Where do I start?!… The reason for joining this workshop was to learn a new skill that could help me change careers. At first, quite a few things weren't clicking because, I do admit, I am a slow learner; which is nothing to be embarrassed about, but it takes people like me a little longer to grasp information. The way Matt has structured the workshop has made it understandable to follow. I would for sure recommend!! it's been like a roller-coaster! some concepts were easier to understand than the others... there were moments I felt frustrated but there were moments when I felt proud of myself! I definitely learnt a lot and realized how much more there is to learn, that's why I am continuing my journey with SheCodes :)

After taking the last six months to settle into life in Canada, I started feeling itchy to learn something new again. That's when I saw an ad for a free SheCodes intro session. Working in Marketing, I've always seen knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS as a desired skill and thanks to SheCodes, I now have that knowledge. The online course was so easy to follow - Matt explains everything at a great pace, with practical examples and shows you how to use what you're learning with intuitive tools. SheCodes React gives you the necessary confidence you need to learn a very popular framework. It has been a long exciting journey, where I had the opportunity to build some amazing projects. The videos are easy to follow and you can test yourself with the challenges.

If you enjoy learning by doing, you will love SheCodes! Each lesson video is short and the instructor gives you a chance to try the skill on your own in the lesson challenge. The short videos and fast pace kept me from getting too overwhelmed during the course. I'm really proud that I was able to build my first website in just a few weeks. I can't wait to continue with the next course and see what else I am able to accomplish with the help of SheCodes!

Learning React was both challenging and enjoyable! The videos were easy to follow and I loved having both the Weather and Dictionary projects! It has taught me a lot about using React.

I've been thinking of switching my career direction in IT for a while after over 7 years in HR. I joined this workshop with zero knowledge in coding but with an open mind. What I can say after three weeks of studying is that the course is not only interesting but also super fun and encouraging. There is still so much to learn but thanks to SheCodes I'm ready :).

I want to thank SheCodes team for all their support during my learning journey. I've got only great things to say about my experience. Matt was amazing, the curriculum is second to none and each support member takes good care of students and replies to questions on a timely manner 😊

This is my third week into studying with SheCodes and it's been good so far. As a beginner, I think this course has a good mix of exercises, demonstrations and a practical "hands-on" approach. It's challenging, and you learn to build on your problem-solving skills. Overall, it's been a good experience over the last few weeks.

This step was more difficult than the Basics one, but it was very interesting and fun:) I really thank SheCodes then I can learn to code.

Found this course fantastic. It allowed me to learn in a fun way. I had started by attempting other JavaScript courses but found it a little hard to follow and keep the enthusiasm. This course is made in a very nice and simple way and you apply everything you have learnt as you move along. This helps the learning process and putting everything together. Sometimes it was actually addictive :). I have done the Basics and now the Plus. Maybe in the near future, I can do the next ones too. Thank you SheCodes!!

I am so glad I took SheCodes course! I can't believe I have learned 3 programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for 3 weeks. The course is well explained and well structured.

Coding is generally seen as this enigmatic unattainable thing. SheCodes helps break down these delusions. Very practical lessons which quickly help you learn how to execute.

I have loved learning the coding basics, the way the teaching works suits me and my ADHD because it is broken down into small steps which are easy to follow and short. I can do a little bit at a time, save it and return to it. I have thoroughly enjoyed the challenge over all and would love to carry on.

As a former teacher trying to break into the tech industry, I was having a lot of difficulty finding a program that wasn't a bootcamp, where I could receive feedback and instruction on my work and learn more than just the basics. I am very happy with my experience with SheCodes. It is wonderful to have a community where my questions can get answered so that I'm not struggling on my own.

The SheCodes Basics workshop gave me the opportunity to learn the basics of formatting and programming languages. The workshops delivered by Matt are highly worthwhile, thanks to intelligible instructions and the creation of real projects. Definitely a great start before continuing my coding journey with the SheCodes workshops!

when I started SheCodes I did not know anything about html, css or javascript. However since I started the classes I have been able to learn quite adequately and fast, enjoying every process hard or easy enabling me to improve on my problem solving skills.

I enjoyed this three week workshop so much and I learned a lot. Before this workshop I tried several ways to learn coding, but none of them could help. I used to get board and also forgot most of the data before becoming able to use them in a project. The way we had to do this workshop was amazing. I was so excited to learn and I was more confident after doing the projects. I still have problem understanding java script but I feel that I'm pretty ok with html and CSS. I tried to do my best. I find it difficult to learn technical things just by learning the theory, but SheCodes was the perfect balance of theory and hands-on practice, which made me feel like I actually learned and understood the basics. SheCodes Pro was an amazing experience! Sometimes it was overwhelming and I would find myself crying over a broken code or spend hours just looking through the code to find a mistake. But it's great to know, that you always can ask SheCodes team to help you, and you will receive your solution really quickly. This project helped me see what I am capable of, and even when I had doubts in myself - I always could do more than I thought. The more I learn, the more I realize how much I love coding.

This project brought me to amazing Codes world! such important thing - it was interesting to learn and clear to understand! I wasn´´t sure I can do it.. but now I believe in myself!
