I've always wanted to learn how to code or to use computers as an outlet to create something. And this course does it perfectly. I love the fact that it's completely self-paced and that we have a way to help each other out. Although, we'd have to use an attribute for the challenges that I didn't learn. It was a way to challenge myself. I learned a lot during this workshop, and I would definitely do it again!

Coding is frustrating at times and the course really pushes you, but oh did I love every bit of it! With Matt, the video's, the challenges and help from Slack coding is accessible and very entertaining. I would recommend the course to everyone that is interested in coding. Looking forward to the next one! :)

This workshop was a lot of fun and satisfaction. I really enjoyed a teaching method, as they say: "One step at a time is good walking" - and that's what SheCodes Workshop lessons are! I gained new skills, found a new path for myself and got in love with CSS ;) Will join higher level workshops for sure

I strongly recommend this Workshop for those who want to get a basic knowledge of web development! It gives understanding of how to code in a very short period. Now I love coding! What is more, I would like to admit that it's extremely comfortable to pass, even if you have to work or study.

Matt’s teaching ability is amazing, he does a great job at breaking it down, but also letting you solve some of your own problems which helps really grasp the concepts. 3 weeks ago I didn’t know anything about coding, now I’m capable of writing basic codes. I feel so excited about the journey I have started! Can’t wait to join another workshop. The way information is delivered in videos is perfect, it’s informative and never boring, lessons left me feel encouraged all the time. Loved the final project a lot, it perfectly shows what you have achieved in a short period of time and makes you even more motivated!

SheCodes Plus course was a great new experience! I learned a lot and I loved seeing how it's possible to manage adding different information to a page, connect real data and make everything work! Thrilled to keep learning!

I love coding and I really love SheCodes. The lessons are broken down to small steps so you won't get confused or overwhelmed. Also I really appreciate the very existence of Delac Foundation so we can learn coding despite being in countries that may not have the best conditions for women to grow and reach their full potential.

For a long time, I've had the desire to learn to code. I tried many courses before but was quickly discouraged. SheCodes Basics was the most straightforward yet simple course to follow. I love the principle of the weekly assignments as it encouraged me to set time and learn better. It helped build confidence in my own capacities. I've always been interested in tech as a career I just didn't think I was smart enough. So I went To college as most do and soon realized and wasn't for me dropped out a semester later and was strolling on Instagram when I seen a SheCodes ad I signed up for the free coding course and I've never looked back. So if you're thinking about pivoting career choices do it!! I love coding now and can't wait to start a career in it!

I am simply thrilled at how Matt has been able to help me finally grasp the art of coding. I especially love the fact that the modules are presented in bite-size easily understood chunks with immediate opportunity to practice the skill learnt. I think SheCodes is second to none and I am very excited about continuing on this learning journey and looking forward to the career prospects it will open up for me.

I felt so proud when I was able to create something "big" using the skills I learned. I loved hearing the thought process of someone making the final project along with me, it was reassuring. In previous workshops, it was more about how to use the different tools and specific steps to take. This one was how to put it all together to make something original.

I love shecodes! what I love about shecodes is the good teaching skills of Mr matt delac he teaches from his heart. how quick shecodes teams respond to student problems. 100% recommend.

I looked at a lot of other places to learn some coding and ended up going with SheCodes. I LOVE it! It is super easy to follow! I especially like how short each teaching video is, it was nice to be able to watch a short video and then practice afterward. This has definitely motivated me to learn more coding!

I am so glad I took that chance and invested in myself with this workshops so I could realize that I really love and enjoy coding! It combined two things I love, problem-solving and creativity. I am a visual learner and I learn by doing the actual thing so to get a very well-explained lesson followed by the challenges helped me retain the information a lot faster. I would definitely invest again in one of the other workshops! I learned so much and want to continue refining these new skills.

I can't believe I already finished my shecodes training! I learned a lot and I had a lot of fun coding and doing the different projects. I loved the practical aspect of the training, it's very well explained and very complete. I can't wait to continue my coding adventure thanks to shecodes :)

SheCodes was such a fun, amazing experience. I've wanted to learn more about coding for a while now, so when I saw an ad about SheCodes I decided to give it a try. I love that it's a platform solely for woman to learn a skill in a world that's primarily male-dominated, so that women can feel comfortable learning how to code with the support of other females learning alongside them. The lessons are broken down into easy to understand segments and the fact that you can go at your own pace is awesome. It was so fun to be able to put all of my knowledge from the course together at the end to make my own web site.

Love the set up of this course. The videos are very helpful and when stuck the support in slack is incredible. Looking forward to the next one!

This course I, like most Ukrainians, joined in times I was forced to pack up an emergency suitcase because of the war to start everything from the scratch away from home. This suitcase could not contain what I really wanted to keep in — loved ones, important words, and my own resilience. Amount of new knowledge, structured approach, challenging tasks and support from SheCodes team and other students made my progress not only in coding but what is more important in my ability to learn new things and get back my inner strength. SheCodes has got to be one of the best formatted basic coding courses I have ever had the privilege of participating in. There was just enough learning time to really absorb each lesson and with submitted code expectation, I felt a real accomplishment had been made. I also loved the tips and tricks that Matt would include in the lesson, which made my experience a lot more simplified.

Wow! I just built my personal website! That is amazing. I loved building it, but it did become a little stressfull in the end. I wanted to make a beautiful website and realised I don't have much 'design' experience. But.. you don't need that too much actually. Keep focused and you can make a beautiful website with the help of Matthieu and the team!

I am so happy to participate in this course. I had great time, I've learnt a lot of interesting and useful things. I would like to continue studying programing. Before this course I've thought it is not my cup of tea but now I love it!

I loved learning React! I struggled a bit first learning Javascript, but for some reason React clicked a lot easier. The challenges and homework assignments will give you lots of practice writing the code out and Matt explains things in-depth. I'm sad this is my last course for SheCodes!! If there are ever any more courses, I will definitely sign up!

I absolutely loved SheCodes Basics! Unlike other courses I've tried, it isn't just teaching you the theory, instead it has a really big focus on showing you how HTML, CSS and JavaScript are actually used by developers. The content taught by Matt is relevant and really well presented. I like how he encourages you to have fun while learning, so it doesn't feel daunting. I look forward to joining SheCodes Plus!

This coding class was so easy to follow and engaging. I have tried taking other online coding classes, but it was too difficult for me to follow and understand. That makes SheCodes different; Matt makes the lecture and challenges super fun. One thing I loved about this course was that I was free to have another solution from what Matt had as long I understood the basics of the coding method we used and my code made sense.

Loved learning with videos- it means I could go at my own pace and re-watch when necessary!

This workshop was great! I already had experience with HTML and CSS but hadn't learned much Javascript and I was able to easily learn it in just 1 week! Matt has a very clear teaching style yet keeps things short and simple and to the point which I love and the SheCodes community and extra resources make it very easy to get quick answers and a strong understanding of the course materials. 10/10!

SheCodes Responsive was very challenging and loved to learn how to make responsive pages for all king of devices!

This was the most fun, practical and rewarding course I've taken in a long time and I highly recommend it to anyone who would like to explore what coding is all about. I loved that the course was challenging and engaging at the same time and really pushed me to apply what I learned throughout the course. This definitely opened the door to coding for me and I can't wait to continue learning!

Those were amazing three weeks. I enjoyed every single minute of highly practical classes. Sometimes it was harsh, but I could feel support from everywhere from Matt in the video, slack messages. Don't hesitate to take the course. You will love it!

It is true -- these lessons are broken down into easily digestible bite-sized pieces. There is a lot of information available if you are willing to absorb it all and not miss any bits. I had so much fun in my basics course, and I love that we can use our own creativity throughout the entire process.

I’ve always tinkered around with coding through blogging and watching courses on YouTube. However, I had some free time in the summer and decided to sit down and do an actual course. I loved that this course was indeed intended for beginners. Doing the challenges not only helped me to understand the concept of what I was doing and more importantly, why I was doing it. My favorite part was learning about CSS and styling.
