Shecodes really made learning coding basics a breeze. I always thought coding was something too difficult for me, but the lessons broke down concepts in a very understandable way. I love how coding feels like a game of tetris, and when you find the right block everything fits perfect!

Attending SheCodes Basic was an incredible experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to learn to code. Instructors were knowledgeable and supportive throughout the course, which was well-structured. During the class, I learned key coding concepts such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, which have helped me improve my web development skills significantly. The hands-on approach to learning was effective, and I appreciated the opportunity to practice what I learned with real-world projects. The instructors were always available to answer my questions and provide helpful feedback on my work. I also loved being part of the SheCodes community and connecting with other students who shared the same passion for coding.

I've really enjoyed SheCodes Basic. The classes are easy to understand, you can manage how much time and effort you want to dedicate to go at your own pace, the resources are excellent, and the support from the community and the SheCodes team has been amazing. I wasn't sure that I could accomplish it, but I did it and I found a new love for coding in the process. I'm so excited to learn more!

I really loved my time studying with SheCodes. The homework portions of each module were really enjoyable, getting the feedback email each week when you had successfully completed the task was very motivating and even if we were to fail getting feedback about what we could improve or have done differently is refreshing.

In 3 words: Simple. Applicable. Graspable. I loved the step by step approach and detailed explaining of everything. Made it very easy for me to understand everything and therefor make it quickly applicable. So THANK YOU very much Matt and the entire SheCodes team for creating this course :)

SheCodes basic was fun to learn.I love the bit-sized lessons and the fact that there were challenges at each lessons.It is a very quick way to get a basic knowledge in html ,css and javascript. Matt made it very easy to understand the lessons.I am really grateful i experienced the basics of coding and i'm excited go to the next step.

I truly experienced a challenging coding journey. The syllabus is so well-designed and the tasks are so well splitted into smaller pieces that the difficulty of the challenges turned out to be fun for me. Weeks 7 & 8 were like a story narrated part by part. I also love weather API by Shecodes which helped me to proceed with the project more easily.

Things are getting more complicated but learning with SheCodes really helps me to wrap my head around all those JavaScript functions, logic etc.! I love figuring out how to fix bugs and get everything to work how I want it to.

I just finished the SheCodes Plus workshop and it was such a great experience. I learned so much from this course and I really love the way the lessons are laid out. They are clear and easy to follow and there is always support when you need it. I also love that there are weekly homework deadlines to try and meet, in order to help keep you accountable, but there is also a lot of flexibility if you need it (which, as a mom of a toddler, is essential!). The flexibility to be able to ask for extensions when you need them, to me, shows that SheCodes really takes into consideration the different lifestyles/schedules that each individual has. Before SheCodes, I had absolutely no knowledge of coding, but as soon I joined I felt very welcomed and instantly became a part of this community of amazing women around the world with shared dreams and ambitions of learning to code. Being a part of this supportive community, especially for a complete beginner like me, has given me a lot of confidence and inspiration to continue my coding journey.

Loved every minute of the course! Each exercise was well thought out so you learn and understand everything in small steps and you get to practice it straight away. I feel well equipped in my understanding of the tools as well so I'm excited to continue learning more :)

I would definitely recommend SheCodes to any individual who wants to try out Coding. I loved how they structured everything. I also had a good instructor,who was able to explain things well.

I thoroughly loved the shecode session, which helped me develop a stronger sense of self-belief. While I formerly believed that women and mediocre students weren't designed to learn programming, I now realize that anything you put your mind to can be accomplished.

Firstly, I would like to give Mr Matt his flowers, he really made my learning journey less stressful. I started studying coding with SheCodes 3 weeks ago, and I have been very motivated especially by the curriculum. SheCodes really helped me realize how exciting and fun coding can be! I have gained skills so fast which was something I did not expect, improving this much in only 3 weeks! I loved learning at SheCodes, the course was challenging at first but overtime it got very interesting. In a short span of time, I gained significant knowledge and skills that have equipped me to tackle real-world coding challenges. The course was intense, but it was well worth the effort.

This was one of the best investements I have made for myself! Super proud of everything I have learned, it was really eye-opening to see for myself how all web pages are built, I mean we use them everyday so I enjoyed building some! The course is written in an easy to follow order, very understandable especially for a complete beginner like me, it's very easy to jump from a lesson to another and feel like you are learning so much. I loved having a community of individuals who are starting on the same path and I loved having the support from the team, it helped massively when I didn't know something or I was stuck! Will defintely sign up for the next one, as soon as I will be able to afford it!

The SheCodes plus workshop has been a lovely learning experience! Challenging at times, but always fun. I've really enjoyed working on my project which definitely is more comprehensive compared to the Introductory Workshop project. I can highly recommend SheCodes if you are curious about learning front-end development in a flexible and supportive learning environment.

SheCodes basics was a fun and well-paced intro workshop that allowed me to pick up concepts quickly and with less confusion. I found myself jumping into lessons to keep the information coming. If you are looking for a coding course, you definitely need to check out SheCodes. I was looking for a course that is good for someone without prior experience and I have found it. I decided to try just to see if I would be okay with understanding at least the basic principles and I`m totally in love with it!

It was not easy but its worth it and the way matt teaches everyone can understand ,l love coding now at first l was just trying out but now l realize that l would like to pursue this career even more. and thanks to Delac Foundation for such a great opportunity . l would love to encourage my fellow Malawians to apply for Delac Foundation its worth it. l dint know anything about coding and now am able to build a website from scratch ,using HTML,CSS And JavaScript.

I have always wanted to do something in IT, but didn't know what until I came across SheCodes! I have really enjoyed learning to code. I am not the best with learning, I am more of a visual leaner, I can understand better with pictures and videos, and Matt has made it easy and enjoyable to do so! The SheCodes basic workshop taught me a lot! If I have the money, I'd probably enroll in their other classes as well. I love how they provided this kind of aid for women in third-world countries. Each lesson is very easy to understand and you get to have a guide as you test the knowledge you've received.

After talking with some other individuals in tech, and how they learned coding basics, I was SO HAPPY with choosing SheCodes. The small lessons and weekly homework keep me engaged and I love that we repeat concepts over and over in different ways so it really sticks.

SheCodes Basic Plus is a great addition to the previous workshops. I loved learning more in details the CSS grids, filters, and backgrounds. I was also pleasant to applied my knowledges in JS for the dark theme mode.

I loved continuing my learning journey with the Responsive workshop. Responsive is not an easy topic, but I feel like I now understand the basics of it and I'm ready to dive even deeper. The final project is a portfolio, which was a lot of fun to build and is going to be very helpful in my professional future.

I love the accountability which the weekly program offers, this means that I was more likely to stay committed. Another factor I enjoy is the fact you can easily revisit and rewatch videos, the support from Slack is super helpful and accessible. Matt teaches in a clear and playful way which makes the sessions enjoyable. I enjoy the focus on playing around with colour and design.

I have loved this course for the past 3 weeks. I've tried many coding courses before and found them stressful and hard to follow. But SheCodes was easy to follow and understand, the team is so helpful and supported if you get stuck! I will definitely be doing more courses in the future with SheCodes!

I absolutely loved this course! I think this course offers the perfect amount of theory and practice to get you inspired and motivated to learn to code and do the exercises. I have tried to learn html in the past but always abandoned as it seemed too complicated for me. And in just 3 weeks it gave me the confidence to build a simple website with html, css and Javascript.
