Learning with Matt felt very comfortable and easy - the course is also very-well structured and properly paced. I appreciated Matt sharing the most important information and prioritising the practice over theory, not being overwhelming at all. I also liked the special tips and tricks and felt encouraged and confident to learn more about front-end development.

Great additional course to continue practising the basics. Even though I have already done most lessons, I learned a lot in this Add-on. I would recommend it to anyone as it's very easy!

Learning with SheCodes has been an exciting endeavor. The workshop is well-structured, and Matt conveys the knowledge in a very didactic manner.

Each lesson was very informative despite not taking up too much time, it was relatively easy for me to understand these concepts due to the mode of learning and the incredible tutor. I was a beginner with little to no knowledge of coding and now I can confidently say I know the basics of creating a simple website. Stoked to tackle even ore advanced challenges.

SheCodes was exactly what I needed to get me on track to learning how to code. I had been self teaching myself on other platforms but I felt like they weren't truly teaching me how to more. I didn't feel confident in my coding skills. Since, discovering SheCodes. I've become a lot more confident in my coding skills. SheCodes Plus was incredible! I can't believe how much I've learned in just a few weeks. These last two weeks were my favorite, following Matt along as we created the app from start to finish together. Looking forward to continuing on to the next SheCodes course!

I Love it! React simplifies everything! When i started learning React, i was completely surprise! such a long and complicated code can actually be converted into something more readable and sophisticated! It's just Awesome!!

I loved doing the SheCodes Basics Workshop! Within 3 weeks, I learned the fundamental basics of coding to gain a better understanding of this essential work field. I'm sure it'll help me in my current and future jobs! Although it was challenging at times, I had lots of fun doing the final project and to use my new skills to create my own little website ☺️

I work as a media designer and therefore deal with websites on a daily basis. I usually use Wordpress and various themes and builders for this. But many themes quickly reach their limits. That's why I really wanted to learn HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The SheCodes Basics course gives a great overview of the basic functions. I especially like the fact that you can put the things you just learned into practice in many small challenges and in the weekly assignments.

Another great workshop where I learned so much added to my CV! When I thought there isn't much about HTML and CSS, Matt proved me wrong! I loved learning about them both because I love styling and making a page more visually pleasing and interesting! I have to admit the transform property in CSS can quickly go wrong if you can't stop using it like I do, but this workshop proved me again how fun coding is and how excited I am to learn even more in the workshops!

Code has always been a mystery to me, a language that I had no idea how to read, let alone understand. This basic course has given me an insight into the world of coding and while obviously there is still a lot to be learnt, I am no longer utterly confused by all these lines of code that make up a website. The step by step approach of SheCodes makes it possible to follow easily and writing code is not only possible but fun. I loved building my first own website and playing with fonts, colours and functions. Thanks for opening the door to coding for me!

I have tried to start coding myself for a while now, but I've never been inspired enough or could find good pace for me. With this workshop, I actually couldn't wait to listen to another lesson and do another challenge. Already after the first week I have started practicing at work newly learned things. I like the idea, concept and overall execution.

This has been a great new experience that I thought I could never learn, but with this program my point of view changed, I am very excited for what will come next!

Really enjoyed the lessons and didn't find myself stuck too often. I really enjoyed this workshop! Learned a lot about how to integrate more than one API and how to look for a good API online on my own. I still feel like there is a lot to learn, but the workshops gave me a good base, and now I'm ready to continue my learning journey on my own.

My name is Sthandiwe Msweli from South Africa and my coding journey so far has been amazing. So before I started coding I graduated in Business and information Manangement and I was not happy with what I've studyed but because I wanted to have a qulification and get a job so I can earn a living so i went on with it. Fast cracking my story after I graduated had no luck in finding a job so after a year, on my second year of staying at home without any luck of getting a job, I did a free trail in coding on some bootcamp and I fall inlove with it but to enroll to that bootcamp you needed funding which I did'nt have. So I did my reserch and I ended up founding Delac Foundation that when I start my coding journey and it has been a wonderful journey and I thank the Lord for this opportunity still on it and excicted for more learning and more adventure in coding 💜.

I had a great time learning with SheCodes. Every video is easy to understand and the challenges are fun, stimulating and great to apply everything you've learned and a little bit more. Matt is a great instructor and when a problem comes up everyone on the SheCodes team is super fast to help (Kim helped me and the answer was super sweet and helpful) I 100% reccomend SheCodes!

Great and complex challenge, where we can learn a lot of new information!

Wow. Finally, I completed SheCodesPro! Feeling proud! From zero coding knowledge to full stack front end developer using JS and React. It gives an immense confidence to move forward in tech field and explore different opportunities. I must say, workshop got bit overwhelming in the middle but, I can't thank enough to Matt Delac and his super supporting team (Bruno, Joao & etc) who made it super easy for me by answering my queries with patience. Flexibility is another main feature which made me choose this workshop and it's worth it. This course builds on the basic HTML, CSS and Javascript skills developed in SheCodes Basics and applies them to a real-world, practical project in developing a functional weather app using an API. The course content is fantastic, broken down into manageable sections that are easy to follow. The support of the SheCodes community is a valuable part of the learning process. The final project was so fun to work on and I found SheCodes Plus incredibly rewarding and satisfying, and can't wait to get started on the next SheCodes course!

Having no prior knowledge of coding, SheCodes is so helpful! Every lesson and challenge helps you learn hands-on. I am so excited to learn more as I keep going through more of the workshops!

Taught in small easy-to-digest chunks and helps build your knowledge relatively easily. The instructor is fantastic, I am a slow learner so I can't wait to continue with the Plus bundle to hopefully cement current knowledge and expand on it!

Taking this Basics workshop made me enjoy learning how to code. Some aspects were a little challenging at first, but Matt explains each lesson in such a simple way that makes it easy to understand. This was a great tutorial on React! However, I do wish that this had been a different project from the previous course, or that we had at least learned the unit conversion all the way through to the end.

This course was definitely more difficult than the previous ones, however, it was totally worth it. I loved it. I really want to keep learning and I'm looking forward to seeing what's yet to come!
