Whew, this was a tough one! While I don't feel like I could create a React application completely from scratch at this point, I do understand the general structure, and I see the usefulness of learning React. I was able to follow along and create a really nice application in the end.
I have learned a lot about responsive and the challenges really help you to understand the code.
I cannot put into words how much I am enjoying learning with SheCodes.io and I cannot say thank you enough to the Delac Foundation for bringing access to women. The lessons are so easy to follow and understand and if you still are unsure the "Ask Athena" functionality is so helpful. SheCodes is amazing! The videos are easy to follow, and Matt is great at teaching, however, the projects are the best way to practice the concepts with a real-life problem. While doing the final project I felt motivated to keep learning and exploring beyond the lessons.
Another great course from SheCodes, really interesting to finally learn about Python. I am looking forward to applying what I have learnt into the more advances lessons waiting for me in the next course, but already being able to recognise Python scripts and debug and write my own code is such an asset.
This has been one of my favorite sections of the boot camp thus far! It encompassed everything we have learned and given me the blueprints to build my own personal website! I look forward to using React next, to enhance this project further.

It made you have to think about how to apply the concepts a little bit deeper, and I found it was easier to retain that way. This project/ workshop has been very challenging, and I have learned much from it. I just loved seeing my project come to life. Honestly, there were times when I felt like giving up, but I kept carrying on because "easy come, easy go", I will never forget some of the small mistakes I made during the process.

I would like to thank Matt for the amazing, easy-to-follow tutorials. I already learned this in high school, when there were only two or three girls in each class of 28 students. But the environment was so harsh back in the early 2000s that I really did not enjoy coding. Matt and the SheCode workshop brought me a new interest and I now finally enjoy coding. Thank you!
