really are capable of completing a project on our own!

I've always been more of an outdoorsy nerd than a computer geek, but SheCodes might just convert me! I started the workshop with zero coding knowledge whatsoever and found it very easy to follow along with the lessons. I enjoyed the challenges and projects and loved that Matt pushed us to do some creative problem solving in each of the assignments. Looking forward to moving on to React!
I've always wanted to learn how to code but i haven't had the time and opportunity, a friend introduced me to SheCodes and i was so delighted, it came at the right time, though i have a busy schedule i was able to squeeze this in. SheCode has been an empowering experience. I've transformed from someone who pretends to know how to code, to a strong confident developer. i had a lot of fun learning and completing my projects.

Responsive Course made it possible to correct errors in the display of the project, which used to be so frustrating.It gave me new skills to make the site adaptive to mobile devices and to learn more about Bootstrap.
The best course I have ever taken! Love the explanation and a choice of project work. React was a bit difficult for me, but I understood everything that Matt talked about and successfully managed my Weather Project and Dictionary Project. In addition I made them responsive. I will definitely recommend to take React course after Responsive, trust me ^^
The workshop was definitely great. And I enjoyed learning and doing a real project at the same time. There was great support when we faced any issue and the method of teaching was also great.
The course is great for beginners. Thank you very much to the team of SheCodes and to the teacher Matt for the knowledge which was received. I enjoyed learning and doing my homework. Sometimes it was difficult (especially the last big project lol) but it doesn't mean that it wasn't enjoyable. The team via email and on Slack was very nice and helpful.

My pivot from the world of Education to Technology was swift and rewarding. I found that you can start over many times, in tech, as each new language requires a new understanding. SheCodes made an immediate impact on my ability to understand the foundations of coding in HTML/CSS/JavaScript. I like this courses and this challenge, it's allow me to gain new skills. I make my own weather app, liked this process so mush. This was a really fun project and I look forward to using it as a way to show my progress! This really got me into a design mindset and figuring out how to utilise design tools and really think about the process of committing changes and planning ahead. The deadlines give structure and I was happy to finally finish! On to React!

It was a difficult and challenging journey but the whole process led to creation of this final project. I'm glad I did it. I have gained skills to make multiple sites which is working and it is only fuels to continue this path :)

At the beginning, the course seemed A LOT and quite difficult. But when I started the second week, the fun begun! Doing the final project really taught me to use everything I learned during these weeks.
SheCodes Responsive is an excellent course that gave new skills to make the site adaptive to mobile devices. They made it possible to correct errors in the display of the project, which used to be so frustrating.

Great refresher for basic HTML, CSS, and JS. It's suitable for people who have never coded beforeβgreat explanations, homework assignments, and projects that keep you accountable throughout the course. The only reason for my 3/5 stars is because I already knew how to the content in this particular course. Skip this course, however, if you recently learned HTML, CSS, and JS and have a good grasp of the fundamentals. I suggest you proceed with the higher-level curriculum.
Loved SheCodes Basic! Short and straightforward videos with clear explanations and simple examples specifically designed training material for beginners and advanced students alike. Extra info with links at the bottom of each video where you can learn more. Who knew that it would be more difficult to decide on the colors you want to use for your final project than the coding part itself π . Good thing Matt has a solution for that too with SheCodes Color Palettes and CSS Gradients. Thank you Matt & SheCodes team!

I highly recommend this course. Because he helped to deepen all the topics that I did not understand. Also, everything is explained in an accessible way and there is an opportunity to practice on good ideas for a project.
SheCodes Plus was definitely more challenging than SheCodes Basics. However, the SheCodes community was encouraging and helpful. During this course I had another severe asthma exacerbation, and it was such a relieve that I could continue to work on my project from the comfort of my own home. I was also able to make a friend during this course that was a huge support. I feel truly accomplished with my weather app! and I'm so excited for what is coming next!
I want to say a huge thank you to Matt and the SheCodes team for these incredible workshops!!! Everything was very clear and interesting. I liked the third week of study the most, during which I did a project, I did my FIRST project BY MYSELF.
I would never have imagined I would build a weather app by myself in 8 weeks, I just learned so much, thanks Matt & SheCodes Team! I loved the fact that the lessons were focused on the project. Sometimes the content was though but it's part of it. The most important for me: I really enjoyed working on the weather app!

SheCodes+ was a complex, yet fun and informative workshop. There were times when I struggled, but it was pretty exciting whenever I found the solutions myself. It was also extremely helpful having support whenever I needed it. Matt's lessons were easy to understand and I enjoyed being hands-on in the project. I am very excited to continue learning with SheCodes and I hope that I can transition to tech very soon!
The course's format is efficient: frequent challenges, weekly homework and final projects alongside with clear instructions from the instructor; very supportive technician team giving quick solutions/explanation. I have learnt a lot by practicing almost daily.
An extremely fun course that helped me learn so much new stuff and create a fantastic project by the end of it!
To be honest I didn't want to apply for this workshop, because I thought it would be boring. But how mistaken I was! The SheCodes Responsive is full of REALLY important rules and tips on how to make the projects look well on their mobile version. Now I enjoy scrolling the pages of my portfolio from my iphone. It looks prettyyy!!!

I thought this was a great introduction to React! I actually enjoyed using react more than I expected. I'm looking forward to learning more about it and how to use it in current projects for future jobs.
Very happy with the whole program but particularly with the React module as I got to learn to be more efficient and practical. The two projects were challenging but also quite fun and I know feel more confident in my skills and capabilities. Coding with react was tricky at first but quite intuitive overall and I am looking forward to continue learning.
I've found this course very enjoyable to work on, I've loved seeing practical demonstrations of my knowledge expanding and the course material has been really easy to follow along with. The resources that come with access to the workshop have also been incredibly useful! I really loved working on my dice rolling project and can't wait to continue learning more JavaScript, CSS, HTML and strengthening my knowledge. I'm going to ensure the page actually represents my vision properly by continuing to work on the project even though it's been submitted!

I still can't believe I've done my final project on the SheCodes Basic. My profession is not connected to IT at all. I thought I wouldn't ever be able even to understand coding. But Matthieu explaines everything so simply and easily so it motivates you to begin. It's so inetesting and exciting and challenging at the same time. This course was really interesting. We were creating an interesting project. I hope that I'll gradually add new projects and improve my portfolio.
I found this to be the most helpful SheCodes workshop in the curriculum! React is quickly being adopted across industries - there is a definite need for these skills. I felt Matt went through the course well and having two projects made it much easier to see how React can be applied. The technical assistants responded quickly to questions in Slack and were very knowledgeable - helping me through any issues along the way. I also learned real world skills to be able to troubleshoot issues with my code.
It was amazing! We used advanced react techniques and built gorgeous projects. Would highly recommend!
