I just finished my coding workshop and I found it beneficial. The instruction were clear and supportive, also the project helped me solidify what I learned, now I feel more confident in my coding skills than when I started.
This course was very challenging but the end result was amazing! I got a chance to strengthen my understanding of everything I've learned thus far and top it off with API, GitHub and Hosting. The API and Github was lessons were very interesting and something I was looking forward to learning about. The lessons alone were super easy to follow, but the assignments definitely helped me strengthened what I've learned.
Over the course of two weeks, I had the opportunity to deepen my knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript by developing a World Clock app. This project allowed me to explore and utilize the powerful Moment.js library and its timezone features. The course was well-structured, and the support from the SheCodes community was invaluable. I now feel more confident in my coding abilities and am excited to apply what I've learned to future projects. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to enhance their front-end development skills!

Python was really fun to learn!
I am so glad I did this. I have learned so much in such a short period of time. As the course progresses, it becomes challenging to the point where I want to pull my hair out and wonder what went wrong when everything seems perfect. However, when you take a deep breath and try again, you can identify and correct your mistakes. This experience has taught me patience and the understanding that if you can't achieve something today, you can always try again tomorrow. It was an amazing experience, and I loved every minute of it!

I highly recommend SheCodes to anyone who want to learn coding. Matt makes learning so easy and fun. I had zero knowledge of coding and had always thought it was like rocket science. Through this basic training, I have found myself loving it and very easy to follow and apply when doing homework challenges and projects.
I successfully completed the Basics workshop and feel that I have a some knowledge about html, css, and java script. It is a relatively cost effective way to get introduced to coding. The course took much longer than the advertised 5 hours per week for absolute beginners. I am not an absolute beginner and the first week took me 12 hours. The instructor moves pretty fast and didn't stop to cover things that an absolute beginner would need to know. I know the deadlines are flexible, but since the course took much longer than advertised I had big breaks between weeks and had to go back and review the previous lesson before I could move on. The homeworks and final project expected me to complete things that had not been modeled by the instructor. I took advantage of the cheatsheets and google search. I learned, in part, because I like to solve problems.
Before starting Shecodes, I was learning HTML and CSS on my own but wasnβt really motivated by myself and was a bit confused by JavaScript. After trying Shecodes I became very interested in learning to code and the homework and projects kept me engaged and motivated to keep learning. Matt Delac makes things easy to understand and there is always a community to look to when you have questions!
I just finished the SheCodes Python Basics course, and it was amazing! As a beginner, I found the lessons easy to follow and the projects super fun. The hands-on exercises really helped me understand the concepts. I love the support from the SheCodes team and their feedback! I especially loved the final project where I built a weather app. It was so rewarding to see how much I learned and to create something functional.

I'm amazed at how much I've learned in the SheCodes Pro course! When I began this course, I was intimidated by JavaScript(JS) because of how complex it seemed to be; and though I had some challenges learning and using JS, Matt's teachings has definitely made JS easier for me to comprehend and ultimately complete this course successfully!
Continuing with Plus workshop was truly one of the best decisions I made. It sure was not easy but fun and a lot to learn. I cannot wait for my next SheCodes workshop!

I always resisted learning how to code because I thought it would be boring and complicated, but this really changed my mind!
This was a tricky module for me, however I managed to make it to the finish line. As always Matt's videos were clear and informative. Whenever I had issues I was able to get them resolved quickly from a team member via slack. I enjoyed learning and making this app and looking forward to the next module.
In this workshop I learned how to build my projects with Bootstrap in order to make them responsive , I am excited to implement and use these skills in my own personal projects!

I enjoyed this course. Learning the Javascript was difficult at times but this helped me understand more of what developers do. I liked using the API and Github as well.
This project was very challenging, and I wish I had used my own design (but was hesitant in case I messed up terribly LOL!)... but I am pleased with how it turned out. I learned so much coding this project and look forward to creating a website of my own design in the near future!
This was a really fun experience to experiment with AI and see all the work that goes into prompting and generating a response. Learning from these projects, I became excited to work more with AI tools in the future.

I love new adventures and career changes. This is my first time with hands on real coding, it is a lot to learn, but nothing is impossible! There are no regrets, the way the whole bootcamp is set up is all in your hands, the sky is the limit. Motivation is the key.
I'm an Au Pair in the USA, so combining an au pair job with a coding bootcamp can be a challenging but rewarding experience. I always dreamt of a career in tech, but balancing work and learning seemed impossible. Then I discovered the coding bootcamp with flexible schedules. Working as an au pair provided the flexibility I needed to complete the classes at night and dedicate weekends to coding challenges. It wasn't easy, but i was able to push through.
Attending the SheCodes Plus workshop was an absolute game-changer for me. I have always wanted to break into coding. I had heard about SheCodes a while back, but I was in the middle of another career transition then, so I gave up on trying. I decided that I wanted to give coding a try again this year. I was enrolled in another Bootcamp, but as someone with ADHD, the long bricks of text, and non-consistent help, in conjunction with the persistent reminders of deadlines made me nervous and kept me stuck. I took the SheCodes free class and found renewed confidence in my abilities. I IMMEDIATELY switched to SheCodes and have been moving full speed ahead since. The videos break things down into powerful bite-size lessons, but also I am immediately able to practice what I learned right after. I feel like I was always suppose to learn here at SheCodes. I will be continuing with the SheCodes Bootcamp next.
