There were moments throughout this program when I seriously considered giving up and walking away. The challenges felt overwhelming at times, and I doubted my ability to succeed. However, SheCodes provided the support and encouragement I needed to keep going. I recently completed the Python AI workshop and found it incredibly insightful. The hands-on focus on APIs and AI showed me how coding skills act as a scaffold to understand, debug, and get more from these tools. In a world full of βvibe codingβ and AI-assisted shortcuts, itβs easy to question the value of learning to code but this workshop reinforced why coding matters and why humans are essential for guiding AI effectively. I just completed SheCodes AI Add-on and it was genuinely transformative. In a few weeks, I turned theory into a real project: an AI poem generator, ready for my portfolio. Most importantly, I now feel confident connecting a modern frontend to AI APIs and shipping something Iβm proud of.

The SheCodes Basics Add-on was the perfect next step after completing the Basics course. It allowed me to deepen my understanding, strengthen my coding skills, and tackle more challenging projects with confidence. The combination of clear explanations and practical exercises made the learning experience both effective and rewarding.
I absolutely loved it. I just finished my basic course and it was so fun to learn. I had some doubts that coding would be too difficult to understand but with SheCodes it is so much more simpler than I thought. I know there is much more to learn but with these through explanations I am sure to become very knowledgeable.

I just wrapped up my world clock project and Iβm genuinely thrilled with the result. It wasnβt easy. There were moments I felt stuck, but the guided, step-by-step approach made all the difference. Instead of copying code blindly, I learned why each code snippet existed and how it fit together. Concepts like selecting the right time zone and updating the current time on a set interval finally clicked. Honestly, doing all of this on my own wouldβve been very difficult without the step-by-step guidance of the SheCodes instructor Matt Delac. But along the way I picked up a ton: cleaner structure and clearer logic. Now I feel confident enough to rebuild the whole World Clock from scratch. Iβm proud of how far Iβve come and excited to keep going.
Basic Plus allowed me to refresh the knowledge I learnt from the basics and just grew my confidence. I finished my project quickly because I did not doubt what I was doing. Google is your friend when it comes to challenging yourself.

This multi page mock portfolio project required the implementation of most everything we learned so far, it was tough and took several tries to get the layouts correctly, but it was fun to see another project come together under Matt's guidance

This bootcamp was very informative and i learnt a lot.
I really enjoyed the She Codes Python Basics workshop and learnt a lot along the way. Some concepts took a little while to click, but eventually did while following along with the videos. Others were more straightforward, and many built seamlessly on what Iβd learnt in previous She Codes workshops. The highlight was the final week, where I got to build an interactive weather app with Mattβs guidance.
Highly recommend SheCodes! The course was very well structured -- it makes sense to learn HTML first, and it leads really well to CSS and Javascript. The lessons/videos were very well made, and the challenges/homeworks/projects really reinforce your understanding. The interactive portion was especially nice -- there are real teachers grading your homeworks, allowing you to update your solution based on feedback.

This has been an incredible journey of learning a new skill. For some time I've wanted to learn how to code, and with this particular program I feel like learning has been enjoyable. Going straight to a more complex, backend language is not ideal for beginners. Matt knows his audience and his team does an excellent job keeping a balance between webinars and practical application.
This workshop was based on the skills I learned in the SheCodes Plus workshop and I ended up creating a brand new project with advanced JavaScipt and interactions for users to enjoy. Thank you SheCodes, building a world clock was so fun and really excited to see the "how to's" in building a cool feature!
