I'm so glad I chose to begin my path to coding professionally with SheCodes, the teaching style makes concepts so much simpler even if you've already got a little basic knowledge. This workshop had me scratching my head many times while I tried to sort out the challenges. My project came out passable, but someday I will go back and improve it. Now that I know more, I realize how much more there is to learn. The pictures of books in my final project aren't exactly the same size, but it's a bit like my bookshelf! Nonetheless, it was a very useful workshop and it is another stone along the way. This just leaves the challenge still open to go back and improve once I learn a bit more.

And then, slowly but surely, things started to click. The code began to make sense, the concepts became clearer, and the projects started to come together with the help of Delac Foundation. Looking back, I realize that the journey was just as important as the destination. This was the hardest one yet but I really enjoyed all the homework more especially the project. It was one of those "Omg did I really do that", Matt as usual explains everything so clearly you just have to focus and go back to a lesson video if you're confused but more often than not your answer lies in rewatching the lessons.

The final project, where I built a Love Poem Generator, was a true highlight β it felt amazing to turn my creativity into a functional app!
I was able to learn alot more about js libraries in this project and it was interesting being able to create a world clock with a live timezone!

Portfolio Project
I can't express how much I enjoyed the SheCodes AI Add-on workshop. The experience was not only educational but also incredibly fun. One of the highlights for me was working with the AI API- it opened up new possibilities for integrating intelligent features into my projects. Additionally, learning how to use the Typewriter JS effect in my code was a fantastic way to add interactivity to my work. The AI generator project was rewarding. It really solidified my understanding of how AI can enhance and streamline the development process. As the saying goes, "The future belongs to those who know how to use AI as a tool to get ahead" - and I truly feel like I'm now equipped to do just that.
