SheCodes has given me more insight into coding, and SheCodes basic feels like a good starting point to learning more.

It was a very interesting and fun 2 weeks, there is so much that you can learn with every new lesson. The more I learn the more fun I am having with every lesson , Thank you Matt and SheCodes team .

I had zero experience before I started but I have always been very curious to try. The course lived up to my expectations and more: I didn't expect to learn so many things in three weeks. I really liked the practical approach (even though sometimes I had a feeling I was learning only the tip of the iceberg but that's my perfectionism that wants to know all the details and terms etc... right away. :) I love how my love for design, creativity and problem-solving all came together in this course! Thank you

Found this course quite easy, having a little understanding beforehand helped but I'm a complete novice when it comes to Javascript. This course was a real eye opener and I've learned so much already! Can't wait to jump into the next workshop and expand my knowledge and skills.

I decided to join SheCodes Plus after completing SheCodes Basics and I feel like I have learnt so much over the last 8 weeks. I found the course interesting and challenging, and I have gone from not knowing anything about coding to being able to code a weather app that displays live weather data. After doing the She Codes Basics course I got a taste of coding and I loved the challenge so I jumped in and decided to continue my coding journey. At times challenging, but so rewarding when you can see your hard work coming together. Great lessons, that you can follow along with, and a cool and knowledgeable support team and community on Slack if you ever get stuck. So amazing! Would recommend to everyone with aspirations to learn to code.

SheCodes Plus was a great follow-up to the Basics program. It was very comprehensive, and I learned a lot of beneficial skills. Highly recommend!

I am a UX Designer. I learned how to code back in university mainly backend languages (java, python), and being a designer I wanted to better understand developers' perspectives when handing off designs for development. This was the perfect workshop for a good refresher on the basics of front-end development. I love how the concepts are broken down really well which makes it easier to grasp information and love the supportive community on slack.

Learning responsive web development has made me a more confident programmer and web designer. Thanks for the thorough and relevant lessons!

Highly recommend this basic course for everyone who wants to learn coding! Explanations in videos and step-by-step guides are much appreciated. Interesting tasks after each lesson. So you will get enough practice to understand the basic concepts.

For a few years I was trying to start coding but founded really difficult but there is something about SheCodes approach that works for me. I'm excited to keep learning!

I liked all the workshops because the teacher explained all the concepts in an easy way. It was rewarding to complete a simple landing page and implement Javascript on it because I have struggled to learn JS before.

I love learning so much about making a website responsive. What I appreciate more is that we learned how to make a website responsive without the use of a framework such as Bootstrap. It is possible to do many things with vanilla HTML and CSS. Thank you so much Matt!

I decided to do a career change and start my software developing journey with sheCodes. I liked in was focused on women learning how to code. The structure of the course was very easy to follow. The work itself was challenging, but having the opportunity to revisit the lessons and videos as many times as I needed it helped me understand HTML, CSS and JavaScript. I took both, sheCodes basic and sheCodes plus and i find myself very confident with my coding journey after a couple months. There is more to learn to eventually get a job, but this is a solid start point.

In this workshop, we learned week by week how to create a real-time weather app. It was so cool!!! We also learned how to host it online for free. It is such an amazing feeling being able to create something and actually make it available on the web. It feels more real.

SheCodes is a great way to learn to code. The videos are easy to understand and well explained. I've already learned a bit of code on free platforms, but Matt gave me additional tips and tricks during the basic workshop that are very useful and make coding much easier. Matt is passionate about what he does and his idea to start SheCodes is just wonderful in my opinion! Many thanks for that. (I also really enjoyed the SheCodes Radio during my coding sessions).

The PLUS workshop is a full package for someone like me who enjoys learning to code but is scared of actually developing a functional front-end of a website. Matt's clear explanation on the strategies and tools used along with a super responsive team and community, this workshop is highly recommended. SheCodes Plus is an extremley useful workshop. I already had some basic knowledge of HTML and CSS but learning JS and API was so fun and exciting. Can't wait to start with SheCodes Responsive.

It was a very nice experience and I learned a lot in this basic workshop. Matt explains very well and the course is very structured. For the moment I will stick with the basics and do easy websites for friends. But my plan for next year is definetly to do the SheCode MAX Workshop and to go all in. Great workshop. Good way to learn some basic programming

SheCodes is the best for me to learn coding. It's understandable, interactive and super fun.

I loved the Basics Add on course, it's a great way to add more projects to your portfolio and to practice all the things learnt on Basics, as well as a ton of extra content which is greatly appreciated! I'm loving my SheCodes journey so far, everything is explained brilliantly and in manageable chunks by Matt, and the Slack chat is an invaluable resource. If you're deliberating whether or not to join SheCodes, just do it! You won't regret it!

I finally understand what API are! It's such a great course, I wish we'd all learn that at uni or high school!

I started coding with Mr. Matt. I totally started from scratch and I am delighted to see my metamorphosis in me after 6+ months of coding. Never have I ever imagined that I could continue my coding journey especially after my post-partum. The videos are short and covers everything to become a Frond-end Developer. I am also over the moon because I did something which I have always wanted to do. I had a flair for technology. I know its just a drop in the ocean but still its from the ocean. I will keep practicing and learning🤞and thankfully I have referral videos for lifetime🙏. I am looking forward to learn SheCodes Next with Mr. Matt and his wonderful team.

I love the scaffolding method that SheCodes uses to teach you new content. It's a great method to use because you're just building on the previous information that you've already learned.

The Basic Add-on course is a great addition to SheCodes and my continued learning to becoming a well rounded developer.

I have completed all the workshops, but due to work I did not have the time to practice anything the last few months. This add-on course was a great refresher as well as a way to continue the learning.

I enjoyed learning more about HTML and CSS in depth as I felt it added another level to the landing pages I was designing.

This is a fabulous workshop for all who want to learn Front-End development and begin their professional career in this field. I enjoyed every moment of it.

It is very interesting to learn the code, it is a bit difficult, but if there is a desire, then everything is possible

I had a great time creating this World Clock App using Moment.js. I had fun incorporating various JavaScript techniques that I have learned within the course. My confidence in knowing the basics of JavaScript enabled me to learn how to add different features to this Clock App for example a color Switch. The users can change the background color that they want. I can't wait to learn more responsive techniques in the responsive SheCode workshop

I've been intrigued by front-end development for a while, and SheCodes was a great introduction to the world of coding! The small wins of completing different assignments weekly is a great way to gain confidence in your ability to learn coding.

It is really explained very well and in a very basic manner. However this needs a lot of practice. It was really nice to learn all the new ways of achieving the project goal.

The SheCodes Basics Add On Project is very valuable to review everything that has been taught so far and to learn some extras which are really helpful.

React course was for me the most challenging so far. I will review Matt's videos as I have forgotten some Tipps I have learned in the past. Coding itself is fun when it works! (it's stressful when it doesn't work :p)
