I'm so proud of myself for completing my first project with SheCode! As a total beginner, I was nervous, but the supportive community and clear guidance made all the difference. Now I feel confident to take on more projects and continue learning. SheCode has been a game changer for me. Thank you for the opportunity.

As expected the coding was interesting and I got a lot of insight while building the page. By learning which colours go well together and which ones don't.

I've been looking forward to this one for a while and it didn't disappoint! I feel like the final project gave me the chance to try lots of different options and I certainly went in circles a few times. It was a great learning experience!

I was looking for a course to boost my career and I found SheCodes. I am very satisfied of what I have learned until now and I can't wait to start the new module.

I'm so happy that I joined this program, at first, I thought someone like me can't learn coding, because i don't like math, I thought coding is all about math, but ever since I start sheCodes 👩‍💻, i believe that all things are possible💪 , although it's challenging but I find myself doing. i can't wait to continue with the learning 💃😊😊

The SheCodes Plus Add-on was really helpful for improving my coding skills. I learned how to work with APIs, display data dynamically, and handle things like time zones in JavaScript. The explanations were clear, and the exercises made me understand the concepts better. I liked that it encouraged me to solve problems on my own, which made me feel more confident in building projects.

I cant wait to look back years later and be so proud I continued learning with SheCodes. Amazing teachers and support networks!!!

The course is very useful and comprehensive, and I had a lot of fun while learning.

I must admit this project was not easy but the knowledge I gained from learning REACT. I now know how useful this can be. I absolutly love REACT now. Now that I know, I will never see plain HTML the same again. My next goal is to learn PYTHON.Lets Go! Quick shout out to our fearless trainer MATT and all the wonderful Shecodes Team on SLACK got me through some tough code breaks. In short, get the course its worth it! I am officially a developer!👋🏽

This was definitely more advanced but really enjoyed learning more about Python.

Doing SheCodes Basics workshop was really fun! Because of the different challenges throughout the lessons, it really feels like a playing a game while learning how to code. I'm looking forward to moving on to SheCodes Plus!

SheCodes had a been a fun learning journey. Although it gets challenging at some point into projects, you get to learn so much along the way and with practice & patience you get to create amazing webpages

I never thought learning code could be so fun!

I am currently a Clinical Speech-Language Pathologist, interested in learning more about coding.My goal is to one day work as a Software Engineer for a company related to Augmentative and Alternative Communication in the field of Speech-Language Pathology. I am absolutely loving everything that I'm learning and am excited to keep growing!

It was, as it happened with the previous workshops, a very interesting and informative experience. The content was well-structured, and the practical examples helped solidify my understanding of responsive design techniques. I learned a lot about how to make my projects look and perform better across different screen sizes and devices. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking to improve their front-end development skills, especially in creating a polished and responsive portfolio.

These exercises were more challenging in some parts, which required extra focus when coding and working with elements and functions. I had to retry and revise the code a few times, but it felt very rewarding when I finally got it right. I also really appreciate that I can replay the video whenever something isn’t clear the first time, it makes learning much easier.

I loved learning Python and I think it may be my favorite so far. I have really enjoyed learning coding and I'm excited to continue to grow and advance my skills.

SheCodes has been a truly engaging and practical learning journey. The hands-on challenges and projects made it easier to absorb each topic and put it into practice. I really valued the quick support and the sense of community on Slack — a space where I could both learn from others and contribute. It’s not just about gaining skills; it’s also about building meaningful connections through shared growth.

The course was very challenging, but i was able to understand becaause for 8 weeks i had to learn it over and over again to understand the course, my challenge was JS, but am getting better because delan was explaining step by step and with a help of athena AI i was much much more easier.

I really like the teaching method. With this method I easily learn the lessons and use them in real projects. By participating in the Basics Add-on I easily learned the codes and lessons that probably took weeks to learn on my own, and with this workshop, it took only a week to learn them.

By learning advanced topics such as JavaScript, Bootstrap, and API usage, I have gained the ability to develop real-world projects. The projects I have completed so far are a reflection of the knowledge and practice I have acquired during this process.

Self-paced learning with weekly deadlines is a great way to learn!

You are learning while working the project alongside the instructor and getting used to applying the code and what all the java and css elements can do and how to apply them.

Matt has a very well structured course. It's structured as you should start programing any project. When starting a project it's overwhelming trying to do all in the beginning. But starting with HTML first, then CSS and only then JS is less scary. So not only we are learning programming languages, we are also learning good practices. Thank you! 🙏

I absolutely loved the SheCodes Responsive course! It was a great way to get back into front-end development, and it reminded me just how much I enjoy the design side of coding. I began and finished the course with high enthusiasm because the instructor, Matt Delac was very clear with his explanations. Also, the leverage to learn at anytime made room to understand and grasp concepts with the help of google. It was an interesting journey of deep thinking and sometimes frustration because one mistake even an unclosed curly brackets could hault the code from running. I am grateful for the skills I have acquired thus far and I look forward to many more.

An excellent introduction to Python giving a solid foundation to build on in further workshops. Explored importing packages such as rich and getting data from an API . Understanding more about developing workflows ,interacting with users and displaying data. Excited to be learning valuable skills using this popular industry language.

I absolutely love that every lesson includes a hands-on practice session. It’s not just theory, you're encouraged to apply what you’ve learned immediately, which really helps solidify the knowledge. I really enjoyed this week of the Basics Add-on 🤗 It was fun to learn how to make a website look more "alive". It make a big difference, even with small changes. I liked seeing how just a few lines of code can change the whole feel of a page. It made me more excited to keep learning 👩‍💻

I learned new techniques that will help me make my projects look more advanced and polished. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting to take their skills a step further!

The SheCodes Responsive Add-on provided good practice. To challenge myself further, I attempted to refactor my CSS and to add Spanish and Arabic translations. Working with Arabic for the web was different to working with Arabic in apps like InDesign or Word, and I'm sure there are better methods I have yet to learn to match the Latin script versions more closely. As I refactored my CSS, I would have benefitted from expert feedback to improve my skills and learn from any advice. It's a shame the course doesn't offer code review. Unfortunately, using AI for a code review was as reliable as I had hoped.
