I was able to grasp concepts fairly easily and quickly due to Matt's lessons. So easy to absorb and fun! If the SheCodes website didn't look so colourful and inviting, I don't think I would've been brave enough to learn how to code.
I thought javascript is so difficult it would take me months of practice to grasp but I am actually enjoying playing around with it. The manner of learn by practicing that SheCodes uses is the best ever!

Learning to code is a lot of fun, but also very challenging. SheCodes, the team and Matt do a great job here and explain in detail how things work, but also give you the opportunity to figure out a few things by yourself or let's say let you try. But even if you are not able to do it by yourself at some point you have support helping you and always get a solution for the challenge/homework you had. This way you see exactly what has been down. Great platform for learning how to code
I like how the lessons are self-paced so I can easily fit in an hour or two in my schedule just to do a little bit of coding. The additional provided resources were really helpful and the way the material was explained is really beginner friendly! I got to learn a lot of things that I wasn't able to catch in previous coding lessons I have been in.
I always thought coding would be hard to learn but when I started the class it was surprisingly fun! Matt explained everything in a simple manner that it was easy to learn and I am so grateful!

This is it! The final coding workshop of my journey with SheCodes and literally cannot believe how much I've learned from start to finish. This workshop was great to deepen my understanding of React mapping. The team, as ever, has been so supportive. I can now also help other beginner coders debug their code, something I never imagined having the skills to do just six months ago. I am so proud of myself and to be a part of the SheCodes community.

Now, following the Basics workshop, I can code weather applications I am proud to share with other people. Everything is very well explained and we are also given multiple ressources to solve issues and further learning. I just finish SheCodes Basics and I was so motivate for learn more than I immediately started Basics Add On, even was Tuesday and all the courses start at Monday. I didn't want to wait another week :) Sometimes is a little bit harder because I have a 4 months old baby and I can only study at nights, but the way of the Lessons and how easy Matt explains, make smoothly that you can make more than 1 lesson at once. I've been already enrolled in Plus Workshop and I can't wait to keep learning.

I have been learning on SheCodes workshops for months now. And with the web development certificate, I have landed my first internship! The workshops are full of skills that are very very useful to a front end developer and prepare you for the job market competition.
Very easy to follow along, learn and understand coding concepts. I am extremely new to coding with a background in customer service, and I feel like I was able to grasp onto Matt's teaching easily. I really enjoyed the developer program. I felt like I was learning from professional developers, and I was able to make real progress in my skills.
