SheCodes is the way to go! I was with SheCodes a few years back for their Basics program, even then after countless tries and different avenues of learning front-stack... only with Matt was I able to really pick it up. Now I am back again, this time to complete the "Become a Developer" workshop. Now I want to learn Python. Again, I tried many avenues. There was always a gap in my learning. Definitely challenging! The final project helped reinforce everything I learnedβ especially with regards to Bootstrap, utility classes, and media queries. Building a multi-page, fully responsive portfolio involved a lot of refining and repetition, which really helped solidify the concepts taught in this course. Iβm looking forward to continuing with the Responsive add-on next, then moving into React. Iβm also excited to keep building out my portfolio with past projects, personal passion pieces, and eventually real-world client work that further reflect my growth as a developer.

Honestly, I can't believe that I have managed to complete the Shecodes basic coding. I am so happy, coming from a fashion and hospitality background, I wanted a change and to get new skills. I have always loved CODING, but was intimidated by it. I am a Christian, so I spent some time asking God what I should do. And whilst I was in that season of prayer, waiting for an answer from the Lord, I came across SheCodes Ad, and I knew this was what I needed.
