The course has opened a new door for me. I had a lot of fun to learn Html, CSS and Java Script. I enjoyed to do the weekly challenges and to code my final project. Matt's style of teaching makes it easy to understand the basics of coding and to follow the SheCodes-course. Looking forward to go to the next step.

Wow, in 2 weeks I learned more on JSS, CSS and HTML that I did in a year at high school. Can't wait to pursue this course.

I knew nothing about coding before taking this workshop, but the way it is set up is not intimidating at all! You can go at your own pace, and there is very little stress/pressure. It is all about learning the material. I feel so much more confident because of it, and I would highly recommend it.

This course is easy to follow and suitable for new learners.

I thoroughly enjoyed the SheCodes Workshops and I am glad I've signed up to them! I am a beginner when it comes to coding but I found the delivery was great and easy to understand. They were sectioned into bitesize tutorials with the right amount of learning, practice and challenges so that you do not feel completely overwhelmed or demotivated. What a great way to learn code - flexible, clear tutorials and great support when needed.

This has been an incredibly interesting and stimulating course, and I'm both surprised and proud to say that coding with JavaScript doesn't seem so scary anymore. Learning about professional workflow has also been really helpful. I'm really pleased with how far I've come since I started with SheCodes.

It's been a great course! I wouldn't have thought to learn so much already in only 3 weeks. Nor did I think that I would enjoy it so much but I did and I definitely want to continue my coding / programming journey. Thanks Matt & team! The explanations are very clear and they answer your questions really fast via Slack. Doing it on my own pace but still having deadlines in order not to keep pushing it forward is the right way for me to study. Keep up the great work SheCodes :)

If you're planning on learning React JS from zero, I'd totally recommend this workshop. Not only teach you some basic and essentials stuff to build a nice professional-looking app, but they also encourage your confidence to feel comfortable using React, which is not an easy subject to learn (at least for me). So thank you again, Matt and SheCodes team!

I've really enjoyed this workshop. Really delighted with the way my weather app has turned out and with all of the skills I have learned. I would highly recommend to those wishing to learn coding. The tutors have been really helpful guiding me through and responding to my questions. I look forward to using what I have learned in future projects.

When I lost my job due to the pandemic, I saw opportunity to learn a new skill. A developer friend of mine always suggested I learn to code, so I took her advice and found SheCodes. I am amazed at how much I learned in such a short time! While I don't intend to pursue a career in software engineering, I am prodigiously proud of the skills I learned, and I know it has set me up to better communicate with developers I work with in the future.

This course has been an eye opener to what i am capable of doing. I have thoroughly enjoyed the first part of the course and eager to learn more from the next two courses.

I currently work as a language teacher. Due to the challenging situation of the past year, distance learning techniques and technologies included, I grew interested in the topic of coding. I am also an athlete, and my final project represents a way in which I could put coding skills in play to promote the sport I practice. I am generally a curious person and I like challenges, therefore, I took the opportunity SheCodes gave me. I am very impressed by the results, and I am considering coding as the key for a second career path.

I have learned a lot in 3 weeks and enjoyed it more than I thought. I was initially a little apprehensive about how I would find the course because I was always under the impression coding was very difficult to learn from the outset, but I realize now that is just misinformation we sometimes hear! It was surprisingly easy to understand once broken down into manageable lessons and great teaching. I recommend this to everyone and say don't be put off or intimidated by the idea of coding. SheCodes is a very good platform to learn how to code for beginners. Challenges after the lessons is very helpful way to practise. The teaching method in the videos is great!! First, he shows the basic method and then gradually goes the advance. Very very recommendable for absolut beginners.

This program is really good for Beginners, it gives a really good basic to understand whats HTML, CSS, JS, and React. I really did enjoy the whole process of learning, but there is still a lot to learn and dive into JS. In General Big Thanks to Matt Delac and his supporters 🙏 😊 🎉🎉🎉

Learning JS was intimidating at first. Fortunately, Matt broke down the methods in baby steps to better concept the idea behind it. As a quick learner, I have to say; this was quite challenging. In the end, I'm starting to feel more confident in combining HTML, CSS, and JS.

This was a really smart, fun and easy way to learn. React is so much easier to work with than I first thought. I am looking forward to working with JavaScript and React in the future.

After finishing the beginner workshop I decided to continue with SheCodes Plus, in order to gain more knowledge and skills of the coding world. It was a very intense and also frustrating time, but I'm very happy about my decision. I still have a lot to learn and definitely need more time to understand what I'm doing, but I will happily continue with coding (now with the SheCodes React workshop) and see where it takes me in the future 🙂

SheCodes is just awesome for learning how to code. Practice coding is followed by videos. And then comes the weekly assignments. The teaching method in the videos is great!! It forces you to practice. And practicing or coding is the key to learn to code.

Once again I had a great experience with SheCodes ! This second workshop really is amazing and I had the opportunity to learn a lot.

I had always thought that Coding is not possible for everyone but only for experts from IT or Computer science. This workshop proved to me that it was wrong! I have learned so much throughout SheCodes such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, also it helped me to understand the basic concepts of coding even I have enrolled to the first level for 3 weeks. This was an excellent workshop with practical exercises and essential information that I can use in both my professional and personal life.

This course rocks! Matt breaks down the concepts and makes it so simple to learn. Each lesson builds on the next at an easy to digest pace with practical hands-on challenges along to way to help cement the learning.

I would highly recommend anyone to embark on the amazing journey of learning how to code with SheCodes. Matt is a talented instructor whose guidance and explanations are always on point, especially for absolute beginners. The classes and the workload expected are very well distributed over the three weeks, and this makes it easy to follow and be motivated to complete the workshop. I've particularly enjoyed the regular challenges, which were a great way to test my knowledge and progress over time. I genuinely cannot wait to keep learning with more advanced workshops!

This was the greatest investment yet! I've learned so much more than I did with anyone/anywhere else. I can't wait to continue learning and thrive with SheCodes!

SheCodes has been an amazing journey. I recommend SheCodes to everyone interested in coding but too scared to start. The course is designed for total beginners although it gets more complex as you make more lessons and challenges which makes it an exciting experience while learning.

Starting my journey in coding with the help of SheCodes was an amazing decision. Through this 3-week workshop, and even though it was held online, I felt very supported and that everything was extremely well organized. After the 3 weeks workshop I got really excited about coding, and wanted to learn more. Matt has really shown me his passion that inspired me to go ahead with the studies, but also shown me his patience and made me realize that enrolling to SheCodes projects was just what I needed to learn. Plus is an amazing opportunity for those who like me don't really have previous knowledge, and think is quite magical to built an app! I really enjoyed learning with SheCodes. It gave me the confidence to apply for a Masters in Software Development, which I'm currently undertaking and I'll graduate in Sept 2021. This is a total change of career for me, so I can honestly say completing SheCodes changed my life.

My SheCodes experience so far has been fantastic. It's the perfect mix of challenging, interesting and very well structured. Before SheCodes, I had tried to self teach myself Python several times, however I could never progress very far and I think the main reason is because I didn't have access to a community that supported one another nor a structured lesson plan to learn the concepts thoroughly. The SheCodes experience is well worth all the hard work and you're bound to find something you like about it. 100% recommend this program!

This is one of the best courses I've ever had. Getting into React already knowing JS, HTML and CSS was so much fun and a lot easier than I expected. SheCodes methodology is very efficient and smart. SheCodes has been a great experience! I just completed the Workshop and am very excited to continue on in the Plus curriculum. I had very little experience in HTML and no experience in CSS or JavaScript when I registered for SheCodes, and now I feel confident in all three! Also, having a platform made up of all women has been super supportive & encouraging especially with tech being a male-dominant industry. If you're looking for a career change, or just want to learn more about coding, there's a workshop for all learners!

I love SheCodes! I decided to take the SheCodes workshops during Quarantine, and it has been a great way to grow my knowledge of coding and have something productive to do with all of my extra free time indoors. I would HIGHLY recommend these workshops to anyone who has wanted to learn more about coding, the videos are easy to follow, and the homework and projects are easy to complete. No deadline will make you feel overwhelmed, and the Slack communities they have created are all welcoming. All of the women in the slack communities want you to succeed. It's a great place to see women empowering other women! And coming out of the other side of the Plus workshop with an app you built by yourself is one of the BEST feelings! 10/10, 10000000 ⭐️.

I learned far more than I was expecting in the 3 week course. It was very fast paced, but I never felt lost.

I never thought I would ever take a coding course, but I am extremely glad that I did, especially one from SheCodes. At first, I was a bit overwhelmed by the idea of learning how to code. I'm an artist and graphic designer. While looking into extra credit courses available to add to my diploma, I came across SheCodes. I have always wondered if coding was something I would be good at or enjoy. I'm proud to say I now have experience in coding. I, myself, created an online webpage using the coding skills and techniques I learned through SheCodes. As a graphic designer, I now have more insight into how visual and physical design interact and create webpages, websites, and more. Having this background knowledge adds to my value as a graphic designer and artist.

I am really happy with SheCodes workshops! I have never had any coding experience before, and now I am really excited about what is more to learn in this field. SheCodes Plus course was challenging, but I learn a lot in a short time and had fun while doing that. The course is well structured and provides a good foundation for understanding how to code. I believe this is a big step in my transition to a career as a developer.

Googling certain things outside of the lesson felt necessary for a few of the assignments, but I think that's part of the learning process. Happy with how my final project came out. This is a great lesson for anyone wanting to jump in to coding.

SheCodes workshop has been amazing and insightful. The challenge given after a lesson was my favorite part as it helped me understand the process a lot quicker. Learning HTML, CSS, and Java in a span of 3 weeks was definitely worth the time and effort spent!

SheCodes is amazing! I have always been hesitant to learn how to code, but this program makes it a lot easier. I never had to worry about struggling to find a solution, because there are plenty of instructions and resources provided. Everyone is also super nice, and there is always somebody available to answer your questions. Now, I am finally confident to say that I both understand and enjoy coding.

I'm having lots of fun remembering and learning to code. The lessons are super clear but with lots of information each to improve very fast you knowledge on coding. Literally your imagination is the limit! Can't wait for the Plus Workshop next week. :)

I signed up for the 3 month workshop but I've loved it so far, the three week one has been really fullfilling, I've learned a lot and I found the methods easy to follow, it's pretty easy to understand Matt and I really love the page interface. I'm looking forward to continue.
