This workshop changed my life because I found my favorite field for working. I appreciate the Delac Foundation that gave Iranian girls this golden opportunity. SheCodes Plus can boost the level of programming in very little time. Before SheCodes workshops, I did not know how much I loved to be a front-end developer. Happy coding!

Hi everyone!! I am Aleesha Lalit and I am a second year student at IIIT Gwalior pursuing B-tech in Computer Science. I love to explore new domains and learn new skills.Currently , I am doing Data structures and algorithms and am also indulged in exploring Web development as well.

I loved every part of the course, and Matt is an absolutely amazing teacher to learn with. His teaching style is straightforward but still incredibly effective, and I have never been more enthusiastic to learn how to code. I really cannot wait for the next class to begin.

I loved making this landing page and learned so many new skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript! 🙌🏼

SheCodes not only helped me learning the very basics of front-end development as a beginner but also made want to learn more! The classes are brief and concise, easy to follow, and the challenges are great to put in practice the new knowledge. Overall I have had fun while learning, I love it!

I loved learning React, sometimes a bit frustrating but when you start to understand it's really interesting and very fun. I am delighted with the course.

Loved the way we learned a lot, but all in bitesize pieces that made it easy to understand and put together the app.

The class was challenging and fun. What I loved about this course, was how clearly Matt explained all of the different elements in a way that was easy to follow. It was a great course and I am excited to complete other SheCodes courses. Thank you all.

I have learned a lot of things just in 3 weeks. I love the way shecodes makes you do the exercises. I think this is the best way to learn programming. I enjoyed learning with my team.

I have loved completing the SheCodes Basic workshop! Being new to coding, Matt was able to teach the basics very well - It was easy to understand. Having the challenges, the weekly homework and the project really helped to apply the knowledge. I definitely recommend SheCodes for those looking to get into coding! Awesome workshop, it was fun and easy to learn and Matt's simple way to explain helps a lot on learning the basics of programming. I love the hands-on experience and the challenges. I really hope this workshops direct me into a new career opportunity because I figured out that I enjoy this field.

An amazing and intense 3 week course! I've absolutely loved how easy and structured SheCodes have made it. Matt is amazing at explaining everything in simple ways, and the community and help you receive is more than I imagined. Really pleased to have the Basics which will really help me in my job roles, and even as a side hobby. My appreciation for developers really began when I became a Product Manager working in health tech. It was then I realised how much goes into developing a product. As a Product Manager I had to ensure I told the "story" about how users need to be engaging with the product, but had little to no understanding of how the developers actually thought. This basics course with SheCodes has really given me an amazing insight into the developer/coding world. I thoroughly enjoyed it and it certainly has broken a lot of misconceptions that coders are introverts and quiet - The SheCodes community is amazing and I've met extroverts, ambiverts and all kind of personalities whilst learning. For those people who told me I shouldn't and couldn't do this, I DID it and I LOVED it! Thank you SheCodes!

I was so happy to see some new courses! I bought of course all of them because it's soo worth it! 😍 After first project I have to admit, I love to design ❤️. I'm not so confident about this, because it's all about being creative. But the more projects you make, the more creative you become. So, I guess, I will continue to do this 😍.

With SheCodes Plus it feels easy to learn coding, loved the experience and can't wait to go further. Onward!

I love the SheCodes classes! They make coding concepts so easy to understand and fun. I would highly recommend them to anyone with any interest at all in learning to code.

I had seen this program on Tic Tok and decided to try it out and see if coding would be for me. Honestly, I fell in love with it, Matt made everything so easy to follow and it was very easy to learn. Any questions I would have would actually be in the next video I would watch for each course. I highly recommend SheCodes to anyone, any age.

I will first like to point out that I had ZERO experience in coding. When I think of what coding is, I use to think of it was the highest level of the pyramid and that I will never be able to understand it, yet so fascinated by it. So, I give it a chance. Not only that I understand it, but I also enjoyed it. It's hard to learn something that you're scare of on your own, with no physical help. But, SheCodes [Slack] team was very helpful, encouraging and patient with me. I would love to go beyond the Basic course, hence why I choose to continue with SheCode Plus. Thank you everyone for being such a great team to us!. I'm still nervous, but I highly believe that Matt and his team will pull me through my journey.

I enjoyed coding the weather app, it was a great challenge and I learned a lot. The SheCodes team was also really helpful and supportive throughout the course. I love that the course was self-paced, but had a structure with the challenges and homeworks at the same time. Matt is also a great teacher and makes even the complex concepts easier to understand.

I loved getting to know better options for responsive webdesign! I definitely loved coding the final project and even though I had some hickups on the way, it's worth pushing through and google is definitely your best friend while learning how to code and even when you already have quite a good understanding on how to do it.

Loved how this program teaches you how to do everything step by step, but also gives you the freedom to learn on your own

I absolutely loved this course! I will admit, it was challenging in times to juggle between the course and family (toddler) commitments. The course itself was joy to learn and very easy to understand, I liked Matt`s style of teaching.

SheCodes has become an addiction, I love everything about it. I always look forward to the next!

I loved this course! The basics course was great too but building on that further and working with API and more advanced javascript in the Plus course was really fun.

Great workshop. I felt like my work is looking much more professional and I've been able to build on the skills learned in previous workshops. I love that the final project is a resume/contact website as well!

I loved completing the SheCodes basic course. I learnt a lot very quickly and found Matt's video tutorials very engaging and accessible. The SheCodes resources (colour palettes, gradients etc) were great too. I'm hoping to move on to the next level very soon :)

After two years of studying international relations, I understood that this is not the career I would like to pursue. I have always loved IT classes back in high school, so I feel like SheCodes is an excellent start on my way to the job of my dream.

I have loved being able to learn at my own pace with SheCodes. It’s short soundbites enable learning without feeling overwhelmed and the self service console is easy to use.

I’ve always had a interest in learning how to code. I would of loved to start coding sooner but I just didn’t know where or how to get started. Hence why I’m so grateful for completing this introductory course with SheCodes! I really enjoyed every second and understood the lessons so easily. This program was very easy to follow and easy to retain. The material is so organized. I love that you can always go back and find the info you need if you have any questions. The SheCodes team gives helpful feedback on homework assignments.

The SheCodes team's knowledge never fails to impress me. Honestly, I would not be able to complete this project without Matt, the slack community, and the SheCodes team help. After completing SheCodes Basics workshop, I felt accomplished and motivated to keep going. SheCodes Plus was really intense and a roller coaster of emotions, at the same time that I was happy with my progress, I was also panicking trying to find what was causing my code to break (it was misplaced dash btw). To me this workshop feels a lot more "professional", but just like SheCodes Basics, it was so easy to follow the lessons, and there is always someone to help if needed. The lessons are short and straightforward, you can watch as many times as you want and take breaks whenever you feel tired. I love the way you can just sit and learn, this entire workshop was really a privilege.

Loved the flow of the additional project for the basic course. Figuring out the dark theme was a little tricky to switch back and forth but being able to code along with the videos always helps with the understanding and application of the code making it a seamless learning process. ❤️

I have always loved to learn a profitable skill but was contemplating on which will best fit my passion and resources until I learnt about SheCodes basics. This course gave me a chance to have experience and familiarize myself with what coding entails. After embracing myself with the comprehensive explanations, assignments' and instructions given by Matt, I am most confident to embark on my coding journey to become a professional coder.

Challenging but lovely workshop, I really learnt a lot and I'm grateful for the opportunity to learn.

I can't get over how much I have learnt, and that it all makes logical sense to me now. In the last few weeks it's been really clicking in and I am able to anticipate what Matt is about to suggest in videos. I really love learning on this course.

It was an amazing journey to learn designing an application from the beginning to end. Although this is not the end of my learning process, I loved coding with Matt and would totally recommend it to anyone eager to learn from a wonderful teacher.

The Dictionary is very interesting to build, even more so for someone in love with languages, words and meanings! I liked learning to integrate the 2 APIs used in this project a lot. The moment when the console gets a response is magical!

SheCodes has been AMAZING thus far! I have zero coding experience or background (just simply an interest in coding). I was seeking to transition from an entirely new career outside of healthcare to a more technical/IT career path. I love how thorough the courses are and break explanations down to a 1st-grade level so that it is easy to understand and follow along. I loved taking the SheCodes Plus course. Matt's lessons allowed me to feel guided and supported while simultaneously allowing me to learn to feel comfortable making mistakes and thinking outside the box.

I have loved every minute of this workshop, diving into some advanced HTML/CSS/JavaScript. It was not easy, but the clear explanations and encouraging words of Matt, and the support of the supportteam on Slack really help you get through. This add-on was great! I loved creating a project about one of my favorite places in the world.

I am a mom of 2 very young children who doesn't have much time to learn, and consider myself a slow learner. I was hesitant to start at first, however I found Matt's way of teaching was so easy to understand as he really guide me step by step. I also love how Matt encourages us to look for answers in Google and it was quite easy to find solutions in Slack. Shecodes team had been very friendly and gave a fast response to my enquiries. I've never thought learning how to code can be this fun! Thank you Matt and team! What I love most about this course is it's toughtfulness in arranging the packages from Basic to Max, so I can test the water to know whether or not I'll learn further about coding. Very well done!

SheCodes Plus was a fulfilling journey for me - racked my brains as I was introduced to API (the most exciting part), worked on advanced Javascript, pieced everything together, and built my very own weather app. Love the bite-sized videos and how Matt provided industry advice and tips in his capacity as a professional coder (on top of being a teacher).

She Codes Plus was a great beginner course. I feel like it helped me figure out if I would love or hate coding (I love it!) I can't wait to continue my learning.

This workshop was extremely challenging and I loved because of it. Matt teaches like I wish I had this kind of teacher back in high school or uni. This was a challenging but well-paced course. It was great being able to code alongside Matt while also having the ability to flex my own web design skills. I loved it even when it was a bit challenging! It was a great progression from the previous course and I felt that I learnt a lot of comprehensive tools that I am able to apply to future projects!

I got accepted to SheCodes on a scholarship basis and I'm grateful for the opportunity. The learning experience has been amazing. The basic level of SheCodes tutorial videos made it very easy to understand CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. What I love more about this program is that each step you learn comes with an assignment. I loved this workshop! I have watched many videos and read many websites, but none were as helpful as this workshop, especially in the JavaScript part. Although it was educational, it wasn't overwhelming at all!

SheCodes course is extremely exciting and helpful. Matthieu Delac is such a talented teacher, all info is given in a simple way, so much material explanation and practice are involved, he passes his love for coding to his students and his passion for his work is felt. I couldn't imagine that I can learn coding so fast and easily, but I could see my progress in a blink of an eye. I'll definitely continue learning and I am eagerly going into the next level of SheCodes course. I'm in love with SheCodes!
