So fun, the AI travel planner was a great project to learn how to use API integration and AI prompting.

I’ve just completed the SheCodes Plus AI course and it has been an incredibly eye opening experience. This workshop expanded my understanding of how artificial intelligence can be integrated into real world projects, while continuing to strengthen my coding skills. I loved learning how to work with AI in a practical, hands on way and seeing how it can enhance functionality, creativity, and user experience. This course has boosted my confidence and inspired me to keep exploring the exciting possibilities of AI in tech.

I really enjoyed SheCodes Basics. It was fun and easy to follow. I learned a lot, and the lessons made coding feel exciting. It was a great way to get started.

React has been my favorite of all the languages to learn. It's easy to see how powerful it is. I appreciate how Matt walks us through each project step-by step. And it was a nice challenge to use a different API than the one Matt was using, because it tested my understanding of the principles. I learned a lot.

This responsive web design course gave me a strong foundation in building modern, mobile-friendly websites. I learned how to use Bootstrap effectively, translate designs from Figma into functional layouts, and apply SEO best practices to real projects. The hands-on approach helped me understand not just how things work, but why. I feel much more confident building responsive sites from start to finish.

This Workshop has been challenging... but very very rewarding. I learned so many new skills... I am grateful to have found SheCodes. I thoroughly recommend this React course. It is incredibly satisfying to produce something from what you’ve learned. I found myself remembering a lot from all the previous modules, which was motivating. I used a different API to the demo video, so I really had to figure things out for myself, which made it feel like real problem-solving. I could have spent weeks just styling my project, because that’s the part of coding I really enjoy. I’m proud of how far I’ve come and excited to keep coding, with a few small projects already lined up. This course has given me both confidence and practical skills to build on.

This advanced course tested my knowledge of Python, and I enjoyed learning how to manipulate real-life data and create visualisations. The lessons are clear, structured, and approachable. I conducted additional research to ensure that my final project adhered to the key guidelines outlined in PEP8, thereby enhancing code readability and consistency.

I was looking for such coding classes from long time, where i can learn about professional structure and learn from complete basics. Shecodes have made coding simple and easy to understand. I highly recommend Shecodes!

With the AI-Add-On classes I got to review and repeat all the things I already learned. Learning how to add plugins and APIs was fun. I really got to be more creative with my projects.

This course really tested my knowledge of Python but I really enjoyed using real-life data and visualising it in graphs. It felt like real-life use cases and I feel like I learned a lot!

This workshop was an excellent refresher on the basic concepts of web development. The course material was well designed, and the website was very easy to navigate. I learned several useful techniques and insights that I will definitely apply in my future projects.

A great addition to what I've learnt so far. A couple of new things were introduced at the end in a bit of a rush which would have been nice to learn more about earlier, but still a great final project.

This is my second class with SheCodes and I continue to learn more useful skills that I can take to my job and to advance my career. Would recommend you take these courses.

I really enjoyed this introduction to coding! As a UX Designer, I want to understand the coding side of everything more so I can communicate better with developers. My ultimate goal would be to become a Front End Developer or a UX Developer to incorporate the creative with the technical side of coding that I find so fun! I focused on learning HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I enjoyed HTML and CSS the most because I already knew the basics, and it was exciting to create layouts and style pages. JavaScript was more challenging for me, but it pushed me to think differently. Even though I struggled a bit, I can already see improvement, and I’m confident that with practice and consistency, I will master it.

So fun learning Python and Matt is such an easy person to follow along with in the videos. Looking forward to learning more.

A valuable workshop with yet more complexity and new challenges. I really enjoyed learning how to embed maps, videos and social media to a web page and making it responsive. I created a page with multiple sections and used grids to organise the content. It was satisfying to produce a professional standard site and use industry tools. Excellent instruction, guidance and team support when needed. I am building the confidence in fixing bugs when they occur.

My experience in this workshop has been amazing! As a complete beginner, I was nervous about coding, but the lessons were clear, beginner-friendly, and very motivating. I'm in love with learning the Japanese language and I've been practicing Japanese since January 2025. I enjoy learning a whole different alphabet and I found Japanese to be the easiest language and alphabet to learn compared to other languages. My project consists of the Japanese language and culture.

After such a long break! I have finally come back to shecodes and im so glad I did. It is so fun to see what you've learnt in the projects set for you and the homework! Can learn at your own pace however i will continue to be consistent, think its more beneficial and helpful if you keep the momentum. Cant wait to go onto the next course now!

Taking the SheCodes Plus Add-on honestly felt like leveling up in the best way. The World Clock project pushed me in all the right ways. It was challenging, but also genuinely fun. You know that moment when your code finally works and you just sit there smiling at your screen? Yeah… I had a few of those. 😁 I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained. Even in those “wait… what is going on?” moments, I still felt supported and motivated to keep going. By the time I wrapped up the World Clock, I wasn’t just typing code. I actually understood what I was doing, why it worked, and how to make it my own. This add-on didn’t just teach me new JavaScript skills. It reminded me that I can learn tough things and enjoy the journey while I’m at it.

This was by far the hardest of the langauges i've had to learn. But I'm glad and my app is currenlty working.

This was the most fun I've had in a while! After learning so many new things in the previous courses, this project reminded me of the power of pure HTML and CSS. Being able to build a website without JavaScript was really satisfying! Diving into CSS Grids, HTML tables, and figuring out how to make it all responsive was incredibly fun and rewarding!

The SheCodes Responsive Add-On challenged me in the best way possible. I struggled initially with HTML structure, specifically fixing div closures and getting card layouts with embedded maps to display consistently. The course's hands-on approach forced me to debug real issues, which taught me more than any tutorial could. What clicked for me: understanding grid systems, properly nesting elements, and making design decisions that showcase technical skills to recruiters. I went from copying instructor code to confidently customising my project with Nairobi's innovation ecosystem, complete with iHub co-working spaces and strategic content that demonstrates product marketing thinking. The freedom to personalise my project while learning responsive fundamentals made this course incredibly practical. If you want to build portfolio-worthy work while mastering responsive design, this course delivers.
