SheCodes Responsive was a nice and interesting experience. I learned a lot about making web pages look great on different sizes screens, making me feel more confident about my coding skills as well. The idea of creating a personal portfolio with all my projects as the end project is awesome, it gave me the possibility to display all my projects with a fully responsive portfolio. Wow, the React Add-on workshop was a test of both patience and skill. Really fun, but also challenging because this time I chose to build the project after a totally different design. For me that haven't coded much before, this was quite difficult, but since Matt is a inspiring teacher it all turned out just fine in the end. 😊

Basics-Add on was a little bit more challenging. Luckily, I love a challenge! It was so cool to see everything come together and to build on my base knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Matt was very engaging as usual and explained each topic well. I'm excited to see what's next.

The course is easy to follow and Matt, the instructor, is guiding you through every single step which makes it seem less overwhelming. You learn a lot in these 6 weeks but the completing the final project that showcases your new skills makes it all worth it.

I have really enjoyed the Basics Workshop. I was an absolute beginner and Matt's 'learning by doing' approach has helped me to gain confidence very quickly. I love that I can plan my learning to fit round my own schedule. I'll definitely be signing up for more!

Shecodes is the most amazing tool for learning ever! I'm so happy to finish another step and I can definitely see my progress walking forward. This was such a great course and for me was well timed finding SheCodes as I am currently in recovery from an injury and I needed to do something to keep my mind active. Learning React was by far my most challenging learning curve. I am grateful I got to learn React through SheCodes because Matt Delac made it much easier to understand and I definitely think it would have taken me longer to learn without this React workshop. Building our portfolio website was challenging but very rewarding! It was great to see how far I have come with coding and how better I have become at problem-solving on my own. Thanks to Matt and the SheCodes team for the instructions and content provided. Can't wait to see what comes next!

Learning React was a lot more difficult than expected. Matthew does explain that it is difficult but he moves too fast through out the React lessons anyways. I would like to add that I think the React lessons need a desperate update. The Node.js NMP download, has a lot of hurdles. I could not get VS code to work under NMP but Matthew uses Yarn. I decided after almost 3 weeks of failure, trying to use NMP in VS code to stop, restart and use Yarn and it finally worked. I did go to Slack for help but their solutions did not work for me, neither did Athena. Overall the React lessons were discouraging and I don't think I learned anything this time around.

The SheCodes Plus course, while challenging has been a whole learning experience. Thank you Matt and team, for your guidance and patience throughout the course. I can't believe that I built a whole weather app. Amazing stuff!!!!!

Really fun and enjoyable workshop! Matt explains the concepts clearly so even though there is a step up in level from the previous workshops you do not feel as though it is too much too fast as it is done in a considered way, incrementally and just the right speed. I especially enjoyed learning about Git and deployment, the whole workflow element was really helpful to understand the end to end process involved in creating an app.
