Creating a page of my favorite hobby was quite interesting. I've just completed SheCodes Python Basics - and I am so glad I decided to learn with SheCodes. Matt is great, he explains everything clearly, introduces concepts well without using too much tech speak. The course is easy to follow - you can do it as quickly or as slowly as you like - but having a structure, the email reminders and the slack groups make you feel more accountable than your average lesson on Coursera or Udemy. I really liked that the lesson videos are short - anywhere between 5 - 15 mins and then you practice the skills after. This helped me learn quickly and build my confidence so I could play around to see what else I could do. I'm looking forward to completing Python Advanced next!

I never knew i could do coding. In all honesty i did not think i would make it this far. It was challenging at times but the challenges at the end made you want to do and learn more. Seeing my Weather App come to life and being able to dynamically fetch and display weather data in real-time was such a rewarding accomplishment.
