The SheCodes course was a brilliant course for learning HTML, CSS and Javascript. It is well structured with plenty of content included but not too much to overwhelm a beginner like me! The challenges were a good constant refresher of what we were learning.
I really liked the course! The learning system was fun and the challenges were engaging. It helped me get my foot through the door with learning programming. This is a great beginners course.
Lots of work, but totally worth it to invest time, money, and energy on learning to code with SheCodes. Thanks, Matt and team!

Matt really breaks it down to the most basic principles, making it easy and enjoyable to learn. The deadlines make it easier to conform and more likely that the SheCodes workshops are completed if you need that structure in your life! And the aesthetics and bite-sized lessons help with attention, too. :D I am really really looking forward to progressing with the next workshops. It has been a really fulfilling journey so far.

As someone who has no prior coding experience and was unsure of how effective online learning would be for me, I'm so glad I took the plunge and completed the SheCodes course! This class was hard but was great to take because of the actual exercises we did. I'm a visual learner, but I also need to be hands-on, and this class took care of both.

I wanted to do something new and different and I came across this SheCodes website. I wasn't sure at first if I'll like it or not, but as soon as I started learning how to code then boom! Here I am, finishing up my first-ever coding course. It was a lot of fun learning through this course and I think I found my new hobby:) I will for sure keep learning and stepping up to take more courses here.
I learned so much during these 3 weeks! I like that videos are straight to the point but not overly technical/long. This course has inspired me to dive into the Pro workshop and potentially pursue a career in front end development.
After talking about learning to code for the longest time, I am so glad I took the leap with Shecodes. The course is engaging and challenges you look beyond the lessons. A great stepping stone into the world of coding. Cannot wait to learn more!
Once again a great workshop! I learned so much during these few weeks. The workshop teaches you how to make a website responsive, i.e. compatible for different devices, which is nowadays a crucial knowledge for every coders.
If you can keep pace and stay self guided throughout, this class is PHENOMENAL. You learn so, so much in such a short period of time. I will be using these new-found skills for my own personal independently operated graphic design business, but also hopefully in a job I get soon (I am already in interviews for a Project Manager position).
I had a lot of fun building my final project. It was challenging and sometimes felt desperate, but in the end you can always find an answer if you ask or google well enough! It feels that I`ve learnt so much in the course of this project.

I always thought I wasn't smart enough to understand how to write code. I'd tried to learn in the past, and each time I struggled to feel capable in writing something on my own. Someone recommended SheCodes, and I'm glad I gave it a try. I feel like I have a much better understanding of what the different pieces do and of the syntax. I feel like I really can code, and I feel capable for the first time.
This program let me take everything I learned from the other programs and adjust based on what is being used to view them. Making our sites responsive is so important! I learned how to do that without all the homework assignments and the final profile.

I've been considering making a career switch into the tech field and started by teaching myself some basic HTML using free resources on my own. However, I learn best with a more structured approach and thought about trying out a Bootcamp but haven't been brave enough to take the leap. I decided to start with SheCodes basics to test if I can manage to learn the material within the deadlines and envision myself coding as a career. SheCodes was nice because it was very affordable and Matt taught us tricks that I wouldn't have been able to find on my own. All of the material was broken down into small steps and didn't feel overwhelming at all. Now I feel confident that I can succeed in a Bootcamp and enjoy doing this as a career.
Really enjoyed SheCodes plus, I love the split between learning through lessons and being set tasks to figure parts out. The SheCodes team are always so quick to get back to you about any issues with the work or needing any help with your account. Really looking forward to the next workshop!

I really enjoyed this course! I love how each unit builds on the previous one nicely. There are videos and challenges that help you understand what you are doing. I am starting to understand that coding can be extremely creative. It feels like the more tools you learn, the more you can combine them and create. If you love learning, I highly recommend this course!
Amazing course so far! I tried other coding bootcamps and they were either too expensive or too hard and tedious to learn. Matt explains in a way that you learn without glassy eyes closing 2 minutes in. I'm looking forward to completing the whole course and excited for the future - many more projects to complete!

I enjoyed the course a lot. It is really cool to see how many new things you can learn within 3 weeks. Regarding the structure of the course, Matt's didactics of the units and the support on slack i would definitely recommend it. It was really fun to create an own project at the end.
I have always had a passion for technology and how it makes our life easier. It's been my dream to pursue a career in the AI field, for which coding knowledge is obviously needed. Before learning about SheCodes, I thought coding was complicated and unachievable. If you had told me two months ago that I would be able to build a fully functional weather app, I would have laughed. As always, monsieur Delac's instruction was clear and concise (and brought me back from the brink of despair more than once). I can't believe how much I've learned and eagerly await the next workshop!
Love this course. It can be really frustrating to deal with JS sometimes π, but it's always worth the effort and I really learned a lot by doing the little challenges. Looking forward to the next Workshop!

Although I have previous experience with basic web development languages like HTML and CSS, the challenge turned up to be a plesure, even if I found some concepts borring for myself in the first lessons, there were lots of things I had to learn from also. I never believed I would like this online format of learning, although it got me totally engaged.
It is a very fun workshop that makes the whole learning experience easy, with simple videos and instructions from Matt, as well as very engaging and interactive experience thanks to the little challenges that will build up to allow you to have the skills required to complete the final project!

I can't believe I had zero knowledge of html, css and java 3 weeks ago. Now I've created a page from scratch and I can't wait to keep learning. I love Matt's way of explaining complex ideas. I also love the fact that we start working on VS Code right away. I absolutely recommend this workshop.
In my case, joining SheCodes was a totally spontaneous decision :) I had no experience in coding and I loved the lessons. Everything is explained step by step and you can get help any second. I've had such a fun few weeks! Before I started SheCodes, I felt overwhelmed by the number of free classes available online and I didn't know where to start, what language to learn, how to structure my learning etc. SheCodes has made everything very straight forward and I am really enjoying the process. I particularly loved playing with color palettes on CSS and making my HTML update in response to user interaction using .innerHTML on JavaScript. I can't wait for SheCodes Plus!
This was a fun journey. Very easy to understand and to follow due to Matt being a great teacher and teaching step by step. The team on slack were also a great assistance if I got stuck. Had a great time creating and being challenged. I learned a lot in such a short time and I highly recommend!
This has truly be amazing! Learning React has been challenging but so rewarding! I also loved working on the dictionatry app as it was something to be build from scratch and really tested my nerves sometimes π However, final result always justifies all struggles π€©
I hadn't imagined that I can code in such a short time! It was still a basic, but I'm so surprised that I can create simple page now. The choice I made to learn at Shecodes was definitely gave me confidence and motivation to learn codes more. Now I'm so curious about how the page was created every time I see them on the Internet. Matt is the great teacher and he taches us step by step, so you'll never feel like you want to quit learning. In addition, the fee was way cheaper than other online classes that I found in Japan, so I was really glad to know Shecodes! Thank you for the great experience!
