I am so proud of how far I have come. I would not have been able to achieve it without Matt Delac and the Slack team. I am very thankful and excited for the journey so far. I am looking forward to learn more, I enjoyed creating the weather app. I have enjoyed every step of the way so far, I had tried other platforms in the past and SheCodes is great, Matt really knows how to organize in such a way that it is clear and easy to follow.

The live video recordings give the best sense of real-time instruction, and the Slack chat assistance that all students have access to does help you feel connected to a source of help. This course has probably been the best source for learning code at one's own pace. I would definitely recommend this course for anyone looking to get into coding.

SheCodes is a truly fascinating journey. I've learnt a lot! Matt is a great teacher. I hope I will have a chance to learn even more. Coding is fun!

This course is really good! I`ve learned a lot of new stuff and now I can do way more difficult things with CSS and JS. Can`t wait to start SheCodes Responsive!

I definitely experienced some high moments and low moments during the weeks of SheCodes Plus. I had to take a couple extensions, but I can now say that I’m super proud of myself for sticking with it and completing the project! I really enjoyed the foundations of integrating an API using JavaScript, and am very interested in learning more Bootstrap. Overall, I feel like SheCodes did a great job making these skills accessible by breaking them down into smaller parts.

Shecodes was a gamechanger for learning to code. I have tried a handful of coding resources, but I couldn't stay motivated or interested in the material. When I signed up for Shecodes basics, I was hooked. Matt explained the material very well, but also taught you to use other resources to help you along the way! I'm farther in my journey of web development now thanks to Shecodes. I look forward to my next workshop with them!

I really appreciate for the opportunity to participate in SheCodes' workshop. Well structured lessons, interesting challenges, helping in a real time and much more that motivates students to learn here and do not give up!

I love how SheCodes structure their lesson and it was easy to understand. Before I thought code is very hard and scary to learn but with SheCodes made me realize coding can be learned. With Implementation after each video, I was able to understand it better, and give me more confidence in coding.

I never knew I could learn to code in just two weeks. Thanks to shecodes for making coding a reality. It wasn't easy for me at first as I was just knowing about computer programming language recently. I've actually realised that coding is actually fun if you're doing it right and with shecodes, I did it right!

It's really not bad for them, who are going to start learning basic functions and etc. Workshop and teacher give you a lot of skills, that useful in the world of IT.

Before starting the course I was worried about coding being too difficult for me. But the workshop ended up being so fun, I've genuinely enjoyed creating pages and making the elements work! The lessons were very easy to understand and if I encountered the issues which I could not deal with by myself, they were effortlessly resolved by checking the workshop chat on slack. I'm grateful I've had the opportunity to begin my coding journey on Shecodes, I can't wait to create more pages and learn more about coding in general😊

This was a super fun workshop, I enjoyed this so much. I learned a whole lot of different things and would love to do some of the other workshops!

I had a great experience. The solutions after challenges really helped me understand and I love the concept behind the company. It's amazing to see women from all around the world in the slack channel and all our work in one place. I learned html and css during design school (its been awhile) but this was my first time learning javascript. Overall I feel like the basics workshop was well worth the money. Give it a try!

This course built on what I learned in the basics workshop and allowed me to understand more of javascript and how to host a website. I look forward to the next two workshops, Responsive and React, so that I can further my front end development knowledge.

I loved SheCodes! I knew HTML basics and have been interested in coding for years so I have no regrets with the courses taken and I'm super excited to learn more.

This is what I've been looking for! 😍 I've tried learning javascript and c# on several different mobile apps for the past few months, each one as confusing and confidence knocking as the last. Coding is actually the last thing I thought could bring me so much fun. Now I confidently learn to apply knowledge in practice. When I was a kid, I liked doing puzzles or building blocks, so now I associate coding with those things. That's why it brings me so much pleasure💙

Lessons in SheCodes are straight forward and easy to follow. Activities and homework will allow you apply what you learn in the previous lessons. The SheCodes' staff and slack community is very supportive and helpful.

It has been an interesting, fun, and challenging journey of coding. I learned that coding with a free mind is the key. I took a bunch of breaks during coding. Taking a break gives an opportunity to think about what you can change or improve.

Thanks to this workshop, I started to develop a deeper understanding of coding, as well as learned about Bootstrap, GitHub, APIs, and a lot of advanced HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Challenges after almost each lesson are so helpful and needed! I absolutely enjoyed compleeting them! For sure, now I feel more experienced and confident in coding, and I'm looking forward to continue improving with Matt and the wonderful SheCodes team!

SheCodes is a great opportunity to learn how to code from scratch. You can have zero knowledge and still succeed just by following the lessons. Hands-on projects and exercises help to identify what you have already mastered and what you still have to work on. I didn't believe that I would be able to learn how to code, but SheCodes proved me wrong!

The workshop is great and I loved that it was oriented on the learning. Even if we made mistakes Matt always reminds us it is a chance to learn something from it and everything can be fixed :)

I really enjoy this Basic Workshop👩‍💻. All the material that are explained by Matt are easy to digest and to be followed. I have totally zero experience in coding before and now I can make a simple landing page within even less than 3 weeks! 🙌 I highly recommend this basic workshop to people who wants to start to learn how to code, but not sure where to begin with, this is totally for YOU! 💯

It was a great way to try and learn about Coding. Videos were really good and made it seem easy!

Overall, I would give this program a 4.3/5. I learned a lot and the lessons taught 1 to 2 ideas to learn at a time, making it easier to learn without getting overwhelmed. If you are not sure you are interested in coding, taking the basic course is a good way to see if it is for you. It also makes me appreciate those who do coding for a living and how much goes into just one web page.

Going through the whole experience with SheCodes has been SO helpful! The workshops are structured wonderfully and make learning easy and fun.

I was very nervous to start this workshop since I went in knowing absolutely NOTHING about coding! Taking the beginners course showed me that coding can be fun and isn't rocket science like I had thought. The workshops and challenges were so helpful in allowing me to practice what I had learned. This has been an amazing journey! I started with the first course thinking I would stop after the basics level...but I have loved learning how to code and completed every course available. I chose SheCodes because it was structured (deadlines, I need them) but also flexible (I was still teaching full time so I was coding on weekends). I know that there is SO much more to learn, but I am excited and ready for it. As a transitioning teacher, I never considered FrontEnd Developer as an option for me, but now I do. ❤️. I have experience with HTML and CSS, however JavaScript has always been a struggle. I've tried many other resources and couldn't get an understanding of JS where I felt comfortable to move on. SheCodes Basics was just what I needed to move forward with my learning.

I am very glad that I had the opportunity to take this course! I have finished SheCodes Basics and from what I have experienced, I can tell you it is an excellent workshop! There is an equal balance of learning and practicing. Matt Delac is a very qualified teacher and I know he wants us to succeed. I can't say it was an easy journey but definitely it was quite interesting and challenging. Sometimes I felt overwhelmed with capabilities of JS. Sometimes I felt that my brain was going to explode. Through SheCodes self-paced learning curriculum, I became more knowledgeable about what I was learning. My confidence in the material increased as a result. Additionally, knowing I could contact a support team whenever I needed help was reassuring. Throughout the SheCodes community, everyone was friendly and helpful!

The course is mesmerizing. I couldn't stopped until final week projects were done ) I enjoyed a lot of flexibility of timing and clearness of the information.

It's been a great workshop! I came with zero coding experience (and I mean z-e-r-o) and I had a lot of fun while learning! The lessons are very informative, some concepts were easier, some were harder, but all the instructions were clear. It's great to be able to do check my understanding by completing challenges and homework. Having taught myself, I can appreciate the logic of the course, the flow and steps of the course made sense and made the whole experience quite fun.
