Since I became interested in learning how to code I thought the final product of creating a page was going to be very far down the line. After trying to learn on my own, I found the basics course in SheCodes and it made it so much clear to comprehend. As someone with no prior experience, after this course, I can now understand the foundations of how coding works and can keep building my knowledge from there.

Can't believe another fun workshop is over. This workshop was packed with great challenges and I've learned so much new stuff. My coding skills are much better, can't wait to hop on another workshop. :) Thank you Matt and whole SheCodes team, you are making learning very enjoyable.
Just finishing this whole workshop and I feel that I learnt so much, but I know there are so many more to learn, and I only feel sorry this ends here. Has I've said about latest workshops, this is probably the best way to start learning coding.
I really enjoyed this workshop! I could apply a lot of the things learnt in the past workshops and even though at some points I got stuck, at the end it helped me learn to search for solutions and I'm really happy with the end result.
Happy is an understatement I feel honored to be one of the students. I have learnt so much from knowing the basic computer literacy to understanding the coding language and being able to execute it correctly.
The Plus workshop was definitely challenging, but Matt's videos made it super easy and clear to follow. The SheCodes team on Slack also helped me out a lot, so I appreciate their hard work. I learned so much and pushed myself more than ever. I never thought I would be able to build anything like my Weather App project, but I love how it came out. I can't wait to continue on learning with SheCodes.
SheCodes found me at a time when I needed a push in a new direction. Three weeks with SheCodes Basics and I feel like a hackerπ All honesty, the program was fun and user friendly it made learning so much easier. Being able to interact with others in Slack made learning less daunting. I didn't think that coding would be something that I could be interested in, this course proved me wrong and I'm eager to see more possibilities.
I have completed previous SheCodes courses and this one was by far the most challenging but extremely helpful. I learnt so many things, from search engine optimisation to utility classes and how to make webpages responsive.
SheCodes is a great first step into learning to code. I hadn't coded since learning Scratch in primary school but the way Matt explains his lessons makes the course fun and easy to follow. I wish we covered a bit more but i guess now I'll be moving on to SheCodes Plus!
This workshop took me almost 3 months . I had times that my head was exploding because of lots of new things that Matt had been teaching. Some weeks I extended my deadlines, because I wanted to really learn everything and do my best for homeworks. I'll be honest with you, it wasn't an easy course for me, but I enjoyed every minutes of it.I learned a lot, and I can't believe I've come this far .Thanks to dear Matt and all the hardworking members of SheCodes' team.
Incredible new skills, I loved this workshop so much, I have already told most of my friends about it! I enjoyed learning how to code so much, was anxious in the beginning, afraid that it would be to difficult for me as I am not a pro in all this computer stuff, but SheCodes made me believe in myself!

SheCodes Responsive thoroughly taught me how to effectively build a multiple-paged responsive website that is SEO-friendly from scratch. I learned a whole lot from using CSS media queries to mastering Boostrap and then understood how to effectively do a project set-up for any other projects I'll be embarking on. It was an amazing ride all the way!!
Learning to code seemed intimidating and difficult only a few weeks ago. I am so glad to find the SheCodes Basics course! It was the perfect introduction to coding for a complete beginner such as myself. Coding basics are explained in a simple, concise manner through video lessons by engaging presenter Matt, coupled with fun, hands-on coding challenges. I had absolutely nil idea about coding before I started learning at SheCodes. But at the end of three weeks, I had enough knowledge on html, css and js to create at least a basic webpage. I do not know of any adjective that qualifies how good SheCodes is.

SheCodes is a great platform to start learning how to code from scratch. The explanation is great, and the challenges are great to manifest what you just learned. I also love that you can get extensions (as a Mother, this was a lifesaver).

I am really glad that I decided to take this course. I have been curious about coding for a long time and, as a PM on maternity leave, I was nervous about learning something new at the moment. Matt is a great teacher and the team does a fantastic job supporting you. I learned more than I expected and I was impressed to be able to build my first "landing page" after only 3 weeks. I loved the fact that the course`s structure pushes you to be creative and to try to find solutions yourself from day 1. After this introduction to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript I am definitely motivated to challenge myself in the future with more advanced classes!

Learning React is not easy, but in this workshop I started to get a grasp of some of the principles while building the project. I have done several SheCodes workshops in the past, and this was, once again, a very pleasant experience. Hello everyone, I'm just a regular retail associate who just wants to do more. I do have a bachelor's degree in fine arts, but I don't really have anything to show for it, since I don't have a career in that field. So to feel not so "stuck" I decided to learn coding. I took the basic course 1) to see if I could actually do it and 2) to see if I would actually like it. The SheCodes basic course taught me I could do it, and I do actually kind of like it. The courses do have their challenges sometimes but you can easily get the help you need and Matt, the instructor, breaks everything down really nicely. I never thought online- learning could be for me but after taking this course I don't find it that bad. In my opinion, you can't go wrong in taking the basic course, it gives you an idea of what an actual career in tech could be and for little cost.
This was a fun project, and I learned a lot!
I was looking to learn coding for a long time and I found this school that allowed me to combine my schedules and personal duties, with my need for training and training. I have finally completed the Basics SheCodes Workshop and it's safe to say that I love it! My favourite part was learning about CSS because I love making the websites pretty and unique.
