I loved working though the modules! They are scaffolded wonderfully, so I was able to go through each section in a bite-sized manner. Yes, there were times of frustration, but I found it easy to isolate where I wasn't understanding &/or going wrong. I studied a little more & played around a bit to solve the issue. I'm so happy with what I've made.

I loved this workshop! The way the lessons were divided made it easy to follow. Some parts were challenging, but the resources provided were super helpful. I'm looking forward to the next workshop!

I've struggled to find a workshop that I'd easily learn, with no previous knowledge needed before finding SheCodes. A friend of mine told me how awesome the workshops were, but I still had to find out for myself how SheCodes patlaform worked. When I finally joined SheCodes Basics for a trial, I instantly fell in love with the method and now that I have just finished my final project I am amazed how much I could learn in such a short time. I also enrroled in SheCodes Max and I can't wait to start.

I know I say this every time, but this was my favorite workshop! I reached a point where I feel confident in building a website like the ones I'm using every day, what I loved the most was learning about embeds! They made my website feel more interactive and overall complete!

I absolutely loved my experience with the SheCodes React Add-On 2-week certification! The course was not only enjoyable but also incredibly enriching. It was surprising how quickly I was able to grasp the concepts and build my own dictionary application using React. This course filled in the missing pieces of my skill set, and I'm now more confident than ever in my ability to create web applications. I'm truly grateful for this learning opportunity.

I didn't know I could do it but with SheCodes, it felt like coding was my second language, i love everything about the lectures, recommending this is assignment for me😻.

I have loved the entire experience and appreciate shecodes for helping me achieve my dream to learn code.

It was a very interesting workshop, Matt is a very wonderful facilitator he is the best, during my journey it was a bit difficult as it was my first time coding but Matt made learning very simple and easy to understand and slack community helped a lot. I learn to love coding more and more. I highly recommend it to anyone who want to get into the world of tech, its been a rollercoaster experience but I made it thus far and I`m grateful for the opportunity.

I have learned coding with sheCodes for months and during my journey, I have faced a lot of difficulties and problems at coding. Sometimes, I feel depressed that my coding skill is not good enough compared with others. However, I love coding and no matter how hard it is, I will learn and try my best. I have made up my mind to be a programmer who is able to create programmes that can make people happy or convenient in their daily life.

I have enjoyed every moment of this course and have already been using things I have learnt in a professional capacity. Very surprised at how quickly I have picked up coding, and would love to learn more through SheCodes. 10/10 recommend!

¡Gracias! I spent a couple of months surfing the web, looking for courses to better understand how to code, and didn't know where to start. I was able to do some exciting things in Apps Script and play around, but it wasn't until I found SheCodes that my learning experience started to take shape. Now I feel very excited to continue my exploration, which is a huge turnaround from my career, and I'm very excited about it. The course is very well structured. Having a practical case immediately after the theoretical lesson works very well, as you put the content you've learned into practice straight away. I loved being able to take the course when it suited me best and reviewing the content over and over again. Matt Delac is clear and very objective in his explanations! I can only recommend SheCodes! I really enjoyed making my Portfolio and learning how to make my website responsive. We touched on some SEO basics, it was great but I'll definitely need a more in-depth lesson. Overall, I loved it and learned much!

SheCodes was such a great experience for me, both in personal and professional growth. I loved learning about HTML, CSS, and Script. The lessons were great and the challenges were helpful. Although it could be difficult at times, the slack community and googling MDN solutions was helpful. I am proud of what I've learned and grateful for Matt and the SheCodes community. I can't wait to start the Plus course!!

The perpetual isolation of the lockdown was depressing but it gave me the chance to reflect on my life. This is when I realized I was unhappy with my job and it was time to explore other avenues. During this time is when I also discovered Tik Tok. The "tech girlies" were showcasing their luxurious lives afforded by the benefits their entitled to for working in tech. I decided I too wanted a piece of the tech pie and it was time for me to search for a way in. After researching various coding programs, I came across SheCodes. The reviews were good and I loved that the program was self paced and geared towards women. I enrolled in the Basics program and I thoroughly enjoyed Matt's style of teaching as well as the various resources available. I recommend anyone that is considering SheCodes to go ahead and enroll. You will not be disappointed.

SheCodes Basic helps refresh and update my knowledge on HTML, CSS and JavaScript in such a fun and easy way. I love how the videos are easy to follow and those extra codes and information on each lesson really help expand my comprehension of the subjects. Feedbacks from the team are also very prompt. The basic workshop is really beginner-friendly!

I have been a nurse for last 20 years. Due to my medical condition its getting to difficult for me to work and do what I loved. So I stumbled upon the 60mts session my Matt which came across as very comprehensive, interesting and very easy to follow along which made me to join the Basic course. I thoroughly enjoyed it and looked forward to solve each challenge or homework. Hopefully I would continue this journey to achieve my goals.

It only took 3 weeks to make me fall in love with coding again.

This course has been a fantastic introduction to HTML, CSS and JavaScript and I've enjoyed every minute. Sessions are delivered in well explained segments with small recap tasks to really help consolidate the teaching, the challenges are well explained and build upon the skills learnt, and the concepts are taught and demonstrated through engaging examples. There's also a really lovely community of other students eager to help each other out, which has been super useful for learning how to troubleshoot and problem solve. I'm so grateful to the SheCodes team - thank you!

This is a great little workshop that builds on your knowledge and understanding of HTML and CSS properties. I especially loved the edition of adding a dark mode to the project!

I really enjoyed the She Codes basic programme. It was a great introduction to coding, and the lessons where enjoyable. I loved having little projects throughout the workshop and enjoyed working on the final project at the end, which tied everything you learn in the programme together!

I really loved coding with React ! The dictionary project was extremely fun to do, though with a new layer of complexity. Can't wait to see what is next !

I was always curious about how computer engineers build websites and people who are in stem create codes for robots and I wanted to see if I'd be able to take classes in order to learn them as I have adhd and I cannot focus on something unless I really love it. I also didn't have the time and money to go to uni for a degree in information technology as I'm already attending to finish up my degree in Business. I found the interface amazing and the courses are bite sized enough for you to understand key concepts quickly all you have to do in practice and create your own projects in the mean time. the best way I learned through out this course was opening up my VS codes file and typing out what was happening in the courses and also testing to see if I understood what I learned. I think most people are scared to start coding because they think it's super hard but it's actually quite fun IMO if you get the hang of coding formulas and the only major thing is debugging but that's really it! I think everyone who can get a certificate should try SheCodes out and if they need one for their job or just for fun it's deff worth a try. I can't wait to keep on with my studies towards becoming a front end web developer!

So much Fun! One thing that I know for sure, is that I love building websites. And this wonderful program makes my love for it become greater. Building a website this time from scratch instead of using Bootstrap was also a great building experience. I enjoyed it!

I loved how well concepts were explained, how reasonable the pacing was, and appreciate how much I learned (and retained!) over a short period of time. The challenges were super helpful in integrating concepts.

I really loved and immersed myself a lot more in the course. It was more challenging than SheCodes Basics but also a lot more fun!! Matt really guides you through the making of the entire project but you're also given enough freedom to make it your own and play around with the code, if you choose to. Learning how to implement API was one of the most challenging but rewarding parts of this course. Learning about GitHub was also very useful. I recommend this course to anyone who wants to get started on programming.

Loved learning the intricacies of React.js!

As a mom of two I found SheCodes Plus very challenging at times, and often frustrating just like Matt described, but in the end creating a weather app that works with real life data was an amazing feeling of achievement. I would highly recommend this workshop as the lessons are clear and concise, and you become a part of a community that's always ready to help. What I love the most? You get to learn at your pace, and if you need an extension or more time to grasp a lesson that is possible, its not like being in a classroom where you get left behind. Thank you so much to Matt and the team for this opportunity, I have learnt so much in such a short period of time.
