SheCodes has made coding incredibly accessible, especially for someone just starting out like me. Just when I thought my fascination with coding couldn’t grow any deeper, my tutor Matt took it to the next level. Though there’s still much for me to learn, I’m super confident that SheCodes will guide me every step of the way.

I recently completed the Basics Add-on course at SheCodes, and it was a fantastic experience. The course material was well-structured and easy to follow, making complex concepts more approachable for beginners. Very easy to follow - learned alot!

This course was a little bit harder than the others. But I persisted and so happy I accomplished learning a new skill. Family responsibilities pushed back my learning timeline but because the videos were saved, I was able to rewatch as many times as I want to make the information stick. I learned that consistency and practice will make you a better coder.

I really enjoyed the AI section of SheCodes seeing all of the increments learnt over the past few weeks coming together and seeing how the interaction of AI adds to programming.

I went from knowing nothing about coding to basic knowledge in a few weeks. This program is easy to follow because the lessons are short and concise and you immediately have to put the concepts to use in a lesson challenge. Help and support from other students and instructors is easily available when needed which is comforting because I could see when I wasn't the only one struggling with a concept. I also like how the creator of SheCodes, Matt, teaches the lessons because you can feel his passion for coding. Honestly, I find coding to be challenging but I love it because of euphoria felt when your code works! I am excited to continue learning and cannot wait to see where this new skill will take me!

Shecodes made my coding jouney so easy so far as the program was structured in a way which was perfect for my learning style. The lessons were clear and easy to grasp.

Basic Add On was quite a challenge. Incorporating all those elements we learnt all the way from Basics Week 1. Mind-bending! I enjoyed it immensely.

A short and fun workshop. Great to learn about, play with and integrate AI into projects.

I loved the Learn to Code Basics course! The pace was perfect for me—I could watch the videos and practice on my own without feeling stressed about timelines. Over the 3 weeks, my knowledge built up gradually, and I felt more confident with each lesson. They have so many great resources available, and it was fun! So much so that I've signed up for She Codes Plus! I'm a Product Manager and was taking this course to increase my technical knowledge but I'm hooked now and want to learn more!

Lessons are easy to catch up. I like the challenge part which help me to learn syntax from different website where I come across many other tags which are not covered in the lessons.

My journey started after matric ,i was not accepted for the course i wanted to do initially. I then came across a sheCodes alumni's page where she explained how she found her way into tech without a degree. This sparked an interest to me and so i decided to go for it as well. SheCodes makes it so easy to learn how to code!

This was a fun workshop. I enjoyed building out the World Clock and learning some new JS concepts.

I have been learning with SheCodes since February of 2023. I have learned so much and built some great project that couldn't have been made without the help of Matt and the rest of the SheCodes team that was there to help find errors in my codes. I am excited to apply what I have learned in this bootcamp in the real world and I can't excited to try out that python add on too. Thank you SheCodes, keep doing what you are doing!

The SheCodes Plus Add-on was a good challenge and a brief review of what I learned in the Plus course. It's always good to repeat what you've learned to remind yourself and reinforce your knowledge.

Really loved learning how to get even more creative with CSS and create interactive elements.

I've been trying to learn coding for a few months now, and although I have a good grip of the basics I've still learnt a lot from this course. I have a much clearer understanding of why we do what we do and am having fun with the CSS. I feel a lot more confident and more excited than ever to carry on learning 🤓.

I can't believe I've come this far after a few weeks! I had plenty of frustrating moments but stuck it out and actually produced a landing page! The whole process has been very rewarding. I encourage anyone of any age to try the course and challenge themselves to learn something new.

I work in a company that implements Salesforce where we use Apex to customize clients requirements and I have been struggling to understand how Apex works, especially Maps - creating them, populating them, looping through them. With your explanation of Python and Dictionaries I was able to understand how the coding logic can be applied in Apex and Maps. I can't wait to apply what I just learnt in my projects!

I don't have a background in code and I never really thought it was for me. I've been really enjoying this course and all that comes with it. I think when learning how to code, it's important to stay patient with yourself.

I absolutely loved this course. It was very challenging but I learned so much. The effort and pay off was incredibly satisfying and finishing the course with a working weather app was such a huge accomplishment. Matt was a great teacher and I felt like everything was explained very clearly. Even if I did struggle, the Slack was always very helpful and quick with responses.

I thoroughly enjoyed the 8-week she codes plus program, despite the challenges. While some lessons initially seemed daunting, they were all ultimately clear and understandable. The experience was valuable, and I am eager to continue learning.
