I really enjoyed SheCodes! Every lesson is very well made and the challenges can be very fun. SheCodes has an amazing group of developers ready to help whenever you need them. I have revised my coding knowledge also learned so many new things in the coding. I'm happy I came across SheCodes. They have made the process of learning to code a very pleasant experience.

I am very excited to have graduated from the SheCodes basic program. Prior to this course I had no coding experience, however Matt does a great job at explaining everything at a nice place making it easy to learn. I hope to continue to learn more and grow within this industry. Thank you Matt and SheCodes... hope to maybe do another advance program next.

I am so glad I signed up for shecodes, I've learned so much more from this workshop than I learned in my university coding class. Classes are condense and informative, anyone can be a coder!

I have enjoyed every second of learning CSS, HTML, and JS with Matt! Matt tries to teach the most important stuff first and not to overwhelm students with complicated materials. Projects will help you to practice what you learn during videos and remember them.

I love that I have been able to add on more learning to the basics certificate I just received.

I went to college for mechanical engineering which was when I fell in love with coding and decided to change to Software Engineering. At the end of the day you do not need to go to college to get a job as a Software Engineer. Bootcamps are just as valid as an education as a degree. I personally went through the bootcamp route because university in the US is expensive and I don’t want to spend 4-5 years learning math and 5-10% of coding. Matt is a great teacher, one of the best I've had in a while. The way he teaches is simple and it's self paced. If one day you want to just take it easy or another day you want to put all your energy towards it. This bootcamp is quite friendly for people that like to be in control of how much their learning but with structure as well to keep you in check.

I learned a lot of new and awesome things this week. Feels good to have completed another lesson and have another certificate under my belt.

Learning is life so share your sadness to gain happiness. Life goes round in circles so try and break all bounds to achieve heights. SKY IS THE LIMIT!

Great Instructor and beginner friendly courses. Learning on SheCodes has enabled me transition from having zero knowledge about software development to understanding the fundamentals of Javascript, CSS and HTML. I can't wait to keep learning.

I am very proud to know the Shecodes team and it was a great chance for me to learn about coding. I was very satisfied with Mr. Matt Delac's teaching method, and with the structure of his teaching, there is no reason to fear the difficulty of coding.

This bootcamp + some instructional videos from a free coding bootcamp really helped me learn the basics of HTML, CSS, and javascript. I can't wait to keep going.

I recently finished the React workshop and was impressed with the knowledge and teaching style of the instructor, Matt. One of the highlights of the workshop: building a weather app. On the surface, the app may have looked simple, but it was a great demonstration of the power of React. Despite its basic appearance, there was a lot of work that went into building this app, and I learned so much about the React framework in the process. The workshop was structured in such a way that we gradually built up the app, starting with the basics and adding more and more functionality. This made it easy for me to understand how React works and how to use it effectively.

I've been thoroughly enjoying SheCodes Plus! It was challenging, but I'm so glad I learned Javascript, API, Github, and Netlify, as well as improved my HTML and CSS skills. The information was clearly presented by Matt, making it easy to understand. I had a blast creating a weather app ☺

Another amazing workshop to learn more about HTML and CSS. A great opportunity to develop a responsive and SEO-optimized website. As usual, the videos are easy to follow and the final project is challenging and a lot of fun to code.

It was really fun to build a simple but also solid website! It was quick but I learned a lot with this workshop.

The SheCodes Plus programme builds on what you learnt in the basics course and guides you through the steps required to create your own real-time weather app. I enjoyed the creative freedom that came with the project as well as knowing that I could execute my vision as I had learnt the coding skills required to do so.

This course is a very mind-opening one. I never knew I could do anything close to coding. But with SheCodes, I was able to learn step by step. The course becomes easier by the day and now, yes, I finished it and I'm glad I did it. Every of the project is worth it. I love SheCodes, I'm coming back soon to get the other ones done because every step expands my knowledge on Coding. This school as I call it has helped me so well and will recommend it 100%. Coding the React dictionary App was another challenge that made me understand React better. The SheCodes workshop's have come to an end. Looking back, I have learned to code from scratch, thanks to Matt and his SheCodes Team! I keep referring new women to SheCodes. Especially trying to reach my Namibian people to join via the Delac Foundation.

This is a great course and the homework helps to learn better. I'm excited to continue and learn more.

As someone who started learning coding at 28 with zero knowledge, this step-by-step, simply explained course helped me learn about basics with joy and passion and it really built my self confidence as a beginner. I really appreciate the methodology and the way it was taught that made me fall in love with coding and get passionate about it.

I feel so accomplished after completing this workshop! I was doing the self-taught method for quite some time but SheCodes gave me the structure I desperately needed! SheCodes Responsive was the third course that I have taken through SheCodes. While this course was probably the hardest for me, it was the first time I have started to feel really comfortable with code. Learning how to make pages responsive will definitely translate in to a real world skill. Matt takes work that seems scary and unmanageable and breaks it down into digestible chunks, which really helps to boost your self-esteem! I am looking forward to the next React course.

I'm a developer already, but enjoy passing the basic courses. I believe even if you know everything, there is always sth you forgot or don't know, so I've learned a lot from the basic course. The SheCodes website, its tools, and learning videos are great. I'm really looking forward to joining the next workshop.

I had zero knowledge of any languages covered in the basics program. It was simple enough to follow along with the videos, and I really liked having a challenge right after the explanation video to test what was just covered. I just loved it . I've learned a tons of useful and cool stuffs without being worried about the timeline. Sooo glad that i joined it.

I think for someone who is a complete beginner it is beneficial. Also, the way the classes are structured makes itis easy to understand the new things you are learning throughout the course. Furthermore, it gives you the confidence to continue your learning journey :)

SheCodes opened up the world of coding for me by making it accessible and creative. I enjoyed problem-solving to overcome errors and to experiment with different layouts. It's satisfying to be able to build your own website in the final project using html, css and javascript, and shows just how much you can learn over a few weeks!

I found every lesson to be extremely helpful in increasing my skills. If you want to learn intermediate CSS, this course is definitely recommended.

This coding workshop is a great way to learn how to create responsive and mobile-friendly websites, covering topics such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript as well as tables, grids, iframes cards and embed maps.

Fun project and helps round out everything we learned on javascript in Plus. Moments.js is also a great resource!

Wonderful workshop. First of all, the way an expansion was taught was extremely easy to understand. One of the strengths of this program was its project-based approach, which assisted in the learning process. Slack chat is extremely helpful if I have any questions. Additionally, solving a project at the end of the workshop helped me to categorize the knowledge that I had acquired. As a result of this workshop, I have gained a great deal of knowledge about the basics of coding. Thanks a lot.

Simple and digestible! This workshop was an excellent choice to begin learning the fundamentals. I liked how brief the videos were. I also liked how each video ended with a challenge to put what I had just learned into practice. I feel like the basics workshop has given me a solid foundation in CSS/HTML/JavaScript that I can build on with the help of other workshops and Googling. The lecturer is also excellent at explaining things, and if you ever get stuck on something, the Slack group is extremely helpful.

Quick and easy way to learn the basics!

At first, I wasn't sure but the more I learned, the more I got interested.

I just pass through the Shecodes plus workshop and I feel like I've learned so much in such a small amount of time. I have to admit that this is absolutely what every woman with an interest in coding should experience. I am so excited to start the next workshops and of course, I strongly recommend Shecodes to everyone!

It was really fun to re-do this project with React. It's good to know that there are so many ways to get the same results, and still we can learn something new each day.
