This course is a great one. I am fulfilling my lifelong wish. Thanks to Matt.

SheCodes is an amazing place to start learning code. It is immersive, whilst Matt explains in detail how each piece of code interacts with each other and how it affects the end project. The tidbit sectioning in each week's work makes it easy to follow and allows you to set your own pace.

I had such a wonderful time learning to code and advancing in my knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. I have definitely discovered a new passion in coding. Thank you SheCodes Team for the prompt responses to the many questions posed. Thank you Matt for the very clear study material. This is a career path that i am pursuing thanks to SheCodes.

To add to my initial introductory course with SheCodes, I decided to take on an additional week through the SheCodes Basics Add-on course and loved every minute! My name is Mahya, and I come from an MBA background. I have completed the foundation program, and it was really flexible for me as a busy woman! Matt is a wonderful teacher, and the program is well designed. After watching short videos, there are challenges that helped me to learn better. I always wanted to learn to code, but thought it would be too complex and time-consuming. But this program changed my perception about coding. I would like to appreciate sheCodes team for their efforts in providing the program and supporting learners like me.

I completed this add-on workshop in 3 days... some really useful hints and a great opportunity to put into practise again what I'd learnt in the original basics course. I liked how it was paced and encouraged you to build each part of your project after each of Matt's demos, so you weren't left with the entire thing to produce at the end! I loved this program! I was very intimated to begin coding with no experience, but Matt explained everything perfectly! Fun quick project to learn more about how to add dates, times and timezones. Great video's with instructions by Matt.

I highly recommend this course as it serves as a valuable supplement to your coding knowledge. I learned a lot about making my code responsive across various devices, not just computers. Additionally, it taught me how to enhance the overall appearance of my code. This journey is not over, as I am enthusiastic about learning the React course as well. Hello! I am Phyu from Myanmar and prior to this class, I had zero knowledge about coding. SheCodes Basic Class offered me with coding classes that are easy to follow and understand. I have learnt about the fundamentals of HTML, CSS and JavaScript in a short time, and I am grateful for instructor Matt and SheCodes team for letting me have such wonderful coding journey as my first time. I highly recommend for those who are not familiar with coding!

Very cool! I really enjoyed creating a new web page, using new css techniques. Matt, as always, explains it very well. I was able to develop my skills while creating my web page by following his explanations. For the final result, I only needed to add a few details. It was a lot of new content, but I believe that with practice, it will become easier. :)

The SheCodes Plus workshop transitioned smoothly from the previous Basics workshop, continuing to teach with the same level of attention to detail and with the same focus on building from each previous lesson into the next. I enjoyed the challenge of this course to keep learning and applying new techniques, and my level of confidence in coding has grown significantly with this second SheCodes workshop. In addition to practising the fundamentals of writing HTML, CSS and JavaScript, the workshop also taught new skills, such as how to integrate APIs into an app for rapid retrieval of data, how to use GitHub, how to use a hosting service, and how to apply Bootstrap formatting. I've learned a lot, I intend to use my new skills to try to build some small projects which I've started to plan out, and I'm already looking forward to starting the next workshop!

It was a pleasure to deepen my knowledge in JS, CSS, and HTML following Matt's steps. The lessons are well-organized and easy to understand.

As with the Basic and Basic Add-On courses, It was super fun and I learned a lot, Matt's videos were very well done and easy to understand, while still leaving enough of a challenge for you to problem solve and learn!! This React workshop was challenging, but rewarding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to excel in React development! In a stressful and now and then challenging everyday life, I'm glad to have found Matt & thus SheCodes & his team - or rather the advertising has found me through the algorhythm on Instagram ;) - so this suggests that my interests match. The course is wonderfully designed - and although I've had touch points with the basics before, I'm very happy with the " bite-sized" lessons and follow-up mini-exercises and weekly tasks. Really interesting, a pretty steep learning curve but after a few WTF moments things started to click. Finally feel like I'm beginning to understand javascipt by the end of this course. Building a world clock with SheCodes has been a great experience. I recommend taking the SheCodes Plus Add-On Course because you learn things not covered in the other courses. Additionally, you gain more experience and could add the project to your portfolio. Learning about "Moments" is a game changer! You will write less code, and your javascript will look much cleaner.
