This is a great introductory coarse. I'm a beginner and I loved learning these new skills. I'm very excited to learn more and to put them to use.

I continued to enjoy these responsive workshops thanks to Matt's teaching style, in particular the way he breaks topics down into smaller parts to help you build a well thought out project! I love the freedom in the projects to come up with something completely your own. Bring on react!

This workshop has been my favorite yet! I love working with JavaScript React; it has so much potential. I was a bit intimidated going in as I heard JavaScript React is hard. However, Matt has excellent and easy-to-follow explanations. Matt makes things easy to grasp. I love React and want to keep learning more. Building in React is the best!!!!

I am so happy that I decided to continue on in SheCodes plus. I have loved getting into advanced JS and can't wait to learn more. I am beyond excited for React!

SheCodes Plus was so fun!! I love the approach of everything; pacing feels wonderful during these 8 weeks, learning and grouping the lessons into the next steps made me feel mentally ready to learn more, and I felt so comfortable learning each lesson. I'm still in awe and disbelief knowing how much everyone (especially Matt) has to remember to make the program work. Thank you! I cannot wait for the next workshop!!

This Responsive workshop was by far my favorite course. I loved learning how to make the website responsive and it brought many "aha" moments from previous courses. I couldn't help but smile every time I made something work and while learning new techniques. Thanks Matt & SheCodes team!

I had very little experience with coding before taking the SheCodes Basics Workshop. SheCodes made it so fun to learn and their lessons felt very accessible for a beginner like me. Even when I felt overwhelmed trying to solve a problem I knew I had been given the basic tools to find the answer. I also loved the tips and tricks I learned. Definitely recommend SheCodes!

Matt explained each topic in a concise way. The videos are short but I don't feel like there's anything missing honestly! I'd recommend the course to anyone wanting to learn the basics of html, css and javascript and I'll definetly come back for the next course as well. I absolutely loved the little homeworks after each video and I thoroughly enjoyed the project in the end as well.

This was my 3rd SheCodes workshop and I loved it! The final project was so much fun and so useful. I was able to make a multiple pages website responsive and create a portfolio I can update and use to share my work! Really looking forward to learn React.

I just completed my SheCodes Plus course and I absolutely loved it. It was very challenging but I do love a good challenge! I enjoyed every lesson and I am super Proud to have created my very first Weather App! I highly recommend the course for any girl out there that wants to learn how to code

Loved this course the most out of all the SheCodes course. Very chalenging at times, but would 100% do it again.

I felt like I was in a rut during my first year of teaching so I began exploring other options. Many jobs were looking for experience in HTLM and JavaScript. After taking the free SheCodes course, I signed up for the basic 3-week program. I was challenged like never before and loved working through the problems to find a solution. I loved the Basics Workshop, and I am excited to continue learning about code with SheCodes! It is such a useful skill to have and the feeling of being able to create (in this case, a landing page), is amazing. Although I am a beginner, the Workshop didn't feel overwelming because every class is build perfectly on top of the previous one. The SheCodes community is also very positive and welcoming. It is great to be connected to other women around the world and to support each other during our SheCodes journey!

I thoroughly enjoyed SheCodes Basics. I needed something to spark my brain and this is it! I have no background in the tech world whatsoever, but I am excited to dive in. The lessons were very informative and self paced, which I loved because I did need to step away a few times. I cannot believe how much I have learned in only 3 weeks and looking forward to the next workshop!

I was always nervous about signing up for an online class for coding because I was worried that the content wouldn't be thorough enough and I wouldn't be able to get support after I made my purchase. After attending the free information session that Matt gave, I felt like SheCodes was a trustworthy organization. For the price of the course, I was so surprised at how in-depth each lesson was and I loved getting the validation of a real human checking my homework and letting me know I was doing everything right; that is something that worried me with other courses — nobody would be able to confirm if I was actually learning the material correctly. Matt is easy to follow along with and does a great job articulating his thought process and clarifying when something could be easily confused. I think the price of this course in contrast to what's provided proves that Matt created these courses with the intention to make this industry more accessible to women, not to get rich.

This course is so easy to follow that you can start and stop without worrying about messing up your progress. The lessons are broken down into very digestible pieces of information and you can move through them very quickly. I love the function to speed up the videos for when I just need to review one part. I would recommend this course to anyone even remotely interested in coding!

SheCodes is great for hands-on + visual learning. The way the classes are structured makes it easy to follow along and the material is digestible. I loved the courses and having homework at the end of the week it allowed for true flexibility. I know from this workshop I'm well on my way to being an amazing web-developer!

I love the way lessons are delivered in a highly interactive way, which really motivates me to learn and put new knowledge into practice right afterwards!

SheCodes helped me learn the basics of coding. I loved learning and being able to hit the ground running. The community was great with helping my trouble shooting and answering any questions!

Loved taking the basics course. If you have any interest in learning to code or just learning a new skill go for it! Everything is self paced so I could complete lessons whenever I had a moment. I took the plunge and will be continuing onward with the SheCodes Plus course!

I really loved SheCodes Basic! I was a complete beginner, having never coded before. I was convinced it was something that only math wizards could do. Turns out that isn't the case.

I followed SheCodes basics course and loved it! The course is extremely well structured and takes you step by step so you never feel overwhelmed by too much information at once.

I loved taking this workshop! It made programming easy for me and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to get started with programming!

I really loved this workshop! While I knew some of the basics, I still felt like this workshop was paramount in giving me the proper foundation to continue on to the other ones and be successful. It is truly amazing the amount of progress it si possible to do when you have a good teacher like Matt who is precise and meticulous and is able to demystify code so well. Two months ago, I knew nothing about coding and now I just finished building a functional weather app! I also love to be part of the SheCodes school who is enabling so many women all over the world! I've always put off learning to code; it always seemed complex and unattainable. I decided to leap into the dark waters; now, I don't even know what I was scared of. I loved learning in a stress-free setting, and the content was pretty straightforward. It was challenging, but it was also a confidence boost that was enjoyable! WHO KNEW I would love Coding?

Best decision I have made this year! SheCodes took my love for tech to a whole new level. I love a challenge and finding the solution; with coding it makes finding the solution even more full-filling. The videos break everything down super simple which makes learning easy. They're also broken down into small clips and challenges which really helps for people with short attention spans or constant distractions. I really loved this class and all the resources that comes with it such as Slack, Color Palettes, and more. I would definitely recommend to anyone interested in learning coding.

My current career hit a rut and I felt like I lost motivation and passion for my work. I began looking at career-change options and new skill sets that I could learn. I was intrigued but very intimidated by coding. I came across and attended the SheCodes "Free Coding Class" and built enough confidence to sign up for the SheCodes 3-week Basic workshop, which I just finished and LOVED! The style of instruction is very easy to follow and Matt does an excellent job explaining each of the lessons. I also appreciate that he provides outside resources and tips for Googling because I'm learning there is sooo much information out there! I look forward to the next SheCodes workshop and continuing this educational journey!

SheCodes Basics was the perfect entry-level coding course for me! I admit I started the course with doubt - "Will I be able to follow? Will this be easy enough for me - a complete beginner?" But after the first few lessons, I fell in love with coding, how creative it is and now I can say that I truly enjoy doing it. The course is well structured - I enjoyed 'challenges' after lessons (helps to cement the new knowledge) and the fact that after each 'challenge' we had an explanation video on how Matt would have completed it. Matt Delac is a great instructor - he gives clear instructions and a lot of tips on how to become a better coder throughout the course. The SheCodes team is very helpful and I enjoyed the SheCodes Slack community.

Never have I ever sit down for 3 hours straight just to study or learn something. Well I guess now I know what I really love to do. Matt Delac is so good at explaining everything. He teach us one by one, and he even show the solution after we submit our homework. Such a great guy with a great team. When I'm stuck and need help, the team they help us straight away. Appreciate everyone's help. Highly recommend to anyone who want to start a new career. Ganbate!!

This is the third workshop I have completed for SheCodes and the amount of confidence I have gained from completing them is unreal. I absolutely love the whole platform and I enjoy learning and watching myself grow as a developer. This project was the first I felt I had a good grip on what was happening and it was all thanks to the lessons by SheCodes that I was able to create a project to truly feel proud of.

Did the course during parental leave and loved it. Can't wait for starting SheCodes Plus. Highly recommended!

This course so great, I wish I knew about it before. Either way I am grateful to know about it now. Mat did an excellent job breaking down the lesson and applying to the next project. If you save properly you can always go back and relearn earlier that week or 2 weeks ago. I love how we applied everything we learn at the end of the course to create something beautiful, something on our own.

Before applying to SheCodes, I have tried couple other platforms but I used to get boring and gave up right after the first lesson.I was thinking that I will never be able to learn it.
