SheCodes Responsive Workshop is amazing one. When I was working on my project I had several challenges and sometimes it wasn't easy to find out where the mistake was. But it was really worth my time and efforts. I had fun and I really enjoyed this workshop.
Enjoyed the first 6 weeks. The last 2 weeks were not a informative for overall understanding of coding. Only yo create the project.
This platform and project gave me motivation, now what I did not know about a month ago is lined up in a chain of knowledge and inspiration. I hope this is just the beginning of a long journey.

This week I finished the SheCodes Basics workshop! The weekly challenges and homework projects were enjoyable and I was even encouraged to try a range of new applications which will help me to develop in the near future. The idea of a Coding Workshop for women is a great idea and I am glad I enrolled. I faced difficult tasks: to develop a weather application and a dictionary application in React.js. For me it was very interesting because the projects have practical application. I myself use such applications and I have always been interested in how it works from the inside. Thanks to Meth and the team for the helpful projects and for support during their realization.
I liked working on this course! Earlier I thought that programming was completely boring, difficult, and not about me, but participation in the course SheCodes Basics convinced me that it is not so! Matt is a great lecturer who helps to realize any desire, in reality, believe in yourself and create something incredible. I very much liked to do homework and I got pleasure from coding the project. Had a challenging yet great time learning on SheCodes Plus Workshop. I enjoyed every lesson and put lots of effort into my final project to get an amazing result as for a new person in coding field.
SheCodes Plus is an incredible course and I absolutely loved the in-depth lessons and challenges that this workshop provides. It has given me a chance to get more creative with my own projects and I was able to significantly expand my knowledge about coding.
What I particularly like about the course is 'step-by-step' approach to teaching and mentoring. The course is split into lessons, each comes with amount of information just right to understand and use. A lot of scaffolding and support from the team really help to make new complex ideas easy to comprehend. Every new thing I was learning I put into practice right away while working on the course project. By the end of the course, I had created a working web app and it was even a little sad to finish the project and the course but I also have a great feeling of accomplishment. It was an extra ordinary experience for me. React is not easy at all but exciting and interesting at the same time. With the lectures and practice it was doable and I'm proud of myself that with determination I was able to complete my projects.

SheCodes Responsive was a fun and challenging workshop. I loved learning how to make the pages responsive and there are a lot of details to pay attention to which was nice because I am very detail-oriented! I felt accomplished by the end of my final project and more confident in my coding skills. Learning about SEO was also super interesting! amazing it puts the concepts to work. Its not just read and done. You end up with a project coded and done by you. Hands on experience is huge in coding and this program gives you that.
Coding needs continues learning that is why after graduating Shecodes basics I enrolled into Shecodes plus to learn more and gain some skills. I learned a lot during this course. At first it was hard to understand the lesson but continues practice and learning really improve my coding. Thanks to Matt and team for helping me build my first web project.

Excelent course for a more in depth learning of HTML, CSS and Javascript. Final project (Vanilla Weather App) allows you to really put into practice what you learn throughout the course.

At first, coding sounded very intimidating and I knew it was going to be a challenge but this was something I wanted to do for a very long time to make that career change. After going through the SheCodes Basic workshop, it helped me gain confidence that I can do this. Although there were struggles and frustrations along the way, I kept at it and Matt did a great job explaining how to code step by step. I had a lot of fun doing the final project and seeing the results is very satisfying that I was able to create it from scratch. I am looking forward to the other workshops ahead and learning more.
My project
SheCodes React pushed my understanding of coding basics and allowed me to utilize the tools I'd learned in previous courses to create new and interesting projects. Classes were manageable in both time and complexity and I recommend to anyone who is considering a career in coding!
The course is very easy to follow and not too complicated to process the information. I like that even if you don't know how to make smth work you still need to investigate it by yourself first and only after that you can see the solution of the challenge. So probably it will stay longer in your memory. I can recommend it to people who want to get acquainted with React or want to transfer their projects to React. It's not a very deep React learning but a very smooth base.
Studying at the SheCodes Plus Workshop was a really fun experience. Instructor Matt presented the material so clearly that there were no big difficulties. Thanks to the workshops, it feels like I've made significant progress in my coding skills. And working throughout the course on one project in its various aspects gives the feeling as if you are already working in a real team on a client's order. I understand that there is still a lot of work ahead and I look forward to continuing my studiesπππβπ»π

I've been looking for a coding course for some time, but none offered such a brilliant approach to teaching as SheCodes. The amount of new information, the pace, and the deadlines for homework and projects are very well balanced. This way, the course is really fun, and thinking about learning to code does not sound stressful anymore. π€©
Originally started my career in the veterinary field and then switched to the research field and from there developed an interest in the tech field which is why I switched positions a year ago to work more with data by helping to manage research data instead of actually doing the research itself. I've been working as a data analyst/data consultant and recently took an interest to coding and wanted to learn how to possibly make a career in this field. SheCodes has been amazing with helping me get a first look at what it's like working with code on a basic level and has inspired me to continue on my journey to work towards building a career in the tech industry specifically in coding and also to continue to take more workshops and build more projects to expand my knowledge. Thank you SheCodes for the amazing experience!
This was a great introduction to coding and the final project was fun to create. The lessons and assignments along the way build well. It was nice to have the earlier lessons available for a refresh, or to go back and look at code from an assignment to remember how it all came together.
SheCodes Plus was a challenging but rewarding course. Thanks to Matt, his team and the many amazing women around the world helping each other on this journey, I was able to increase my coding skills and complete my final project! I have no coding background and can say that if anyone is interested in learning and willing to put in the work, SheCodes is worth it!
SheCodesPlus was both fascinating and challenging. I was able to iteratively code the final project as I followed along week by week but more importantly, I loved how Matt presented more elegant and sophisticated ways to write the code that may not have been obvious based on what you had learned up to that point. It really makes you think about how you structure what you are trying to build.
I have learnt so much during my course and felt cared for whenever I have been stuck or confused. It has been so fun to work on the projects during this course and I can't wait to continue on the following workshops!

Short but very productive program. I like how the classes are designed. Short info sessions are easy to follow, and challenges are great for practice. The project at the end was so fun and good for summarizing what I've learned. I have enjoyed it so far and can't wait to learn more!
This workshop was a great introduction to coding! Would recommend a 10000/10 :) Before I signed up for this workshop I already gained experience with HTML and CSS through self-study, which wasn't only a very time consuming endeavour, but also a frustrating one (at some point tears have been shed). So, I was really dreading JavaScript selfstudy and it felt like my basics could also use some extra polishing; would not recommend the selfstudy route... That's when I started looking for an easier way and stumbled upon SheCodes. And it's seriously the best thing that could have happened to me. The lessons are very coherent and very easy to follow, and all the homework and projects were not only great practice; but also lots of fun! It's also really nice that you have access to an entire community that helps you out if you get stuck on a problem and that you can determine your own pace if you're busy with school or work, or both, while being on your coding journey. I signed up for the other workshops as well, so I'm really looking forward to what I'm going to learn next. Thank you so much, Matt, and everyone from the SheCodes team!

Everything is explained in a way that is easily understandable and doesn't feel too overwhelming. I didn't have time to complete both projects but I can always go back to the videos and work through them to improve my portfolio later on. This workshop is great because you can do it at your own pace but there are still deadlines to keep you on track. Thanks Matt!
When I started this workshop, I was hoping to just learn a new skill. But after doing the challenges, homework and the final project, I can say that I have a new found respect and love for coding. I thought it would be too hard but I surpassed all of my expectations with the help of this workshop. I hope to continue with my learning and possibly start in a new career field!
SheCodes is amazing project, everything is organized in an ideal simple way. And I was really surprised that learning coding could be so exciting and interesting process.
I highly recommend the SheCodes courses! I learned a lot of practical things and wrote projects. I learned React from the scratch, learned how to make API integration, make responsive design my web pages.

The 3 weeks of SheCodes were pretty exciting for me! I've received a lot of interesting and useful information, tried myself as a real coder, have done 2 little projects (but huge for me π). This is awesome and I'm looking forward to the next weeks of SheCodes education!
It was a very interesting and fascinating workshop. I learn a lot of useful things about coding every day. This course has helped me better understand JS, how the API works and how to integrate it into your project. The lessons are interesting and fun. SheCodes Responsive sucked me into the coding world like never before! Even though some elements were confusing at first, Matt and his team make sure that throughout the journey there are enough exercises to practice them and by the time I reached the final project homework, I felt very confident using them.
