It is really amazing how much I've learned in such a short time !

I absolutely LOVE SheCodes! I've tried another well known code learning program and SheCodes is what works for me! I feel absolutely empowered with what I have learned. I love that I can go at my own pace but there are still deadlines to make sure your coding goals aren't put on the back burner. I also love that finding your way instead of going by step by step instructions is encouraged. I feel it has helped me learn faster. I can't wait to take the other workshops!

Matt's tutorial video is very logical and systematic thus, easy to understand. He breaks down step by step on the problems that we need to think and do. SheCodes is really the place to learn JS!

If you want to start learning Front End development, You are in a right place. SheCodes will teach everything from scratch and even without noticing how hard it can be, you will learn a lot of things.

I've tried coding in the past and was not able to fully understand it but with SheCodes teaching I can honestly say I know what I'm typing and why I'm typing it. I had fun learning with SheCodes.

I honestly can't believe how much fun I had coding. This workshop was super easy to follow and delivered information in small, manageable lessons. I was so excited to code, I finished the first two weeks within a few days. I really want to continue learning and think this will definitely help me transition to a new career.

I really enjoyed my first course form SheCodes. I learned a lot and i am proud myself, that i am now able to build a little website. Matt's videos guides you and is easy to follow. And the challenges move you forward so fast. ✌✌ I would highly recommend this course to everyone! ❤

SheCodes has made a huge difference in my career interest. I wanted to try SheCodes coding course out of curiosity and now I am fascinated by the things I can do using my coding skills learned. I loved learning in this workshop. Making websites responsive was something I always wanted to do. Learning about flexbox and making your code responsive was fun. The highlight of this workshop was building your responsive portfolio website.

Very user friendly. The challenges really help to grasp the concepts and put them into practice. Would highly recommend this course for anyone wanting to learn coding.

This was a great course, it was really interesting to develop the skills learnt in the previous workshops.

I absolutely loved this course building my portfolio. Learnt some extremely useful techniques that I have already used in the workplace. Cannot recommend enough!

I really enjoyed learning HTML, CSS, and JS on the SheCodes Basics course. The videos are short and simple making them easy to understand. There are always mentors available to answer any questions you might have when you encounter difficulties. We need more women in the tech industry and SheCodes is tackling this problem by giving us the tools to develop coding skills.

I thought that the structure of the program was very clear and concise. I enjoyed the breakdown of content and the challenges were very helpful. The workshop made learning code less intimidating. I feel confident in my ability to continue to work on practicing how to code.

This is a decent workshop, but I think you could learn all of these things for free from other places online. You are basically just paying for the certification. If you need it, there is a referral link you can use for a discount. Feel free to message me on LinkedIn and I will send it to you. I wouldn't say this is anything particularly unique or special, but it's not terrible either. Sometimes Matt's rambling gets a little bit chaotic, but he's nice enough.

This course was a great introduction to coding. I learnt a lot and particularly enjoyed the practical tasks and challenges! It was great to be able to interact with tutors and other students on Slack which was beneficial for problem solving and seeing how others approached similar problems.

If you struggle to find good resources online and have at least some motivation to try programming, feel free to take part in this workshop! Although I'm pursuing a rather different career than computer science (biotechnology), I have gained a lot of information and am eager to learn more in my free time.

As a beginner, it was not easy. Matt does an excellent job taking you step by step through each and every process. SheCodes team on Slack are super helpful,  with all the help and support they provide I did it! Now I am only getting even more excited, curious and eager to learn more.

React was definitely the most challenging of all the SheCodes workshops for me, but it is well worth it. There are so many resources provided to help you along the way. I feel like this is one of the best decisions I've ever made. I'm excited about the new skills I've learned and I can’t wait to see where this takes me!

SheCodes Plus was definitely challenging. I will be doing the project all over again just to make sure I learned everything. I really enjoyed it.

As a visual learner, these video lessons have been a life saver! I really grasped what was being taught. I had tried other platforms that were not video based and felt extremely lost. Being able to see someone work through the problem, and do it with them in real time has been the game changer for me. Being able to see the code I just inputed actually work gave me such a sense of pride, and I was having so much fun coding I lost track of time (no joke!)! I’m super excited to move on to SheCodes Plus and see what’s in store!🤩

SheCodes was such a great way to break into coding. I've learned such an incredible amount through this workshop. I love that we are not always spoon-fed the answer, we are taught to problem-solve and use resources to figure out tougher challenges. Thank you SheCodes!

Within the last 3 weeks learning on SheCodes, I felt I am just understanding the logic behind coding as all the methods and patterns are clear. wanted to learn more about programming. I am very passionate about technology. As an architect, I realized that in today's world, programming is a necessity. If until a few years ago programming skills were a privilege but today it has become an essential skill for someone who wants to progress in his work. SheCodes workshop enabled me to learn this skill in the best way and in the shortest possible time with the highest quality, without any space or time constraints.

This course was easy to follow and the challenges were fun. I've learnt a good amount about coding and I'm looking forward to the next step on my coding journey

I've had a great time on all the SheCodes workshops. I cant believe how much i've learnt in such a short space of time. The lessons were so thorough and the projects really fun, it's made me more determined than ever to pursue this as a career.

I am currently a Computer Science Student at UIC, usually a university approach is working back-end such as C++ and C# but I love that I am able to do front-end as well with SheCodes. It also gives me a mental break from the hard languages I learn at school and being able to come on here to make a cool, fun website, it helps balance me out.

It was a challenging but enjoyable journey, and SheCodes is the best guide and companion for such a journey. Excellent, clear and simple descriptions in each video by Matt that makes everything easy. Challenges and workshops that help you apply what you have learned and the community that supports you. Do not doubt, SheCode is the best! Thank you Matt and thank you SheCode!

This is a very easy, fun way to learn coding!

So glad I finally took the plunge; a great introduction to coding. I learnt so much in a short space of time. Matt’s a great teacher, and the SheCodes support team are very responsive. Bite-sized video tutorials and challenges were easy to fit in/around life. Looking forward to doing another course.

SheCodes makes it so easy to learn how to code by teaching you in sections. You can always go back and watch old tutorials if you need a reminder!

SheCodes was an amazing experience. I learned so much in a short amount of time. It can get very challenging , Matt makes it look super simple! And I am exited when my first app actually work real-time.

The longer I'm learning how to code with SheCodes the more I want to get further knowledge on this. I'm very happy of having started with this course and looking forward to starting with the next level!

I am a third-year computer science student. I only get to learn Java, so I decided to take this class to learn more about coding. At first, I thought this course was too easy to learn. However, it is Shecodes that make it so easy to understand the materials.

I really enjoyed the course and I think I learned a lot of new things to get a head start into working as a front-end developer. It gives a good overview of basic functions of HTML, CSS and Java Script and I loved that the videos were short, so if you don't have a lot of time, you can do the lessons in little snipets. Perfect for people that try to do the course next to working or being a parent.

Very didactic and fun way of learning how to code! I just finished the Basic Course and had no knowledge previously. Matt is a nice teacher and the Support team is very much available. all the best to you all, Happy coding!

This class made it super easy to learn to code on your own time. Being in school for my MBA and working a full-time job, allowed me to learn something new that kept challenging me. I will look forward to continuing to take more coding classes.

I really enjoyed this workshop – I've tried other coding classes in the past but have always found it hard to retain what I'm learning. The fact that with SheCodes you're constantly putting what you've just learned into practice is not only fun, but helps massively with that retention.

This workshop is great for those trying to get their first foot inside of React. I enjoyed working on the two projects, Weather App and Dictionary App. I found it very nice to have built a Weather App on Vanilla JS from the previous workshop and then again in this workshop, allowing me to learn the differences hands on and the powerful functionalities of React, but also learning the basics of Javascript through the vanilla project.

This course is recommended if you want to learn more about a popular JavaScript library. For example, it's interesting to see how React differs from 'Vanilla JavaScript' and how you can achieve the same thing with fewer lines of code, which keeps things a lot clearer. You learn a lot while making 2 projects.

I admit it was not easy, but with all the help and support shecodes team provides, I did it. I'm so excited to keep learning and challenge myself. Thank SheCodes

I can remember couple months ago I wanted to start coding but had no idea where to start ! I am so happy to find sheCodes ! The advanced workshop was definitely challenging but I have thoroughly enjoyed it. I have learnt a lot, it made me do a lot more research based on the design I wanted and the support was phenomenal! The weekly modules were very easy to follow, the homework really made you think. There was a a great balance between technical and creative aspects! Having a look back at my final project, I am so proud and I can't believe I have created that! :)

Learning React the fun way :)

Honestly, this workshop gave me a sense of meaning during the holidays. I was bored out of my head so I decided to sign up on a whim, but it turned out to be one of my better life choices. I ended up learning about a whole new frontier and gaining a new skill. I'll most definitely sign up for another workshop once the next holiday month arrives.

I have been wanting to learn coding for a while not but had no idea where to start. I was pretty nervous when I started because I had no prior knowledge about coding but SheCodes made the process very easy. They give you everything you need and Matt is a great teacher. I am having fun learning with SheCodes!

SheCodes responsive was challenging but fun. I learned many ways to edit my website and make it responsive on different devices. I look forward to the next workshop and learning more.
