I wondered if coding is actually manageable from the very scratch. Now I know for sure that it is. I'd love to continue and develop my skills with SheCodes to the level I can work with - I do love coding now, don't even feel the run of time when into the process. I love love love studying on SheCodes. I run my own freelancing business and work crazy hours, mostly 7 days a week and 12 hours a day or even more. If it were not for the flexibility and the possibility to request extensions, I would have never been able to finish My Weather App. I gave myself an extra challenge to work with an Unsplash Api, so my ideal design is not finished yet. Regardless I cannot believe I actually got the app to work, especially the Javascript part. Thank you SheCodes you are so awesome, I can't wait to get started on the next two courses.

Loved every minute! If three months ago someone was to tell me I'd be coding, I wouldn't have believed them but here I am!

The course has been fun and informative. I've known that I love coding since taking Web Design classes in high school, and through using MySpace so long ago. I'm glad I finally took the first steps in creating a career for myself. As a working mom, the hours were completely doable, and I don't regret signing up for this course. I'm excited to continue my coding journey!

SheCodes is an extraordinary opportunity to learn a skill that will have you set for life! The lessons are simple, mostly easy, but absolute fun! I have come to LOVE coding and I'm only getting started! The ability to learn on my own time, access to multitudinous resources, and community support is a RARE find! No doubt I'll be looking forward to completeing ALL workshops and becoming a master at web development!

I never thought I would love to learn how to code so much! I went to college for healthcare and slowly realized I'm burnt out and immediately knew I had to change something or do something that can be so fun and rewarding. I was looking online trying to see what kind of remote work I could do and as I was searching on YouTube I came upon an ad about SheCodes and what really drew me in was that it was all women! I did the info session with Matt and I fell so in love with the idea that this is actually a thing! Don't get me wrong, I knew it was a thing but to know theres a community of women on the same boat as me wanting to try something knew really excited me! I was nervous and at times, I did get frustrated a few times because I just felt like I wasn't getting it quick enough like everyone else. But Matt's videos are so well explained and the resources and information he gives are so reassuring and easy to follow that I'm so excited to learn more!

I am grateful for the learning opportunity. I love coding thanks to you. Thanks a lot!

Great course. As a full-time working mother of small children, I love the flexibility to be able to take classes when and where I want. This is the only program I have found to offer that flexibility.

This course has been so interesting, challenging and a lot of fun. It's frustrating at times but the best feeling when you finally figure out what is going wrong. I love the way the course is organised and that you can always refer back to previous videos. Couldn't recommend this course enough for anyone interested in starting out in coding :)

Wow, it was a great three weeks of diving into the world of coding! Matt is a person with whom you want to continue to dive into this unfamiliar world of coding))) He knows the "best places", he can make you fall in love with coding, he is a great instructor! Matt, thank you for the opportunities you give!!!

OMG I love SheCodes! I did SOOO much research to find the right course to start my tech career with and I am so so glad I chose SheCodes. I did the free workshop first and decided I love the way the lessons were delivered - I really love learning a little and then immediately giving it a go. For the money, I think it is brilliant! I love being introduced to Slack and having so many people who can help so quickly. Could not recommend enough xoxo

I love it!

It was so short, sweet & easy-to-follow! Actually the first time I understood JavaScript (failed so many times before) and even felt an urge to improvise and code extra. Also loved the size of the lessons (5-10 minutes) so that even if you're busy it's still possible to study a bit.

I love SheCodes! I can't lie, I was a little skeptical, there are a MILLION coding bootcamps... however- I went from zero knowledge to building an interactive webpage, being able to inspect other pages proficiently, and the intimidation this field used to give me has been replaced by an eagerness to learn more!

The SheCodes+ course has been absolutely amazing! The overall classes and structure are extremely well done. This community and workshop has truly furthered my love for coding and I cannot wait to continue learning with SheCodes!

I loved attending the course with Matt. He explained very well how to use HTML, CSS and JS languages. I had already had programming in college for over 12 years and it was excellent to review and especially learn JS better.

I love learning at SheCodes! I have recommended more than one student to study here. I used to start teaching JS many times, but I had a hard time understanding the process. Studying here is the best thing you can do when you are starting your education in coding.

This step was super fun and went faster for me! LOVED IT!

I absolutely loved this course. I felt like I was able to understand how to use bootstrap more with responsiveness and how to use media queries. I cannot wait to add more projects to my portfolio.

The experience at SheCodes Plus has been challenging but fully satisfying. The lessons are easy to follow and I really love that the course is structured in "baby" steps that leads to build a weather App by integrating API knowledge and improve HTML,CSS and JavaScript.

After graduating high school, I was not sure what career path I wanted to take, but as I continued to do some research, I realized that I wanted a career in the tech world. Afterward, I started doing some research about coding and that's when I knew I wanted to become a web developer. I took the leap of faith by signing up for the beginner workshop at SheCodes and I absolutely loved it. I cannot wait to see what the future hold for me!

Its been great learning how to code through Shecodes.One thing that stood out for me was the short videos.They were easy to watch and learn by myself. I love the great support form the Matt and team.May God bless them

I never thought I could learn how to code. I had always assumed that it was "too difficult" for me. This workshop was not only fun, but super informative! I love that it is self paced, but it still gives you flexible deadlines which really motivated me to complete things in a timely manner. I like that you can complete your assignments/challenges and watch the videos when ever you like, as long as your homework is turned in on time. Overall, I felt that this was a great workshop for beginners (like myself) and I really feel like I have learned so much! I am so excited to continue learning through SheCodes! I would 100% recommend this workshop to anyone who is interested in coding.

SheCodes taught me so much in so little time. I loved having the time to choose when I could take on each lesson, and there was enough challenge without ever getting stuck thanks to the access to the other students on Slack. A great program.

I tried a lot of different online classes and courses, but this one is definitely a whole new level of online education! What a brilliant journey! We built a fully functional weather app in this workshop and I learned so much about HTML, CSS and especially Javascript again, it was just super fun. Matt was a great guide on this "journey", even though the challenges were always quite demanding (which I absolutely love!).

This is a dream come true. I'm glad I challenged myself to pursue this certification. I'm extremely proud of this achievement. Coding is incredibly interesting. Once you learn a feature, you just want to learn and do more. I plan to continue with more SheCodes courses, because this accomplishment has shown me that this is the career I want to pursue. I started working in the hospitality industry years ago while completing my University degree. When I graduated, I wasn't very sure what direction to go so I decided to travel the world instead. 🌎 After working my way up in the hospitality industry while globetrotting, I realized I have a love for software and processes. I decided to take the risk and switch industries! Since then, I feel like I'm finally able to apply my education to something I'm passionate about. It was actually a client of mine that recommended I sign up for SheCodes so with the support of my Manager, I decided to take the leap and start learning how to code. I've really enjoyed this course and can't wait to learn even more with the hopes I can apply this knowledge in my current position and assist with my career development moving forward.🚀

Coding falls in love with itself from the first minutes. Addictive and you will never be able to live like before! I know how hard it can be to start sometimes, but believe me, once you start, you won't be able to stop!

I loved this course! I'm writing my Masters dissertation these days and I was worried about making time for this workshop, but the instructions were clear and the lesson-related challenges were instructive, and I found myself completing tasks on time and retaining the information too! I'd recommend this workshop to everybody who wants to start coding.

I went through the entire SheCodes Pro workshops. I loved every one of them. Matt is such a great teacher and I appreciated the hands-on help that they give through Slack. I loved looking at everyone's designs and enjoyed creating one of my own. The past eight weeks at SheCodes Plus have been challenging but really satisfying. To watch myself build a functional app using html, CSS, JavaScript and API integration has been exciting. The lessons were well structured and easy to follow with enough exercises to keep me on toes. I loved every bit of it. I am looking forward to the journey ahead.

I couldn't get enough of SheCodes Plus! Coding this weather app made me feel EXCITED (and a little anxious) to try something new! SheCodes has offered me a lot of hope at a time when life feels super confusing for the world. The prospect of an eventual career in tech, gives my family a chance to have a future!! For the first time in my life, at my queer adult age of 34, I can see a path toward a future with the woman I love, with the chance to build opportunities to make the world more accessible for folks like us. SheCodes has been an important step in that future!!

I had no prior coding experience and I love adding new skills to the ones I already have. I've learned so much in this workshop and I'm excited for the next level! I came across SheCodes while I was searching for basic courses for programming. I loved the concept of how this bootcamp reaches out specifically to women as we are very under-represented in the IT world. The courses were short and sweet and the challenges after each lesson really takes on a whole new level of learning. Even with a background in microcomputers and networking, I learned so much!

SheCodesPlus was a great way to utilize and build upon the skills learned from the basics course. This course is well structured and the step-by-step videos are super helpful in breaking down each skill into manageable & "do-able" parts. This whole experience has been both challenging and rewarding for me. I love that I can work on this when my kids are at school. I feel like I have learned so much in such a little amount of time and still excited to learn more! The slack channel and support team are AMAZING and very helpful. Thank you to Matt and the SheCodes team for all of your guidance and support. You are all WONDERFUL!

I have loved every minute of my SheCodes course and learned a lot of new skill. The mix of videos, tasks and also explaining the solutions has provided a great range of learning tools. The Slack channel for around the clock support is also great as you can ask queries and get a fast response if something is not quite working as you expected. I did not use this a lot but on the 2 occasions I did I received very useful answers in a friendly and timely manner. I feel a lot more confident coding now and look forward to progressing my career with the help of SheCodes!

Loved the course, very user-friendly explanations. Not enough for a career start, but gives you an idea if you want to continue the coding way or go and try something else. As for me, I feel like I've just started my coding journey and I will continue this path.

I just finished the SheCodes Basic Course and I'm so excited that after just three weeks I am able to built a basic website! I love that each lesson isn't longer than 10 min, so you learn in small steps and Matt explains really good! Totally recommend to do the course, if you are curious about coding but not sure if that's something for you.

I loved the experience. I have been working with computer scientists for many years but whenever they tried to explain something to me I always found it difficult. After all, it is quite intuitive and interesting. Matt makes code look like something accessible to everyone.

I love that these workshops are self-paced and broken down into manageable lessons- it was great to complete them in my own time and take a break whenever needed. :)

After countless hours of researching coding workshops, I landed here. I couldn't have been happier! Segmented into smaller portions and with challenges after each lesson giving you hands on practice to retain what you've just learned. I love this platform and ill be back for the pro!
