I had a lot of fun throughout this course, it taught me how detail-oriented this field is and I enjoed learning all the quirks of responsive design.
This is a great workshop. I was engaged the whole time, and it was incredibly interactive. I have learned more in two weeks than I have in months of trying to learn coding with other resources. Coding is enjoyable now, and I cannot wait to expand my knowledge using SheCodes.

I like the way topics are explained and shown by Prof Matt and the helpful community in Slack, also like that I can extend deadlines if needed. Truly feel I've learned more in a few weeks with SheCodes than when I was trying to learn to code on my own for a few months :)
The workshop was great, but I wish we got to learn more. The third week wasn't anything new - just a quick summary of what we learned in weeks one and two. I feel like that time could have been used better. Otherwise, the workshop was fun and Matt is a good teacher.

I have always wanted to start learning how to code. I have indeed started...several times I've tried, but for some reason it was always difficult to finish the courses. I was never motivated for it. With SheCodes I feel motivated: the courses are really well structured and the content really well explained. Now that I finished the first one, I can't wait to start the next one!

I loved the workshop from day one! I couldn't stop talking about it and recommending it to my friends. The lessons are clear and easy to follow, and the challenges are very stimulating. I believe that it is an amazing experience to attend SheCodes classes. Moreover, it is so practical for those with a high tendency to learn web codes. I'm extremely satisfied to attend and learn to code professionally. I'm afraid of web coding because in my mind it is so severe and a little of people can learn these skills. Finally, I have an awesome weather project in web coding which share in GitHub.
It was a very challenge and exciting way of starting into the world of coding. I've learned a lot in those 3 weeks and having the community's support is one of the best incentive to keep going even when we are stuck in something. I work better with dealines, I've done online courses where we have no support or deadline where I couldn't learn that fast as with SheCodes. I am looking forward to the next step!

I've always wanted to learn more about coding but, wrongly, I thought it was closely linked to math and that was enough to scare me off. I've attended to a workshop months ago held by my my employer, where there was this girl talking about how exciting the life of a Front End developer is and that she learned it from scratch, highlighting that no math's involved in the process. I then came across SheCodes and a huge THANK YOU is due. Matt is a great instructor, thanks for your effort and your revolutionary project and thank you for letting me aware that is never too late! Coding is fun, is a creative process and even when you get stuck, is worth the struggle :)
Thankful to SheCodes for the opportunity to learn a lifelong skill. I came into the workshop with no prior experience and I'm proud of myself for how fast I have been able to learn it. I still can't believe how much I've learned with SheCodes! This course is well structured with a lot of useful fetchers! I definitely recommend it!
I work in publishing and because I love languages, I've always been curious about coding but never really found the right moment to learn. I decided to do the SheCodes Basic course while on maternity leave and really enjoyed the flexibility and the way each section of the course is divided into short, easily digestible chunks. I found coding to be unexpectedly creative and would definitely consider it if I decided to change my career in the future.

I would highly recommend SheCodes to learn anything about coding. Learning never exhausts the mind
This course really opened my mind that everybody can try something new and if you will try hard and you like it, you will finally succeed. There are lots of things ahead to learn, but I can see the list of them now and at least I can create a planβΊ.

The whole material was fascinating and useful. You learn something small from the every single video and then suddenly in the end of the week you realize that you can actually program the REAl-DEAL web-site with buttons, links and interactions!

I really enjoyed this course! I think it's great for people like me who are not able to concentrate for a really long period of time. The lessons were short and easy to understand, while the little coding projects were really fun. This is the first course that I actually ever finished, and let me tell you I learned a lot of new things. I really recommend this workshop to people who want to try something that sparks their creativity while also teaching them new things.
At some points it was quite challenging to understand. But as you move forward, you begin to understand the logic. Good that everything is based on practice where you can learn with small steps.

SheCodes is a great initative to learn and understand coding. It has a great format which makes it possible to learn coding next to your full-time job. The Basic course was a lot of fun and I am looking forward to the Plus sessions.
The first week was so my favourite, I learned sooo much in such a short amount of time. I'm not sure what I expected going into this but didn't expect to make such a beautiful final project.
I've had so much fun learning new skills and improving my existing ones. I can't say it was easy, some task were pretty challenging but solving them and seeing what I can do now was so worth it. I can't wait to continue my coding journey!

Doing the SheCode basic course has helped me to test and prove that this world is interesting for me and that it can be "within my reach and capabilities" if there is routine and effort. It is an interactive and useful way to learn the basics of web development, which can be applied in the future to any project I have in mind.
A perfect introduction to coding! A great course for a quick or slow learner as you can do it on your own phase. Great challenges every week to test your understanding of HTML, cc and js.

I'm nowhere near the end is what I told myself a few months ago and today, I am proud to announce I have been able to complete my final project for this workshop. Learning the skills I need to nurture my career in tech has been a source of motivation for me. I am so grateful to SheCodes team for these courses. I started my coding journey 7 months ago thinking that I would never be able to understand the complexities of code and now I learned so much and gained so much in autonomy over the last months that I feel that I can go further on my own. SheCodes taught me something essential that I use in everything I do, being able to troubleshoot yourself. I tried to apply that along the whole cours but when I had a more serious issue, the SheCodes team was there to help. Wish I could continue on this journey even further with them but I managed to get to the end and I'm so proud and thankful to all of them. JavaScript is challenging, I'm still in the process of learning many new things. That is a great course, which allows you to master many essential skills. Not just create an HTML page and style it with the help of CSS, but to know how to host it, and how to implement API.
It is so amazing how a simple course can change your life and make you discover a new passion. I hope coding changes my life!
