It was a really a good week worthy learning, thank you to Matt for advice about the job market.

it has been such a fun learning session past few weeks. I absolutely love the structure and the fact I can go back and redo a lesson or an exercise. I am looking forward to the next course already.

She Codes Plus has been an excellent learning experience. It helped me grow my technical skills, build projects from scratch, and feel more confident pursuing opportunities in tech.

I’m really proud of myself for completing the SheCodes React course. Before starting, React felt overwhelming and I struggled to understand how everything connected, especially working with components, state, and APIs. But step by step, the lessons helped me build real confidence. One of my biggest achievements was building my own weather app from scratch. I learned how to fetch live data using APIs, handle errors, and display dynamic content on the screen. I also got more comfortable debugging my code instead of giving up when things didn’t work. There were moments where I felt stuck and frustrated, but the course structure and practice projects kept me going. Now I can actually build and deploy a working React project, which I never thought I’d be able to do at the beginning. Overall, SheCodes didn’t just teach me React — it taught me how to think like a developer and believe in my ability to solve problems. I’m excited to keep building more projects and growing my skills from here.

Its been a great journey so far with SheCodes learning, I really learned a lot from Matt and the team, for a beginner in coding, starting from scratch was not easy but it was worth it. I really enjoyed my workshops, they keep me going, they give me something to look forward to and the journey still continues, forward we going. Before starting SheCodes workshop I had absolutely no prior knowledge of coding. The lessons were easy to follow, well structured, and made learning feel less intimidating. I can now build my own projects and I'm now confident in my ability to continue learning and growing as a developer. SheCodes has given me a strong foundation and motivation to continue to pursue a future in tech. This was a fun project to combine everything learned in the Basics workshop to make an engaging and functional landing page, complete with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

i highly recommend it for anyone who wants to start learning how to code .It can be a bit challenging here and there but with practice it does get better ,I enjoyed this a lot.

I really enjoy these workshops. They are very easy to follow along, the lessons teach students how to build the code by breaking it down in a way that the logic just makes sense and the projects are a lot of fun as well as challenging, which let you wanting to learn a bit more each day. Also the extra info and explanations, resources and AI assistance are a plus.

I learned so much through this project and would highly recommend this beginner Python course. I had always assumed Python would be very complicated, but the course made it approachable and easy to follow. Matt’s calm and clear teaching style helped me feel comfortable with the basics much faster than I expected. Athena, the AI support tool, was also incredibly helpful. Whenever I was struggling to understand something, I could get immediate guidance instead of waiting. Athena helped me see where I had gone wrong and explained why another approach worked better. Matt is an excellent teacher who isn’t afraid to show when mistakes happen—something that makes the learning experience feel real and encouraging. Most importantly, he shows how to solve problems and learn from them. Overall, this is an A+ program.

As a working mom raising a child with special needs, learning AI and coding felt almost impossible. I had no programming background, and every day was already a balancing act between responsibilities at home and at work. There were moments when I doubted if I could keep up, because time was always scarce and my energy was stretched thin. Yet, what made this journey possible was the flexibility the course provided. I could learn at my own pace, pause when life demanded my attention, and return without fear of being left behind. That freedom gave me hope and strength. Slowly, I discovered that even without prior technical knowledge, I could understand and apply concepts that once felt intimidating. This experience taught me more than just this course—it reminded me that growth is possible even in the hardest seasons of life. I am deeply thankful for the opportunity, for the patience built into the program, and for the chance to prove to myself that I can learn, adapt, and thrive.

I really enjoyed this SheCodes module. It helped me understand how to work with APIs, functions, user input, and Python libraries such as Requests and Rich. I joined this course three years ago to learn what coding is, while I was figuring out what I want to do in life. The SheCodes Responsive Final Project was one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my learning journey so far. Building a fully responsive, multi-page portfolio from scratch pushed me to bring together everything I had learned — HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and responsive design — and apply it in a real, meaningful way. I wanted my portfolio to reflect the same care and creativity I put into my chocolate business, and SheCodes gave me the tools and confidence to do exactly that. Seeing my website come to life — with a working navbar, floating cards, a projects showcase and a design system I built myself — was incredibly fulfilling. SheCodes made learning to code feel accessible and achievable. I went from a blank page to a professional portfolio I am truly proud of. I would highly recommend SheCodes to any woman who has ever thought about learning to code — it is never too late to start a new chapter!

Basics Add-on workshop stretched me in ways I never anticipated and I guess that is what happens when you push yourself to try to learn something new. It blew my mind and I must say I was impressed by myself at some points, because I pushed myself through the intense moments of frustration and pressure. I gave the SheCodes Basics class 5 stars because I genuinely had such a great experience with it. Before starting, coding felt a bit intimidating, but the course made it feel approachable and actually fun. The lessons were explained in a very clear and easy-to-follow way, so I never felt completely lost or overwhelmed. One thing I especially loved was the structure of the course. I had zero knowledge coming into Python and I had to learn the basics on this programming language. I learned the different elements of class used within python and that creating functions help keep the code organized and easier to read but it is not always easy. The little exercises provided in the course helped me learn about variables and how to use them to store, retrieve, and calculate information. The course provides a wealth of information that I still need time to digest but is a worthwhile endeavor given some practice and tips from the instructor and peers.

This has been my favourite workshop so far. I really enjoyed learning the different techniques used to create responsive websites and how to ensure they display effectively across a range of screen sizes, from mobile devices to larger desktop displays. The workshop helped me further develop my CSS and web design skills while giving me a greater understanding of modern responsive design principles. I found it rewarding to see how small adjustments can significantly improve the user experience and accessibility of a website. Overall, I have thoroughly enjoyed upskilling through this workshop and feel more confident in my ability to build websites that are both visually appealing and functional across different devices.

Before starting this training I had very little knowledge of JavaScript and I have to say when finishing the final project I noticed how comfortable I feel with troubleshooting issues, finding what's not working and understanding where to look for issues. It's not ideal for everyone, if you rather rely on someone to help it might be challenging but if you like to figure things out on your own it's a wonderful way to learn!

SheCodes Basics Add-On is a great addition to the SheCodes Basics programme. It teaches extra techniques that can take your webpage from basic to incredible. The lessons are extremely easy to follow, and the course encourages you to apply your basic coding knowledge while learning new skills that make your webpages more interactive and visually appealing. I highly recommend it!

Before joining SheCodes and exploring more coding resources, I often struggled to fully understand and retain what I was learning. I would go through tutorials, but I didn’t always feel confident applying what I had learned on my own. Starting SheCodes and using additional learning materials, things have really changed for me. It has been a great learning experience.

I started SheCodes plus with very little JavaScript knowledge, and honestly, it felt overwhelming at first. But with practice and the SheCodes lessons, my understanding has broadened and I'm now able to build real, working projects on my own. I'm most proud of creating Atmo because it showed me flames, but it helped me to learn hard things although i almost gave up, I'm glad I didn't! RECOMMENDED

The AI workshop was a really fun and practical introduction to building with AI, encouraging creativity and independent problem solving. Creating my own AI Travel Mood Generator made the learning experience feel very real and rewarding. The step-by-step structure also made API integration and user experience concepts much less intimidating.

The React workshop at SheCodes was an amazing learning experience. I built a responsive weather app using React and gained practical experience with components, API integration, and modern front-end development. The workshop greatly improved my confidence and problem-solving skills as a developer.

I started learning at SheCodes with the intention of becoming a developer. At first, I fell in love with front-end development, but when I joined the Python course, I realized how vast it can be. I truly discovered the “power” of Python, how many doors it can open, and how many paths I can follow. I am now genuinely very interested in diving deeper and deeper into the world of Python. Before, this language seemed so “nerdy” to me that my goal was only to learn the basics just to understand how it works. However, as the course progressed and with Matt Delac’s explanations, I realized I can do much more than that. So, thank you, SheCodes.

AI project was fun. A bit challenging and glitchy. I'm excited to learn more about how the API is created to understand more how the AI is actually generated or created.

SheCodes Responsive teaches you how to build websites and flexible layouts in a way that finally makes them click. Challenging at times, but that's what makes it rewarding. The project was genuinely fun to build, and watching it adapt across every screen size felt like a real win. Bringing together everything I learned and watching it adapt beautifully across devices felt like a real achievement.
