I have loved learning how to code, coming from a none tech/coding background I enjoyed every challenge. I especially loved learning CSS and JavaScript and I really had fun coding the last project, that's where I realized that I am actually getting better with every challenge that I complete. #SheCodes 😍

My experience with SheCodes has been incredibly rewarding. I joined the program to upskill for work and hoped to improve my confidence with coding—especially in JavaScript. The workshop’s approach, where you submit a solution for each project, pushed me to dedicate quality time and truly understand the material. I was especially proud of the final project, which showcased everything I'd learned. The SheCodes community and support system were always available and responsive, making the learning process smooth. I would highly recommend SheCodes for anyone looking to deepen their coding skills. The training strategy is unique and ensures a strong grasp of each topic!

I revisited my learning with the SheCodes Basics Add-on module after 4 years and it was great to gain additional skills and refresh on existing ones!

I didn't know anything about coding and the world of websites, html, css, and java script, and I had only heard that they are used in website design. After completing the basic shecode course, the concepts have completely settled in my mind and I enjoyed learning them a lot - it was a comprehensive course. Both in terms of questions and slack groups and Mr. mac's videos and the whole shecoded platform. In the end of each week project section and its timing and The challenges helped me a lot in understanding and learning and it is a world away from watching videos on YouTube!

I really enjoyed learning about React! I like to re-watch and reference the videos from time to time too which is very helpful!

The Python Basics workshop was very easy to follow and challenging at the same time. I had an enjoyable time learning and building my final project with the help of Matt Delac and the SheCodes team. Thank you all very much!

Wow! SheCodes is amazing, I'm almost speechless, its structured in such a great way that makes it so easy to understand everything. I have had such a great time and I'm excited to dive in some more. The SheCodes Plus Add-on was a solid extension of what I learned in SheCodes Plus. This module introduced me to advanced JavaScript and more complex project features, like creating a world clock app with interactive elements. I found the focus on API integration, Git, and GitHub particularly useful for building real-world projects. The lessons were practical and straightforward, and I feel more equipped to take on more sophisticated coding tasks.

The world clock app was so fun to create, I had tons of fun and I learned a lot.

Well it took me a whole 9 months to finish my SheCodes program, but in all i had fun and i learnt a lot from the team.

The Basics Add-On course was super fun and got me even more excited about becoming a web developer. The lessons were clear, easy to follow, and kept me entertained. I’m looking forward to continuing my learning. Definitely recommend it, I enjoyed the entire course and can clearly see my improvements!

I completed this workshop focused on making a website responsive using only my coding skills, without relying on Bootstrap. It pushed me to learn new techniques in CSS and responsive design. Which made me gain a lot of confidence in creating responsive layouts from scratch. After completing the SheCodes Max Front-End course, I decided to expand my skills by exploring backend development. Unfortunately, my first attempt with the IBM backend course on Coursera didn’t work for my learning style, leaving me discouraged about the backend path. I shifted back to creating front-end projects, until SheCodes released their Python course. Given my positive experience with SheCodes before, I decided to give it a try—and I am so glad I did. The SheCodes Python course was not only easy to follow but also reignited my passion for backend development. It’s given me the confidence to continue my journey as a technical creative director with junior full-stack skills, all while empowering me to create unique solutions and expansions. The course has been invaluable for my long-term programming goals, and I can’t wait to apply these new skills in future projects!

This course is great for beginners, especially for those who haven't done coding before! While I did code in high school, it felt like I was learning new things every time. There were moments I felt out of my depth, but every hurdle ended up being an exciting chance to learn something new. I found myself getting more and more into it, and having the opportunity to figure things out and watching everything come together is such a great feeling. Very rewarding.

This add-on workshop was very intense, but also very invaluable. Learning the benefits of react.js, along with how to combine multiple API integrations into 1 application opens the door to countless possibilities! I can't wait to apply everything I learned here and create my own website. Really good, was tricky at some parts (which is to be expected), learning different techniques including advanced ones but the pride and excitement I felt once my project was complete and fully working made it all worth it.

This project was definitely one of the more challenging ones, but I’m proud to say I was able to push through and finish it. It’s been quite a rollercoaster of a learning experience, with both moments of frustration and victory. Throughout the process I gained a deeper understanding of JavaScript, especially when it comes to manipulating the DOM, and working with APIs. The lessons were incredibly valuable, and I feel like I’ve absorbed a lot of the content. However, I know this is just the beginning and so I’m excited to continue my learning journey with JavaScript and tackle even more complex challenges ahead.
