I cannot believe I was able to complete such an amazing project! I initially felt a bit intimidated, but this is exactly where my foundational and more advanced skills came in place. The add-on was well-structured and easy to follow, just like other courses. I also loved the new tricks covered during the project!
I spent many hours perfecting my landing page and it was well worth the effort! I learned how to work as a real developer creating this project. I do have to share that embedding the instagram code was my least favorite part of this experience but I love how my page turned out. Thank you, Matt and the amazing SheCodes team!
This was a challenge for me. I had some errors and had a hard time figuring out what I did wrong. I had to step away and come back. It was a great challenge. I was able to fix what I did wrong. Loved the challenge and very happy with my work.
It's such an honor to have participated in this coding workshop with SheCodes. It wasn't easy I must say but Matt Delac made it possible. I can confidently say that I have learnt the basics of HTML, CSS and JS. I had lots of fun watching his tutorials, trying out the challenges and making every line of code worth it. I also had some sleepless nights as well π’π. Above all, I thoroughly enjoyed working on the final project because it gave me the opportunity of applying all that I learnt and building something I really love π Anyways cheers to being a frontend developer.

I enjoyed this workshop, it is very important workshop for your profile. One of the most lovely workshop for me, I really enjoyed building the final project with advance tools like how to make responsive website to any screen size, multi-page websites , host the code on GitHub, advanced Bootstrap (Navigation, Utility Classes, etc.), Flexbox, Multiple Page Hosting, Media Queries and more.
I am so glad I completed this workshop! I had so much fun completing all the challenges! I especially enjoyed the final project the most, I loved doing all the styling. I am also looking forward to completing other workshops as well. Matt is a really good teacher; his videos were very informative.

I joined this AI add-on workshop after I completed the SheCodes Plus Add-on and honestly, I loved this course and it was so nice to dig a little bit deeper in the world of HTML, CSS and JS. 10/10 would recommend it to anybody who would love to further their skills.

SheCodes is the easiest way to get started with coding. The way Matt teaches makes it very easy to follow along and I love how the information is presented in bite-sized videos, including a solution once a challenge has been submitted. This allowed to me learn and fully understand coding. Even though it was challenging at times, SheCodes made it fun!
was not impressed by the AI part at first, but have to say, I love it now! Extremely well taught by Matt to truly understand each part and step. Slowly but surely getting to a very "impressive level" according to my friends when I share that "yes, I did this all on my own". Love it!

I loved working on this project! I was so relieved to be introduced to a much easier way to work with date and time as this is something I found trickier in earlier lessons, still thankful I had that foundational knowledge to build from though. I'm really proud of my weather app, which I was able to create thanks to the incredible experience I had with SheCodes Plus. Learning to use APIs and delving deeper into JavaScript was both challenging and incredibly rewarding. The cherry on top was learning to host on GitHub and deploy using Netlify. Wow! What an awesome journey filled with obstacles that I was able to overcome. This was the best decision I have ever made in my life. Every day I fall more in love with coding because Matt has made the course understandable for beginners. I am so proud since I was able to code my first project and to have it working is such a great achievement for me!
Matt's lectures are very brief, precise and easy to understand. I loved how there was a practice question at the end of each topic, which allowed me to test my understanding, remember what I had learnt and sharpen my skills with each lesson. Now I can confidently build a basic interactive website.
Loved learning how to make dark mode
Been out of loop for a while due to personal engagements, but I came back and to my lovely surprise, AI basic has been added to the module. It was very easy to ease back into the flow of things and now I have a rudimentary understanding of how AI works, it can only get better.
This has been quite the experience for me, honestly! Fun, informative and a very big learning curve. I've loved every single minute of absorbing knowledge and creating, and just engaging with other peers on the course. Ultra grateful to Matt and the team for this opportunity, and i intend on making the most of it.

I love SheCodes Basic because it covers every detail one needs to know without making it boring or time-consuming. Instead, there are bite-sized lessons. Challenges at the end of each lesson expand my creativity. I also loved that I could go on at my own pace and apply for extensions as many times as needed; As a slow learner, that worked out for me perfectly. I also received heart-warming feedback and friendly reminders in my email. To sum it up, it is a real honor and a unique opportunity to become a member of the SheCodes Community and get inspired and motivated by the amazing coding journey.

Loved the layout, introducing coding in an easy to understand way and then building with each lesson. It can be challenging but the lessons are in depth, the website has so many help options, as well as the slack community. This basic course has given me more confidence in my day job, as well as allowed me to realise that working within coding is accessible to me.

This course covers the basics of front-end coding very clearly while making learning incredibly fun. Any questions I had were quickly resolved. My entire coding journey has been with SheCodes, but over the last few months I have been considering learning Python to add to my set of skills. Thankfully Matt created the python bundle course so I did not have to think twice about where to study Python from. LOVED IT. Easy to follow which made me gain confidence in my coding and lose the 'fear' of learning and tackling backend.

I loved learning more about JavaScript and making my own weather project to learn how each function works. I went from knowing nothing about JS to building my own weather app!!
I can't say enough good things about my journey with SheCodes learning React. Matt's teaching style made everything click for me; his explanations were clear and easy to follow. Sure, I hit a few bumps along the way with debugging and Netlify, but those challenges only made the victories sweeter. What I loved most about SheCodes was the hands-on approach. The project was super fun and practical, also on my domain which is language, helping me really understand how React works in the real world. Plus, the community support made it feel like I was never alone in my learning journey. Now that I've submitted my final homework, I can't help but feel proud of how far I've come. Thanks to SheCodes, I've not only learned React but also gained confidence in my coding abilities. It's been an amazing experience, and I can't wait to see where my coding journey takes me next!

Learning is one thing but replicating or creating something from scratch with comprehension is another thing. Coding requires logic and continuing the journey requires persistence. Coding is challenging, and requires time, effort, and trial and error. Passion is not necessary but it can help. So why do I love coding or continue to find myself doing this? I believe its because I can bring an idea to life by words. We do not hear this a lot but coding and creativity sounds like two different worlds which in fact work well together. Advanced CSS and JS was a beast together with codesandbox, but I was an even greater beast! I fought, I almost quit, but kept on fighting and here I am. Someone previously commented "Be encouraged and keep at it!", a special thank you to them, due to the particular comment amongst many other things I kept fighting. Moreover, I cannot get enough of the lessons, I just want to keep doing them. I like to say "There is so much to learn and see," I love learning and SheCodes Plus definitely had a lot of learning. I cannot wait for the next phase, I cannot help but wonder what other interesting things are there for me. Since from a young age I've always loved anything that had to do with computers and technology in general, but unfortunately life happened so I could not afford to go to university. Fortunately when I was scrolling through Tik Tok one day, I came across a video at spoke about how SheCodes is the perfect coding course for beginners. So, later on that day I went to the SheCodes website to check out the available courses, and to my surprise, they offered funding for people like me who are eager to learn but do not have the means to do so. I then applied to the Delac Foundation. A few weeks later, I was notified that I will be starting the coding journey soon. I have been coding for three weeks now and I am grateful for the fruitful opportunity, and I am looking forward to the rest of the coding course. πππ

I had so much fun with this workshop! I loved to experiment with various color schemes for the backgrounds and try to match everything to make it look pretty. The short videos were super helpful because they focused on one thing at a time, making everything easier to grasp. Can't wait to dive into more workshops!
Shecodes is absolutely the best. I always thought coding was so complex. Matt has made it seem so simple. He is indeed a great teacher. I loved how in each unit there was a challenge and you could not see the solution until you submitted your challenge. That made sure I was practicing what I was learning.
