Really loved SheCodes Plus workshop and how it is structured. With every passing week and lesson was able to learn more about HTML, CSS and Javascript and also how to use API, GitHub, Bootstrap in my code. Eager to learn even more in next workshops!

I started working in the hospitality industry years ago while completing my University degree. When I graduated, I wasn't very sure what direction to go so I decided to travel the world instead. 🌎 After working my way up in the hospitality industry while globetrotting, I realized I have a love for software and processes. I decided to take the risk and switch industries! Since then, I feel like I'm finally able to apply my education to something I'm passionate about. It was actually a client of mine that recommended I sign up for SheCodes so with the support of my Manager, I decided to take the leap and start learning how to code. I've really enjoyed this course and can't wait to learn even more with the hopes I can apply this knowledge in my current position and assist with my career development moving forward.🚀

Matt's instructional videos were short, but concise and easy to follow. I loved that there is a community to ask for help and that after you submit and assignment there is a video with the solution for you to check your work.

As expected after the experience with SheCodes Basics, working on SheCodes Plus was amazing and full of challenging work. I loved every second of working on this weather project and I am very excited to continue learning with SheCodes Responsive to make my projects suitable also for other devices! I was thinking about switching carrier for a while and my friend found for me SheCodes free class. Decided to try a beginer program to "test the waters". Best decision ever! SheCodes very easy to learn but what i loved the most is time flexibility. Can't wait to start other programs!

Matt is a great teacher. I love watching until the end of every video and hearing the phrase "Happy coding". I'm so lucky to find the SheCodes courses and creative communities here. Now, I feel very enjoyable and excited to code what I like.

I love this workshop. I've been trying to learn about coding for a long time, and nothing ever really sticks. I am so proud to be able to follow all the lessons and challenges. I'm very proud of the landing page that I created as well.

I've been dabbling in different fields for years! I wasn't sure what my "niche" was or what direction I wanted to take my life. Once I started this program I immediately fell in love and can confidently move forward to become a woman in tech! I am beyond excited to see what doors will open with these new skills.

Having come across SheCodes through a platform I belong to on facebook (Portfolio 9 Community), I got so interested because I love to task my creativity in diverse areas of specialization. I was afraid to learn how to code because I had always thought coding was intimidating but taking this beginners course had helped me realized that coding is very fun and anyone is capable of learning the basics! I loved every moment of it, and I plan on taking more courses to further my learning.

Matt is a good teacher. You can feel he is passionate about coding in his teaching. (no teacher can be better than one who loves what he's doing!) Class content is well-structured and -designed, one thing at a time, many practical techniques are taught. The way how each specific code works is explained clearly.

I'm always amazed at how much I can learn with coding. Absolutely in love with it.

The course is well structured and is excellent for beginners. Perhaps more importantly, it shows you how creative coding can be. I completely fell in love with it and couldn't wait to learn something new or finish another challenge. I cannot recommend it enough.

I absolutely loved this course. It was easy to follow and made me WANT to learn. Each day I wanted to sit down and run through a few exercises. It was relaxing and joyous. I would love to continue learning with SheCodes and would recommend the Basics course to anyone. Try it - It's fun!

I loved this workshop. I created a weather app from scratch which was awesome. I learned to use a lot of amazing features of javascript and I enjoyed every minute doing so. Totally recommend this one.

This was a great experience! Very informative and Matt is a FANTASTIC teacher! I never had any questions or hiccups because he taught very clear and precise. I loved it and learned so much in so little time.

SheCodes has definitely been so enjoyable, I started the workshops for my love of tech and women empowerment. And I got that and more. For someone who has a Marketing degree and no experience in coding, Matt's learning style makes even a beginner feel welcomed, and the content easy to digest.

I absolutely love the SheCodes workshops. I am a single mother of two preschoolers, so I did not want to take on a full work load of going back to school. However, Matt made the SheCodes workshops super easy and fun; and has opened up a world of new possibilities. I encourage all women to give it a try.

I loved taking this course. The videos were short but informative and everything was easy to understand. The challenges made sure I understood the concepts in each lesson and I had a lot of fun with the weekly homework and especially the project. I can't believe how much I learned in such a short time. When I decided to transition into tech, I had no idea where to even begin. I didn't know how vast the field was. Im thankful for Matt and his team for creating this workshop. Very easy and fun to interact with, especially for those who didn't have any development experience (like myself). This workshop definitely gives you an idea of what to expect, the very basics of front/back end development. I love the message behind the workshop! This was a fun journey, even though I had to stop a couple of times. However, the explanation was so great, that once I picked up where I left off, it was like I never stopped. The knowledge was wired into my brain!! Thank you guys again, this was really fun! For all those who are hesitant, this is the sign for you to sign up! You wont regret it !!!

I love how the lessons were broken down for a total beginner. The sequence of skills and tasks were logical and accessible. I also appreciated the tips on best resources to problem-solve. There is also some flexibility with the deadlines which I definitely needed. All in all, I would highly recommend SheCodes!

SheCodes Basics has been fantastic! I have learnt so much, and have been really inspired with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The course was really engaging and fun, I loved doing the challenges and projects.

I would highly recommend SheCodes! I was a complete beginner with little-to-none previous experience in coding, but lessons with Matt gave me a lot! Also the community is super helpful and generally amazing! I love the atmosphere! And I will surely come back for further courses once I gather funds!

I have always been interested in learning to code, however I never thought it was something I could do because I don't have a masters in computer science. Taking the SheCodes course has helped me learn and understand the basics of coding. I was scrolling through Instagram one day, and came across SheCodes 1 hour intro to coding, as soon as I finished the free intro I signed up for the basics course just to see if I would like it. Half way through the basics course, I decided I wanted to learn more, so I signed up for the plus course. It's really nice having the SheCodes slack community to help when you get stuck, or frustrated. It also helped keep me motivated. I love that there are deadlines, and homework, because it helps me set a schedule for myself. Rather than it being at your own pace, because then I'd never get around to actually doing it.

I have to say that these past 3 weeks were really fun and I learnt a lot. What surprised me the most is that the course was not only really easy to understand but the exercises were really practical (and it had solution to it which made it even more awesome). I am really glad that I was given the chance to learn through SheCodes. The course really inspires me to learn more about coding. Love it!

I was always interested in coding, but I never found a good place to learn it. Until I discovered SheCodes! I enjoyed my workshop and will do some more in the future. I loved the creative freedom with my final project and took pleasure in figuring out how to solve some of the problems that came up. If you're interested in coding, I would definitely recommend SheCodes!

I've loved developing this responsive website from scratch with Matt. I've learnt more about SEO than I thought I ever would, discovered how much easier Bootstrap can make my life and I'm happy with the website I've learned to create. Can't wait to learn React next!

Learning React was a journey, not always easy but very satisfying once things started working. I loved my journey with SheCodes, now that I completed all the workshops I can say with certainty that it is a wonderful bootscamp for anyone who might be a little scared and see code as daunting. It offers not only easy to follow classes, that allow us to make our own hours and workaround difficult schedules as it offers a great and supportive community, starting by our instructor Matt, all of the awesome support team as well as all the students! Will always be happy and thankfull to have found this community that helped me start a my path to become a front-end developer 👩‍💻🥰

Yet again, another SheCodes workshop that I loved! I feel like I learned so much in the Responsive Workshop. Can't wait to start the React workshop.

I loved it! It was so satisfying to figure things out for myself. The instructor doesn't just give you the answers, he teaches you techniques and allows you to make your own solutions.

I personally loved this program. I wanted a chance to understand the basic tools of coding in hopes of pursuing my dream job of being a software engineer. This program did exactly that, I was blown away with how much I was able to learn in such a short amount of time. I am very grateful for how the course was directed by Matt Delac, he gave me the tools and resources to help me succeed. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone interested in learning about coding.

Thanks to SheCodes, I learned how to make a website responsive for all devices. This course make the whole process of building responsive website seem so intuitive and simple. I loved all the tutorials of this course just like the previous SheCodes courses. I feel more confident as I learned this important skill with SheCodes and I built a very nice portfolio so easily as my final project. so I put all my projects in my portfolio to showcase them all at once.

SheCodes Basics was a great start to coding. I love how the lessons are broken down into bite size video sessions, followed by a challenge which allows you to better understand whether or not you understand everything before moving on. I highly recommend the program!

I found this course very helpful as a beginner to coding. The workshops were easy to understand and I loved that they included Matt troubleshooting as he went when things didn't work. I am feeling very confident about my new skills and can't wait to implement them in future projects.

I've had SO much fun learning HTML/CSS/JS with SheCodes Basic! The workshop were so easy to follow, and I've loved being able to work at my own pace with a structured deadline each week. It's has been a great starting point on my coding journey and I cannot wait to learn more!

I always loved coding and regrated never dropping out computer science back in Uni. I decided to try out SheCodes Plus since I had such a great experience with lessons and the support system in SheCodes Basic. I have to admit this workshop was very changeling as it goes more in-depth in JS and html. Was difficult in balancing a full-time job & these lessons, but it is so rewarding and proud to say I made it!!

I fell in love with learning to code back in the Basics course and took the plunge to further my knowledge. While I found it more of a challenge this round, I'm super proud of myself to continue my journey and learn more in-depth ways to program using HTML, CSS, and Javascript. I definitely plan on creating more projects and continuing to learn new skills with SheCodes!

I truly loved this workshop! I started this workshop because I've always been curious about coding and wanted to learn something new. After completing the 3 week intro workshop I can honestly say I was genuinely impressed. The lessons were clear and easy to understand. The challenge assignments and homework were carefully crafted to optimize learning and foster critical thinking skills. Additionally, help was constantly available via the Slack platform and the SheCodes team responded to questions quickly. This course does take time to complete, but it is entirely possible to complete it with a full time work load (for reference I am a full time grad student and work part-time). I can't wait to sign up for the next workshop and continue to learn with SheCodes!

The video format was very helpful because I was able to go back and re-watch explanations or go back to different lessons to freshen up my understanding of different concepts. I love that felling when you understand everything about coding, SheCodes give us the simple knowledge and push to try and try and when everything was done you have that amazing felling.

During the first week i wanted to quit, so many new things to learn and i made so many mistakes :(( But after i got the grip of it i love it! SheCodes is my first step into learning about code. I enjoy the set up, its easy to understand but still offers a challenge when it comes to finding solutions. I am currently working in healthcare but I would like to eventually step out of the field. I love that I can do SheCodes from home on my free time since I do work full-time, and going back to school isn't in my budget at the moment so SheCodes is an affordable option for me to learn.

Just finished SheCodes Basics. Loved this course! I had a lot of fun completing challenges and final projects. I will definitely sign up for the next course.
