Amazing learning experience.

SheCodes course is for beginners, but it does not mean that it is easy to learn. You might curse it many times while trying to amend bugs in your code. Luckily there is Slack support, where you can ask question and receive feedback. I thought I would quit, but I didn't. I am happy to finish SheCodes Plus with my weather app.

I enjoyed this course a lot! Lessons are clear and without additional useless information. I recommend it to anyone who wants to learn how to code quickly and easily. A convenient schedule for submitting deadlines for assignments, if possible, you can finish the training earlier.

I never would have imagined that I would have built a weather application in my lifetime. I can't believe how much I've learned within these past 8 weeks, and I can't wait to continue learning. Thank you to the entire SheCodes team and community and for helping me to get to this point. As Matt always says, "Happy Coding and I'll see you in the next video" :)

I came across SheCodes while I was searching for basic courses for programming. I loved the concept of how this bootcamp reaches out specifically to women as we are very under-represented in the IT world. The courses were short and sweet and the challenges after each lesson really takes on a whole new level of learning. Even with a background in microcomputers and networking, I learned so much!

SheCodesPlus was a great way to utilize and build upon the skills learned from the basics course. This course is well structured and the step-by-step videos are super helpful in breaking down each skill into manageable & "do-able" parts. This whole experience has been both challenging and rewarding for me. I love that I can work on this when my kids are at school. I feel like I have learned so much in such a little amount of time and still excited to learn more! The slack channel and support team are AMAZING and very helpful. The course is interesting to pass, the material is divided into small parts, it is not difficult and not long to watch, then it is easy to repeat. I learned a lot of new things, the main thing is that I realized that I can do it!

loved the community connectivity and categorical division of tasks needed for completion; it was very helpful that you could attend classes/workshops any time/day of the week so that you didn't have to sacrifice any major events in your life - you could freely manage you day AND learn something new :)

Working a full-time job and learning how to code is definitely not easy, but with SheCodes I've learned so much by being able to work at my own pace. I still can't believe I've built a whole working weather app that others can use!

This workshop was super fun! I learned so much and it kept me very motivated. I built my website step by step with Matt and then added some extra features by myself. It was definitely challenging but the more it got how I wanted it to be, the more I was motivated to continue. I'm loving learning how to code! I thought it may be difficult to learn just by watching videos but Matt makes it easy to follow and the challenges really do help you learn!

I enjoyed SheCodes Basics course as it's structured in a way that you could learn in your own pace, with videos of each lesson rarely more than 10mins. There are times when I just couldn't find enough time to work on homework/projects but you could extend the deadline and complete it later. You'll lost track of time easily when you code because it's so fun! I personally enjoy it overall.

If you want to learn a lot and feel challenged, SheCodes Responsive is the way to go! 😌 I highly recommend SheCodes and I'm very grateful for the opportunity to be part of this amazing community. I've enjoyed it so much so far and can't wait to start the next challenge ✌️

I first became interested in coding when I worked as a content creator. I came across SheCodes online and decided it was finally time to learn some basic coding. I joined the the SheCodes Basics class. Throughout SheCodes journey I enjoyed the structure, homework, flexibility and community.

I really enjoyed studying this course. It helped me to remember a lot of fun things I learned when I was in school and also to learn new things. Thanks to all the SheCodes staff for providing so much great material :)

Oh! I'm very exciting! This practice was awesome! Though I don't know English and programming everything was clear.I didn't expect it would be possible to start learning codding from scratch. I enjoyed a lot learning the basics of HTML, CSS, and Java Script via SheCodes.

SheCodes has been a great starting point for learning HTML, CSS and JavaScript. I was exposed to HTML and CSS through University which sparked my interest but there was a lot of assumed knowledge and I found myself scraping all sorts of things together for my assessments. I wish I’d found SheCodes earlier as I have a great basic understanding of these languages now. Matts videos are easy to listen to and understand and the tasks are just challenging enough but not overwhelming. Matts teaching style makes me excited to continue to learn more 😊

I really enjoyed the SheCodes workshop. I thought it was well planned, easy for me to follow. The work load was just enough, so i could finish everything with enough time, learn about the topics and not feel over loaded and rushed. The experience of this workshop has being nothing but positive.

It was a great adventure with Shecodes. I learnt a lot and it opened so many roads to explore and new opportunities for me. As a foreign language teacher I was a bit scared not to have enough knowledge about computering nor maths but the courses are really well made and the different concepts easily understandable. And it confirms my idea of getting into the coding industry ! I would recommend this course for anyone who is curious about coding and who wants to learn the fundamentals !

I have loved every minute of my SheCodes course and learned a lot of new skill. The mix of videos, tasks and also explaining the solutions has provided a great range of learning tools. The Slack channel for around the clock support is also great as you can ask queries and get a fast response if something is not quite working as you expected. I did not use this a lot but on the 2 occasions I did I received very useful answers in a friendly and timely manner. I feel a lot more confident coding now and look forward to progressing my career with the help of SheCodes!

Matt is an amazing instructor. I'm a slow learner but the way this course is taught coupled with the autonomy of getting to do it at your own pace makes this both enjoyable and easy to understand. It's entertaining to learn HTML, CSS, and JS. Lectures, challenges, and homework were fascinating to do! I realized that I wanted to learn more & more.

SheCodes has played a crucial role in my quest to start coding. Through step-by-step learning and hands-on practise projects, the courses have given me the fundamental knowledge to keep learning on my own with confidence.

These past weeks I realized again after a long long time, that learning indeed can be fun. I just needed the right lessons and method of studying, which I found here at SheCodes. The lessons are easy to understand and the exercises afterwards are simple to do and help a lot to digest the new information. The homework at the end of the week were a great way for me to try my best to utilize what I've learned. I can't wait for the coming lessons it'll definitely be an interesting experience.

I just finished the SheCodes Basic Course and I'm so excited that after just three weeks I am able to built a basic website! I love that each lesson isn't longer than 10 min, so you learn in small steps and Matt explains really good! Totally recommend to do the course, if you are curious about coding but not sure if that's something for you.

The concept of SheCodes is great because of the flexibility it grants to its students. I manage to find the time in my busy schedule to learn at my own pace. In these past 3 weeks I’ve got basic notions of html, css and JavaScript using an interface that is motivating to learn.

My life was totally change at 24.02.2022. I lost my job and any opportunity to find other job. I understoos that I have to learn new skills. Ans Delac Foundation gave me and another 10000 Ukrainian possibility to study for free. It is great opportunity. I was not sure about my ability to study coding. But Matt found out perfect way to explain difficult subject. So I just relaxed and enjoyed my lessons.

It was a great learning experience. Loooking forward to learning more.

Great workshop, you need to do a lot of studying on your own obviously if you want to learn but the workshop gives you structure and keeps you motivated while working on a real-life project.

The main thing is that learning in SheCodes is incredibly exciting! There are interesting lessons and challenges, the opportunity to listen to the radio for soothing work and constant support of the team. Time just flew incessantly, and now I don't want to stop!

SheCodes has a learning philosophy that works well for me: give space for women, move at your own pace, google, have fun. I was worried at the begining about my level of the skills required, but that was no problem after all. I love 😍 how fast I was able to gain new knowledge

I've always wanted to enhance my technical skills for years but as a busy working mom of 2 tots, finding a schedule that fit mine and budgeting a costly expense of a coding course was the hurdle. But with SheCodes, I was able to enrol on their affordable Basic Course geared for absolute beginners like myself and I completed it on my own free time! The lesson plans guided by Matt are fantastic and are easy-to-learn. Plus, the resources, tech support and homework extensions are great add-ons that help keep you on track when life throws you a curve ball and you need a little bit of extra time to catch up. I highly recommend SheCodes to anyone who want to explore coding for the first time (whether it's related to work or just for fun), or to those who want to elevate their current knowledge of it. I as a former teacher of English, and a person who had zero knowledge on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, can say that this course is really for anyone who wants to learn. It doesn't matter if you are into coding or not you just need to believe in yourself and give it a try. SheCodes worshops and courses are fantastic! Easy to understand and practical I think that's why I could learn fast. Great content and there's always support if you need or have questions.

After countless hours of researching coding workshops, I landed here. I couldn't have been happier! Segmented into smaller portions and with challenges after each lesson giving you hands on practice to retain what you've just learned. I love this platform and ill be back for the pro!

This was my favourite SheCodes project so far. I learned so much about media queries and bootstrap. It was also a great opportunity to learn how to create more advanced features on my own like animations.

And even if you don't know something or can't figure out where you made a mistake your can always check for the answer in the chat or write your problem there - you always have the feedback and this is really great!
