I'd already had some HTML and CSS knowledge and never felt ready to jump into learning more about them. But thank God I made up my mind and chose SheCodes! Matt is an awesome teacher, he takes time explaining - also it's a huge plus that I can go and learn at my own pace! I've had so much fun building the final project and really lost track of time researching for applicable codes and finetuning my project - I 100% recommend taking the course!
SheCodes Plus was challenging but very fun! I can't believe I've learned so much in a span of 8 weeks. I recommended to anyone who wishes to learn to build their very own working app!

I was able to learn a lot in the SheCodes React workshop. A few months ago I barely knew how to code. It was a challenging process but I'm proud to say that I completed the 3 coding workshops. I thoroughly enjoyed learning React and hope to utilize my new skill soon.
The React workshop was definitely challenging, but who doesn't love a good challenge? I know I do. I am extremely thankful to SheCodes for everything I've learned and this is only the beginning for me. I've had a wonderful experience throughout the three workshops I've taken and I highly recommend this program.
As a third-year college student, I have trouble finding my passions and interests. I decided to leap out of my comfort zone to try the things that I've always wanted to learn. One of them was coding! I was always fascinated when I watch my engineering friends create something from nothing. With SheCodes I found a new passion of mine, coding! My perspective on my future career has changed. And I am excited to see what more I can learn in future workshops!
The final project was where I gained a lot of my confidence in this. When I started to build, it was almost like it was becoming natural. I really enjoyed learning CSS and cant wait to take the next one!

SheCodes Basics was super easy to understand and complete, it makes coding look so fun. Every time i was confused or a code was not working as I expected I was able to get help from the slack group and find a solution really fast. I can't wait to keep learning more about coding!

Another brilliant SheCodes workshop! I learned so much but it was all broken down into manageable steps. It's great that the final project was a website that I can continue to update and maintain going forwards - so useful. On to SheCodes React!

You learn while you practice, FOR REAL. Each video has its own exercise and each week has its final homework to test everything you have learned. I had no idea about coding and now I feel comfortable with the basics. Let's keep learning!

Learning the basics of coding has been quite a journey. Never have I ever thought I'd have so much fun and satisfaction trying to figure out what is and isn't working with my code after I've written it. Amazing!!

I never thought I would be interested in anything related to IT, it started as a challenge to expand my knowledge in different fields, but I've come to love it! I was scared to learn coding before I met SheCodes. I tend to procrastinate and I was afraid of ending up with quitting SheCodes. However, SheCodes gives you platform to allow you, not only to learn but also to practice what you learn. It has been an amazing journey and cannot wait to explore more about coding with SheCodes.
SheCodes was so much fun and gave me a REAL challenge. You truly have to discipline yourself and make sure you're committed to learning to code and you will enjoy your time learning! I was always helped in a timely manner and other students are able to help too!
I love to keep learning with the SheCodes workshops. The workshops provide a lot of learning material, and make it easy to learn how to code. I want to keep learning and create more projects that would assist me to transition to become a front end developer. I appreciate the opportunity to keep learning, and if encounter any problems along the way to be able to ask questions.

SheCodes is a great program. It's very user-friendly and supportive. I find the classes are easy to follow while still being challenging. It is a great space to learn to code as a beginner, and it is excellent value for the cost. I highly recommend it to anyone curious about coding.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in this workshop. It was very informative and I learned a lot. When I didn't understand something, I was able to seek help through Slack chat. And then tip for incoming students, it is more difficult for you to binge all the videos and assignments in one day in comparison to other workshops like the Basics Workshop. Of course, you should take notes especially if you aren't spreading the workload in the way where you get to practice everyday. And yes, I do recommend this course.

Getting to the end of the SheCodes Plus course is definitely a highlight of the year for me, where I didn't think it would be possible for me to achieve and do everything I have accomplished with my final project today. After fully dedicating myself these past few months to learning and exploring the world of coding, I can safely say I love it, and I can't wait until the next chapter with React! :)

SheCodes Basics was a great introduction to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for those who are new to coding. The lessons were very easy to follow, and the challenges/assignments were manageable. I learned a lot!
I have really enjoyed the beginners coding workshop. Although I found it challenging at times, it was also very rewarding to solve something you've been stuck on. I am now enrolled for the next workshop and can't wait to learn more!
I learned so much in such a short period of time. The course includes enough to challenge you but not too much to overwhelm you. Especially the final assignment really allows you to take full creative control and put everything you've learned to practice. Perfect way to test the 'coding' waters and definitely leaves you thirsty for more!

Just finished the last project and still cannot believe how much I have learned, with a great support of SheCodes team, during these 6 months. It was a lot of fun and quite challenging. Feels kind of sad the course to be over, but I am excited about where the new knowledge will bring me next.
SheCodes Responsive was a fun and challenging experience. You learn a lot of skills in order to improve your coding pace and optimisation along with. It was enjoyable to create your own portfolio page where you can showcase your learning journey!

Before SheCodes I tried to learn to code somewhere else, but there were no deadlines or assignments. I was not able to understand the material like I did with SheCodes. I really enjoyed doing the challenges and homework assignments!

This is the fourth month of learning how to code and I've built a solid front-end foundation with SheCodes Intro, Plus, and Responsive courses. Thank you so much for the ongoing support from the SheCodes team and our instructor, Matt, and for providing well-structured courses and coding challenges. During the last 5 weeks I've been learning how to make websites responsive, so that the user experience would be seamless no matter what device a user is on. I finished the first iteration of my personal website(something I've been trying to do for a while). Every time I thought I'm done, I would find more things to add/fix. I can't wait to start learning React next week!
SheCodes is a very good online learning platform. I learned coding about ten years ago during my bachelor, but since I never used and practiced it afterwards, it felt like learning from zero again. The way Matt explains things is very fun yet understandable. Can't wait to continue my journey to shecodes plus!
I really enjoyed these 3 weeks of coding! I knew nothing about HTML, CSS or Java Script, and still I was able to build my first "web page". It is a lot of fun to do the challenges and the homework. I am excited to continue learning how to code .

SheCodes has been an excellent learning platform! Matt teaches the extensive curriculum very thoroughly in a very short period of time. He has a solid understanding of common errors and touch bases before we face those errors ourselves.

I am glad I signed up for this workshop. It has equipped me with more tools and technologies that I need to wield my digital magic. I like the fact that you are given the room to learn at your own pace. The scaffolding, step-by-step teaching instructional method makes the lessons easy to follow.
I actually came across Matt's free coding webinar as an advertisement on Instagram after a very long week at work. It was serendipitous as I had been worrying about my career and my lack of 'practical' future-ready skills. I really like Matt's pedagogy - his lessons are very structured and he makes coding jargon simple and relatable. I honestly did not know what to expect going into the workshop, but I am pleasantly surprised by how much I have learned over such a short period of time. It has inspired me to think about alternative career paths, and I'm looking forward to joining more workshops with SheCodes.
I just turned in my final project for SheCodes basics - I absolutely loved taking this class and recommend it to anyone looking to understand the basics of HTML/CSS & Javascript. It's so fun and hands-on and you won't get bored. I already signed up for the next class and cannot wait to learn more!

If you are even considering taking this class, DO IT!! The way the class was laid out and the challenges after each lesson really helped me apply what I was learning. I love how they connect the students through slack so you can ask questions, and bounce ideas off each other. Although I don't think I will be doing any major coding soon, this has already helped me in my current role communicating with developers and knowing how to translate business needs more clear. I am excited to continue to apply my new skill. Thank you SheCodes!!
I have LOVED doing this course and it felt like a natural continuation of the skills learned in the first two courses. Making a responsive site from scratch has really shown the power of all the techniques learned and the end result has been hugely rewarding. Joined the 3 week workshop in sole intention to know what is coding all about and if I can get an idea of what these coders actually doπ!!But to my surprise ,Matt's course has designed the classes and exercises,challenges and homework in such a organized,easy and user friendly format that an avid amateur like me who knows nothing about coding or computer functions or computer languages was able to create a nice and attractive webpage at the end of workshopπ!! Coding with SheCodes was a great experience in my life and Matt was one of best teachers I've ever had. As Matt always says, I really enjoys every second I spend learn coding and solve every session's challenges. The course was well-organized and clear and I really love it.
