I just completed the weather app project from the SheCodes Plus workshop, and Iโm so excited about what Iโve learned! Before this, I didnโt have much experience with JavaScript, but now I understand how to work with real APIs, update the DOM, and build a working web application. Seeing the weather app come together was such a confidence boost.

I enjoyed learning how to create this dictionary app. At times it was challenging. I'm feeling more comfortable with react and how to create in it.
This has been a roller-coaster, but I truly enjoyed the learning. This one was a bit tough for me won't lie but also doable at the same time.
Coming this far now I feel more confident about JavaScript even though I know I'm at very early stages of learning. I hope with the help of SheCodes I'll be able to master it in long run and develop something that I could be proud of.

After completing SheCodes Basics, I was excited to go a step furtherโand the add-on did not disappoint! It gave me hands-on experience with more challenging coding tasks that pushed me out of my comfort zone. I learned how to build interactive web features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. What I appreciated most was how the lessons were broken down into manageable videos, and the projects allowed me to apply what Iโd learned immediately. Before SheCodes, I never imagined Iโd be able to understand code, let alone write it confidently
I really enjoyed the SheCodes Responsive Advanced course! Matt explained everything clearly, making the concepts easy to follow. I feel more confident now and canโt wait to apply what Iโve learned by building more responsive applications and picking up new tips from other sources along the way!
Learning how to use grid layouts, animations, element manipulation, and theme switching has completely transformed the way I approach web design. Grids gave me the structure I needed to make clean, responsive layouts, while animations added life and interactivity to my pages. Being able to manipulate elements dynamically helped me create engaging user experiences, and theme changes gave my projects a professional, modern touch. These skills have boosted both my creativity and confidence as a developer.
Great for absolute beginners. I have learned some great skills here that will help me further my own learning. Would be nice if the projects had some feedback though and not just 'it passes'. That would help with knowing what to do better etc.
Another workshop completed with SheCodes! I loved every minutes of it and learning about how to make your website more interactive. I can't wait to learn more! ๐

This was fun! What puzzles me is just how Matt explains everything so clearly making it easy for one to follow and grasp each concept. This has been a great learning experience and I canโt wait to learn more about coding.
Working with JavaScript and Moment.js has significantly improved my ability to create dynamic, real-time applications. I gained hands-on experience with DOM manipulation, time formatting, and handling time zones across different regions. Using moment-timezone, I learned how to detect the userโs local time zone and update the interface in real time using setInterval. This experience strengthened my understanding of working with external libraries and writing clean, interactive, and responsive JavaScript code.
I had no idea on how code works. Now after only 3 weeks I feel like I have learned a lot. I am very happy, and looking forward to start the next level.

The SheCodes Responsive workshop has been my favorite workshop so far. Using all the skills Iโve learned to create my portfolio website in the final project was a huge accomplishment that makes me feel even more confident to transition into the tech world. SheCodes Basics Add-on has been so much fun! A huge thank you the SheCodes team for being there when I had questions๐ฅฐ! With the addition of new concepts such as grids, CSS transform, and class manipulation, Add-on has been a great addition to my coding journey. One of the most valuable things Iโve learnt is how to improve the consistency of styling via the use of fraction units within grids to ensure that images displayed in a grid are of the same size and take up the same space. Being able to utilise the information that has been taught throughout the course within the Final Project has been a great way to apply my knowledge and learn how to rectify coding errors.
As someone completely new to coding, joining SheCodes has been an eye-opening and empowering experience. Iโve had the chance to explore HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptโand to actually build something real and personal, like my own photography-themed webpage! From struggling with syntax to styling layouts and writing interactive JavaScript, Iโve learned how much fun (and rewarding) coding can be. The Course Plus is a good platform for learning. However, it requires careful attention to ensure you get the code correct. I feel I need to do some extra study to fully understand the concepts.
Really interesting start to using AI that finished with creating a project using all the knowledge from the plus workshop which was great practise and I finally felt like I really got the hang of javascript! Looking forward to learning more!!

Shecode made the program simple to use and comprehend. It was a little challenging to learn JavaScript, but I'm sure it will improve with practice.
I really enjoyed the React Add-On workshop. I learnt to build a fully functional dictionary, showing meanings, examples, synonyms and images related to the word. The project involved using APIs and react loops, also splitting application into different components to ensure they are clear, and easy to understand/manoeuvre. It's really amazing to have made it this far in my coding journey, starting from understanding html basics to vanilla javascript, python and react- I thank Matt for his great and detailed tutorship as well as the SheCodes support team for their prompt support/guidance whenever needed.

Taking the SheCodes React course was both a challenging and rewarding experience. Compared to the previous SheCodes workshops, this one definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone. It took me longer to complete because I really needed to take the time to wrap my head around the new concepts I was learning. I often found myself seeking help from other resources to reinforce what I was being taught. That said, Matt did an excellent job guiding me through the course materialโhis teaching style remained clear and supportive, even when the content became more complex. Overall, Iโm proud of how far Iโve come and grateful for the solid foundation in React that this course gave me.
