This workshop was so rewarding and satisfying. Little by little I'm feeling more confident despite having much more to learn which I am excited about, I am eager to become an experienced developer.
Joining SheCodes has been one of the best decisions I've made for myself. Before this workshop, coding felt intimidating and almost impossible for me to understand. The lessons were clear and structured in a way that made learning exciting and manageable, even as a complete beginner. I was amazed at how quickly I could build real projects using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. As a person who struggled with self-esteem, this course gave me more than technical skills. It gave me belief in myself, patience, and a new way of solving problems. I now see coding as a creative tool to express ideas and build real things, which is so empowering. Wow, that was amazing but it was also the course, where I struggled the most. My advise: Watch all videos until the last one. And then start to code, some of my questions have been answered in videos, which followed later. Anyway, I am glad to completed this challenge and I learned a lot amazing stuff!

While I learned a lot from watching the instructor code, I would have found it even more beneficial if there were more explanations about the 'why' behind certain coding decisions. Great course overall, some parts felt a bit repetitive, but the content is still valuable. And I was alble to easily apply what I learned and transform almost all my project into React.

I really enjoyed the new CSS features that I added to my project. In my design process, I used the She Codes CSS generator to lighten images, add gradients, and transform images as well. I loved learning how CSS grids work, and most importantly, I was able to change the theme of my page. I added more features to the dark mode to make it more visually appealing. Overall, it was all worth it!
It was interesting to start learning a new language, curious to see where it goes from here. Well structured workshop with basic functions already pretty clear.

The Python Advanced workshop provided useful practical skills in data analysis and manipulation. Learning to process CSV files and create professional visualizations initially felt challenging, but the step-by-step approach made it achievable. The hands-on projects taught me to break complex problems into manageable pieces. Despite the debugging challenges and moments of confusion, completing my final project was very rewarding. As overwhelming, difficult, and, at times, frustrating as this process has been, I am looking forward to continuing to practice and pushing myself.
It was insightful learning about AI functions and how to create AI applications for personal use and business. I've learned much and added new skills to the ones I've developed when going through the course.

Just completed my 2 week AI workshop and project. It was interesting to learn how useful AI can be with correct prompt engineering and API Integration. This project was a lot of fun, but also challenging. I got stuck at some point, but when I finally figured it out, it was such a great feeling of achievement.
I really enjoyed Matt's approach of "jump in the water, do it NOW". The lessons don't give you much of a chance to stop and consider that you might not be able to do the thing, or any other type of self-doubt. All the information is there, it's easy to access, very well presented, and there is a lot of support in place. I also massively appreciate the constant encouragement to do your own research and experiment with code, and the reassurance that there is not one correct answer. I am a very anxious learner, and feel like I need to write everything down, but this approach made me more confident; the cheatsheets took away the need to write everything down. In the end, I had more time, energy, and focus to understand what I was being taught and play around with code after completing my homework.
This week was a bit more tougher and challenging than the last, but I am glad I got to learn new concepts and elements of code that make my work not only look cleaner but nicer too, as a more visual individual! Thank you Matt for this learning opportunity, I keep looking forward. to embracing the power of codeπ π π!!!
