To be honest I had zero expectations about this course. How could I have any when I had zero knowledge about coding at all! Even though it was a short course, I had to delay my homework deadline once and also recalibrate the course timeline once due to other commitments but it was surprisingly easy to pick the course back up after a few weeks which tells a lot about the quality of the information provided and the method of teaching. If you have been interested in learning something about coding but so far always postponed it because you thought you will not be able to devote enough time for it or because you were worried you will not understand anything, I would encourage you to give this course a shot. You might surprise yourself :)

I recently completed the SheCodes Beginners course and came away with a really positive experience. As someone starting from scratch, I found the lessons well-structured, easy to follow, and broken down into manageable sections that never felt too overwhelming. Graduating from the React Add-on feels like a very special achievement for me. Working on the Dictionary project was definitely challenging, but it was also incredibly rewarding. I really enjoyed the Python AI course. I had already learned the basics of Python and built a weather app with the SheCodes Weather API, but this course made it even more fun. We built a travel itinerary planner that used both the Weather API and the AI API, and I loved seeing how they worked together. It was a really fun project!

SheCodes has been an amazing journey for me. Although it was sometimes frustrating as coding can be when youβre dealing with errors and donβt know how to fix them, it was all worth it. Those moments taught me the importance of perseverance and reminding myself not to give up. Through this experience, Iβve learned how to build real projects with confidence. The Workshop Plus AI was one of the most interesting to do. I learned how to add AI to my projects and really got creative with the subject of my generator. Looking forward to the next steps into coding!
I came into this course with some coding experience from the previous workshops, but Python was completely new to me and SheCodes Python Basics made the transition so smooth! In just six weeks, I went from learning basic syntax to building a real weather app that pulls live data from an API and displays it with colored terminal output using rich. Along the way I picked up Python's approach to variables, functions, loops, dictionaries, and error handling and seeing how quickly those pieces came together to build something functional was incredibly rewarding. I now have practical skills which i can actually use and I can't wait to see what else I can build with Python!
It's so inspiring to see how with every training we learn more and more.. I see benefits for my working 'best practices' and how to approach troubleshooting but also learning new things and how to approach that. I definitely feel like my eye is also getting better trained on spotting the typos and understanding error messages.
Completing the Weather App project has been such an emotional milestone for me. It challenged me in ways I did not expect, and there were moments when I felt stuck, frustrated, and unsure if I would be able to make everything work. As someone who has tried coding at least four different times during my life - and failed miserably each time - SheCodes has definitely been a breath of fresh air! My previous coding experiences have always seemed to follow the same pattern: Everything would be easy and understandable at first, but somewhere along the line, coding would suddenly just stop making sense. My classmates always seemed to get it, but I just didn't. This wrecked my confidence and made me resent coding for a while, which was a shame because I have always wanted to learn how to code! SheCodes has completely changed my perspective on coding for the better! Everything feels much more approachable now, and I actually had a lot of fun working through the Basics course. It was great to learn at my own pace and work on challenges/projects that were actually enjoyable! SheCodes Python Advanced workshop was an incredible journey that took my coding skills to the next level. Before this course, I had a basic understanding of Python but this workshop gave me the confidence to work with real-world data, APIs and visualization tools. I learned how to read and manipulate CSV files, work with complex data structures like lists and dictionaries, filter and analyze data and create meaningful visualizations using Matplotlib. One of the most exciting parts was building the Travel Itinerary Planner where I integrated both AI and Weather APIs to create a fully functional project. I also learned how to write clean, documented and well-organized code following best practices. The lessons were clear, practical, and project-based which made learning enjoyable and effective. The support from the SheCodes community and instructors was amazing throughout the journey. I am incredibly proud of what I have accomplished in just a few weeks. Really rewarding to see a functioning app deployed successfully at the end. I'm proud of all I achieved and the superb teaching and understanding support from the team helped make this possible.
I really enjoyed the SheCodes Basics workshop. It was my first real experience with coding, and I learned a lot about HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Some parts were definitely challenging, but in a good wayβI liked figuring things out and seeing my projects come together. The lessons were easy to follow, and I never felt overwhelmed because everything was explained step by step. It was exciting to see how a few lines of code could turn into an actual webpage. This workshop made coding feel much more approachable and gave me the confidence to keep learning. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to get started with web development.

The Next course provided me with valuable insights into preparing for the job market and navigating the application process with confidence. It helped me understand what employers look for in candidates and how to create a strong, impactful CV that highlights my skills and achievements effectively. Also, I had platforms and resources for job searching, as well as practical guidance on researching companies, networking events, finding the right contacts, and writing professional application emails. In addition, I learned useful strategies for tailoring applications and presenting myself more effectively to potential employers.
SheCodes Plus has been an incredible learning experience. Through this course, I gained practical experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, GitHub, and Netlify. Building a fully functional weather application helped me understand how to integrate real time data and create responsive, user-friendly web applications.
