I really enjoyed this coding workshop: Matt explains very well, the course is well structured and at the end of it, it was exciting to be able to build my own landing page from scratch. I can't wait to learn more and to improve my coding skills!

SheCodes makes learning to code really fun :-)

This was a very interesting course and was quite the step up from the SheCodes basics. I feel very happy with my end project and what I have learned. It was very satisfying to see it all come together :)

SheCodes program is a detailed course from which you can learn easily. There is a group and a community that helps you whenever you need it and you are stuck with your homework or projects. I recommend it to anyone who wants to learn something new.

You made learning to code so easy. I genuinely enjoyed it and cannot wait for the next workshop. Thank you so much for your effort.

My interest and curiosity about coding was increasing with time and that's when I found out about SheCodes. And what an amazing discovery it was! It was so challenging and so interesting to learn with Matt and the team, it was the best way! I'm seriously considering to continue with this path.

I highly recommend this 3 weeks workshop for whoever is thinking about starting to learn code. All the lessons are short and concise. Matt's classes are super well-structured and well-explained.

Had a great time learning more HTML and CSS during this workshop and also creating my portfolio which I still intend to do more work on.

The course was amazing! I loved the simple step by step tutorials that were bitesize and also practical. The best part was the final challenge where I could be creative and hone in the skills that I'd learnt. Overall, a great learning curve and I'd 100% recommend.

Learned to build a simple website

I enjoyed learning more advanced CSS properties that enhance the layout and aesthetics of a website. It has helped me better appreciate the hard work that goes behind website design and development.

This was my first time taking a coding class and it was a great learning experience! The challenges and the project were informative and fun. I'm excited to learn more about coding and gain more skills.

I've always wanted to get into coding and this course was literally a lifesaver I've learnt so much and I can't wait to continue learning even more code. I'm also so happy at how easy it was to learn because I thought coding would involve a lot of maths but it didn't involve any at all. This course is amazing and you get to learn so much at really good prices too.

I enjoyed the course. Even though I knew a bit of coding basics, the workshop helped me consolidate some basics and helped me learn even more. I really enjoyed the colorful website (keeps me motivated), the tools that came with it, and the challenges that we have to complete each week, which make it easier and fun to learn.

This add on project was a fantastic way to learn additional CSS and HTML elements and put them to use!! I really enjoyed this extra project.

Over the last few years, I have been looking into new avenues to change my career path. I have always been fascinated with how websites are designed, or the required formulas to make them work. After years of thinking I would never be able to attempt to learn how they worked, I finally decided to try and understand. I never thought that I would fall in love with programming, but over the course of the Basic Workshop, I found myself wanting to spend learn more and more every day.

The responsive workshop builds upon the things you been learning, and you apply that to a multi-page portfolio. I enjoyed the problems that Matt encountered during the recordings of the video and solved them in the video. It showed that even a professional developer, no matter how long they have been coding still mistype and still face challenges along the way. I can't wait for the next workshop! I am very much enjoying these coding workshops.

Matt is a great teacher! I learned a lot and would recommend this workshop to anyone who wants to start coding.

This Add-on was great for increasing previously learnt theory knowledge and gaining more practice in building this project.

If you want to start with coding, I strongly recommend SheCodes Basics! You will learn high level what HTML, CSS and JS can do, and more importantly you get the tools to start exploring yourself :-).

Great introductory self-paced course for learning to code for front end development! Excellent three-step content delivery format: "learn, challenge, and solution" that helps in consolidating new knowledge and skills. Weekly deadlines (with reminders) really holds you accountable, and the Slack Community has been an invaluable source of guidance and support.

SheCodes helps beginners like me to learn in a comfortable pace and also no judgement zone. I can't wait to learn more and complete the max course!!!

I came to SheCodes as an absolute beginner. The Basics workshop is exactly that, the basics. I didn't think that I would be able to learn the basics in HTML,CSS, and JavaScript in just three weeks. 🙂

Learning the basics of html, css & Javascript was a challenge but i felt so fulfilled after every lesson. The workshops were thorough but gave space to creativity and research without ever feeling lost. The Shecodes team are very attentive and make their presence known so it doesn't feel like you're just learning stuff online by yourself. I would recommend to anyone trying to get some more understanding of coding without it being intimidating.

Loved to learn React with SheCodes, it is explained for everyone's understanding and actually Matt made it look way easier than it is by teaching everything step by step so well. Totally recommend this course and SheCodes for everyone that wants to learn computer work.

Having no experience whatsoever about coding, I felt the course was very easy to follow. The way the content is shown makes it very easy to understand, and the practical challenges help you to apply the learned content. You are able to advance at your own pace which is great because sometimes you have some set backs. Still the follow-up emails always helped me to get back on track, to not give up and continue with the course. So far I am very happy with my learning experience, and I am very excited about the possible opportunities this knowledge may open for me.

This was my favorite class! I learned so many tricks and tips to make a really beautiful landing page. This class is a must to learn to make a webpage that looks professional and organized.

I was intimidated by coding and SheCodes made it approachable and fun! The community was responsive to all of my questions and Matt is a wonderful guide. I recommend this course to anyone interested in learning a new skill or just a fun hobby!

As someone who was trying to self teach the basics of web development, I found the huge amount of resources available online intimidating and my attention wouldn't stick to just one course or one video tutorial. I would hop and skip to the next, and the next, and the next. This SheCodes course grabbed my attention from the start and definitely has me hooked. If you're looking for more structure in your learning as a beginner, the SheCodes Basics course is IT!

I never thought I could ever learn coding but SheCodes made sure that one can learn coding in the easiest yet most practical way. SheCodes Plus was really fun for me. Even though some of the coding seemed hard at first but Matt explained everything so clearly and the results amazed me every single time. I learned a lot in this workshop and it was really fun working on my own portfolio website for the main project which i can build off of and use to showcase my work going forward. I like that Matt troubleshoots things in the videos and lets you know what the best practices are and why so you can apply it to real world experience.

It's never too late to learn! I gained so much fun within the course. It's exciting and fascinating progress to create a website on your own

I have really enjoyed the basics add-on course. It's a fantastic little course packed full of new things to learn. This add-on course has given me even more confidence to build projects and I am looking forward to the next challenge! I enjoy watching war films so that was my topic for this project!

I have really enjoyed learning SheCodes Basics and completing the project. I have some other HTML knowledge but Matt's teaching style is easy to understand and doesn't give information that isn't necessary at this stage.

This add-on workshop was not what I was expecting. I am very glad I decided to take it now before moving onto the other workshops. There is so much more to HTML and CSS than I thought. I cannot wait to implement the new CSS techniques I learned to more projects!

I didn't think I'd be able to build a weather app in the beginning of SheCodes Plus. There were many trial and errors to get it working, but with the help of the support team and the videos I was able to complete the final project. Overall, it was fun to see it slowly come together and gave me the feeling of accomplishment. If you love to learn new things and enjoy challenges, this workshop is for you.

Learning new languages has always been a challenging task. Sometimes, we never know from where to start. Before joining SheCodes, I had no knowledge of Programming languages like HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
